I'm a huge TeePublic fan and would recommend to anyone! My kids both received t-shirts from TeePublic as gifts from my Sister in Law for Christmas. My son wears his immediately every time it comes out of the wash and he's received many compliments! My daughters wasn't the right size but she loved the shirt. I reached out to TeePublic to see if we could exchange for size even though it was a gift. They got back to me almost immediately and even followed up when I forgot to reply. After looking into the sizing chart and deciding which one would fit best, they replied they were shipping the new size out almost instantly. I was able to exchange the shirt even though I didn't purchase the item and never had to reach out to my sister in law for the order number etc. I was able to provide her name and email address and TeePublic did the rest. Really excellent customer service. Great quality product with so many different design options and styles of shirt to put them on. The shirt is soft and the colors are vibrant. I have a feeling our family will have a closet full of TeePublic shirts very soon!

I had placed an order for a few teeshirts, and wasn't entirely happy at first. I reached out to support and over the course of the correspondence, spoke with several different people. Each Support Member who replied to me was able to pick up immediately on what was going on. It was as if everyone I spoke to was the same person. And who they all represented was someone I felt comfortable speaking with. I never once felt ashamed or bad for asking for a reprint on a shirt and being honest about what i was looking for. They were understanding, helpful, kind, and caring. I know I can be extremely needy - they never once made me feel bad about it! And I never felt stressed trying to contact them. Teepublic's UI on site makes it pretty clear to reach out to someone for help with an order. The process was clean and smooth, every time. Process and delivery time were faster than any other company I have ordered made-to-order shirts from. And I now have shirts that I am absolutely crazy about and can't wait to show off to my friends. I ordered (first time) from TeePublic. Some items were on sale. When I placed the order it came back with an error telling me it could not complete. It asked to take a screenshot of my order and ask for help. I did. I was asked to re-submit my order. When I id next morning the prices changed to a higher price. I advised customer service of the issue arguing that the order was placed the day the sale was in effect and that it was not due to my fault that it did not complete as that was an error on their website. Within hours I received a response that they would honor the sale price. As the order completed with the new higher price I was promised a refund for the difference. My credit card was credited back within 2 days. Absolutely amazing customer service. I also received at least five emails from the service team keeping me informed and thanking me for my business. Truly exceeding all expectations in a world where customer service is dying everywhere. Keep up this inspiring standard, TeePublic!
I've got the coolest kids ever! They are so hip and love stuff most kids don't so it's really tough to shop for them. Teepublic not only carries the designs of the bands and cartoons that they love in their sizes, but they also have the craziest and most original designs by Indie artists. I'm talking designs you will never see at normal stores and designs that your friends and family will be asking where you got them so they can buy in their size. Last Xmas was a home run buying shirts for my boys. Daft Punk. Check. Five Nights at Freddy's. Check. Steven Universe. Check. These may mean nothing to you but my 3 boys love this stuff. So this year of course I went back to Teepublic to find more shirts and designs of their current favorites but the sizes I picked were not right (my bad) and I initiated an exchange ASAP so I can get everything before the holidays. Well, within minutes of initiating my return, I had an email from their customer service team telling me the new items were on the way at no cost and I could keep the wrong sizes to regift or donate. Wow. I'm literally speechless. As if I couldn't like this company more than I already do. Of course, I always find shirts I like when I shop for my boys so I picked up a couple of favorites myself. Thank you Teepublic, you have a lifelong customer here!
I'm a first time customer to TeePublic. I was amazed at ALL the various Artists designs. The hard part was choosing. I placed my order and waited for my order to arrive. Of course I ordered during the Chridtmas season. But I placed my order way ahead of Christmas. There was a slight hiccup. One of my two gifts (for my Granddaughters) did not arive. I got ahold of Customer Service and they quickly made a wrong right. Their response was quick, helpful and apologetic. Who knows what happened BUT their team made it right.

My order arrived in good time for my daughters birthday but the size was smaller than we anticipated. I was a bit worried about contacting the company for an exchange as I think I gave them an incorrect email address so had no order number or confirmation. They were brilliant!
They swiftly found my order and said they would make the arrangements for they exchange. Unfortunately the size I wanted was temporarily unavailable but by the time I got back in touch with alternatives they were able to send it.
This is not the best bit though. Throughout all this every person that emailed back was just so helpful, really really wonderfully nice, polite and most of all, had a brilliant sense of humour.
I have worked in customer service nearly all my life, for some upmarket companies who pride themselves on giving the best service, TeePublic put them all to shame. I plan to buy all my presents from them now. T SHIRTS ALL ROUND! They have a brilliant selection anyway.
If I could give them a higher score I would ask they have excelled at every part of this journey.

Really amazing TShirt design choices, and types of shirt sizes to choose from. Nice to see women's shirts. I got a size too small, and they volunteered a new TShirt at no cost.
Sent wrong colors of shirts and the size large adult is more like child's small. It's a joke are the reviews real.
How did they mess up and send all the wrong items?
This is total Scam. No delivery, and no response from customer service, Twitter, or Instagram.
Buyer beware. They make no effort to deliver or refund.
I ordered wall art prints, and I am totally satisfied with them.
They arrived pretty quickly, despite Covid, and me living in France.

Exchange….before I could even blink, Robert from the staff quickly responded and said "Your New hoodie with the correct size, is ordered and on the way".
NO QUESTIONS ASKED. No need to send back the original ……please donate it.

I received 2 t shirts as a gift and one was too small (thank you pandemic). I sent them an email and received a reply the next day. They gave me such great service i would recommend them to everyone.
This is by far the best company with phenomenal customer service that I have ever dealt with I had an issue with a couple of my shirts that didn't fit me because the sizes weren't large enough even though it was a 3X shirt it actually fit my 16 year old daughter like a size large so I let the company know what was going on they sent me a size chart through my email and I ordered two more shirts the exact same size that I need to put in a men's size and they absolutely took care of me set me out two shirts got them super quick they're very prompt responses of their emails I would definitely be going through them again for more product there are just phenomenal I can't even say enough good things about them so thank you so much again for everything and being so prompt and very professional with your customer service.
I am absolutely livid with Blue Box Tees right now, and I would recommend that no one ever purchase from them again — if this company even still exists. I ordered four T-shirts in December 2014. I received ONE total shirt to date; it is now July 2015. I paid about $64 — about $14 per shirt plus shipping. I have to admit that the shirt I did receive was of good quality, matched the image on the website, fit well, etc.; I enjoy it. But that ONE success certainly does not make up for the fact that I paid for three shirts I did not ever receive. I tried to contact the company when the company still could be contacted. I'm disappointed in myself for being stupid enough to try to be polite and patient with the time delay as I saw the reports the company was behind on printing shirts and struggling to keep up with orders. I wish I had been more insistent because now, even with 6 months time, the company did not ever follow through and I have no way to contact it. This is a TERRIBLE way to do business. If anyone has a contact for this business, I would greatly appreciate finding it.
I recently bought 7 T-shirts on TeePublic.com. I loved the T-shirts when I received them but unfortunately, I selected the wrong size. I contacted TeePublic customer service via their website with the thought that I would not get a response or resolution which is so very typical after reading reviews of other website companies customer service teams. I was very pleasantly surprised! I received a very professional and personalized response within 24 hours with an apology and order confirmation for new shirts with my correct size and at no charge to me! I also expected to receive instructions on how to mail the original shirts back to TeePublic. I was again pleasantly surprised to find out that I could also keep the original shirts and was suggested to give them to family or friends or donate them or whatever I wanted! Rest assured that if you order from TeePublic.com, that you will receive an awesome product and awesome customer service if you happen to encounter any issues! TeePublic.com is the first website that I will go to when ordering T-shirts in the future!
I had an issue with the logo placement on a shirt. I emailed the company and a real person replied that same day and fixed the issue at no additional cost. I would buy from them again
I had to contact customer service twice about my order and they were SUPER helpful. Also I love the quality of the tshirt. I will be buying more shirts here for sure!

Mi order arrived with a defect (stitching issue). I contacted the company and they are sending me a replacement. I do not need to return the defective item.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
