I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
The Missus and I patiently waited while the shirt & sweatshirt we've wanted came back into print, and we got them quickly and of great quality. As well as our coffee mugs. We will definitely be regular customers of TeeSpring. Thanks again from some very happy customers.
I paid $12 in shipping in order to get my shirt delivered by Christmas, because the website gave me no other shipping option. The package was supposed to be delivered between December 18-21 and still has not arrived. I emailed customer service and never got a reply.
I ordered a hoodie for $38.99 USD, and the quality was nowhere near the price it cost. I'm disappointed in Teespring, I've ordered once before and didn't have this problem, but now I'm upset at how bad the quality of their printing has gotten. I'm going to be avoiding Teespring in the future and I'd suggest to avoid them because this is not good quality at all for such a high price. I hope Teespring will reply to my email regarding this unsatisfactory printing quality for my order.

I placed my original order 6 weeks ago. The 1-st t-shirt took 3 weeks, and it was tiny - short and tight and didn't match to the sizing chart provided. The company promised to re-print on a bigger size. Still waiting for this to happen. Will not order again; difficult to deal with company; shipping is expensive.

While I wish I could say we had a good experience with Teespring, the quality of their printing is hit and miss. Received two shipments for one order. One arrived correctly and looked great while the other larger portion of our order was sub-par quality. The logo was barely printed on the shirts so you can see the shirt through the logo. Contacted customer service and the only thing they would do is a 25% discount and if we want to order again we can get a discount on our next order. Their website says they guarantee satisfaction and quality but this is not the case. We will not be ordering from Teespring again. The shirts were for our PTA and we do not have unlimited funds to keep reprinting shirts hoping we get the product we want. Very disappointing that the quality and customer service was so bad.

Returning items is a nightmare. They don't give you any instruction or an address of where to send items back to. I have reached out to them a couple of times and I am still waiting for a response. I'm hoping to hear back from them before my return window closes. I will NEVER order from there again. I strongly suggest to people who are looking to purchase t-shirts to get them elsewhere.

I thought I'd ordered ONE T-shirt from a fundraising campaign. When the order shipped, I received EIGHT. At $20/shirt, I was upset and taken aback. I contacted Teespring customer service, first communicating with Lianne, then Ruel, who were both courteous and professional. Ruel arranged for me to ship the 7 extra shirts back and issued a $140 refund to my credit card. This is my third or fourth order from Teespring, and the first I've had an issue with. Not only does Teespring produce quality products, they take good care of their customers, too. Thanks, Teespring!
I will never order from this company again. Ordered t-shirt April 4 for Earth Day. According to the website I should have received it. Checked on my order today, apparently its been printing for 3 days after processing for 2 weeks. Beginning to wonder if I will ever get it.

I ordered a tee shirt from Tee Spring for the 127 yard sale, it was delivered quickly, but was too small. I sent an email to customer service and explained the problem, they replied quickly,(within an hour) and replaced the shirt with another at no charge to me. They also requested that I donate the first shirt instead of sending it back. What a refreshing idea! Thank you Tee Spring for your great customer service.

Horrible customer service that answers ONLY by email MAYBE once per day. When you need marketing materials and profits are on the line, do not count on them to resolve anything in a timely manner. I had a VERY SIMPLE tech issue and they could not resolve it. I spent hours designing my shirts and then can't even post my store where others could by them. Would not recommend using them at all. I am sending back my shirts and requesting a full refund. In today's world, we don't have to put up with poor customer service. There's too much competition.

I ordered a shirt for my wife and it arrived. It was way too small, contacted customer service and they said that shirt runs small and asked what size I thought she'd need. It is being shipped next week! No hassle, don't even have to send the old shirt back. I can donate it to charity or something.
I have used tee spring before and have always had great service. The print on the shirts is clear and sharp.
Received a T shirt and it had a hole in it. Tried to get in contact and send it back but found there is no way to contact the company. Even though they have their return policies posted. Almost $50 you would think it would top quality.

I purchased 7 shirts for my co-workers and I to celebrate our national week. The shirts arrived in a timely manner but 3 of the shirts had ink spots on them that were permanent. I tried to find a phone number to let someone know of the poor quality of product that we received but was only able to find an on line site that wanted me to post pictures, etc. and it would get back to me. I didn't have the time or ambition to go through all of that so know it is just our dept joke. I will not order from this company again and I highly suggest that if it is something important that you want shirts for--don't order from here!

We bought 4 shirts for our office Christmas picture. Two of the girls ordered shirts that were too large so I called to see if we could send them back and get new ones. They sent us new ones and asked us to donate the larger ones to someone in need. Very nice! Original package came back faster then they estimated
Now that I actually put the top on, I see that the white shirt I ordered has a huge yellowish block area where the writing it. I didn't notice this until I was in a better lit area of my home. Along with the ugly yellow tint, there is slight ink staining below 'can even' which is annoying. It looks cheap.

Got a random charge on my order as seen in the pic. Also note that it says free shipping. Asked on the live chat what it was for, I got told it was an error and that if the charge went through I'd be refunded. Not only was there the extra mystery charge but the total I paid was more than the total it showed which I'm sure is not even legal? So I asked the same person I spoke to, she didn't seem to care at all, just gave copy pasted answers mostly. She said the charge was for shipping and there was no error so she wouldn't refund me. Contacted support by email too and no one would help me. I have never in my life received so little support from a support agent.

I ordered 5 shirts from here. The shirts were very high quality and looked amazing. The fit was perfect too! One shirt was not exactly the color I wanted and I asked for a exchange and they immediately expedited the exchange for no cost to me! I will definitely do business with them again!

Be patient with the shipping, I am not sure if they wait to make the shirts once you order them or what, but it took a hair over 3 weeks to arrive.

Most orders take over a month to deliver. And they will not let you return anything regardless of what the site says. Buy else where! You can also get two shirts for the price of one if you buy somewhere else. Buyer beware!
I bought two t-shirts in support of an old school I went to. The shirts arrived promptly, and looked great. The print on them seems durable, and survived the first round through the washing machine. What I really like is the thickness of the cotton used. I do not like skimpy t-shirts, and these are heavy duty material. I'm not sure if all of their shirts are the same thickness as these, but if so, I would gladly order other shirts from them. It seems like they have an extensive collection of cool images and slogans.
The site is easy to navigate through, but when you say you have 10% or more off on a purchase I dont see much of the difference. The shipping cost pretty much just took over my percentage off. Its expensive to order from this site. Yea the designs are cool and I have ordered plenty of shirts and even a phone case. But I have found other funny designs elsewhere that are much less $ and for free shipping. Something that this site might want to consider.
Over priced, cheaply made and cheap quality material made this $30 shirt a real disappointment. It isn't worth $10. Delivery was timely and the print was well done. Will never order from this company again.

I had tired to make some shirts with TeeSpring except their crappy system can only work with limited colors, styles and fonts, of course if you hire their minions at a premium price they can fix it of course? Not worth the time unless you want a shirt with a few colors or fonts or style only very limiting. Better off hiring a custom printer more choices and better quality.

TeeSpring Customer Service did reach out to me after I received so many views of my review. They actually did end up giving me a refund for the shirt I had purchased to replace the damaged shirt (thank you everyone who viewed my review for that help!). I do appreciate that! However, it took writing this review which received a lot of views before they cared. They sure didn't care the first 2 times I contacted them, so I'm not sure if that makes them a company that cares who has some bad reps or a company that just doesn't want bad publicity. Hmmm... jury's still out on that!

You find such cute shirts, you get sucked in and end up with so many you can't decide which ones to take out of your cart! That's what happened to me. So I buy 12 shirts and sweatshirts... half were for friends and family! Every screen on the site kept saying reduce shipping rates buy purchasing more. Done! 12 shirts should do the trick! WRONG! $50 later... yes $50 in shipping! Then they start arriving - individually! They are all in separate bags but all ship from the same location! I received 8 bags in one day! You can't call the company because oh, they don't dare have a phone number, so have to 'chat' with them online. The girl could have cared less. Plus, the shirt that hooked me in the first place arrived damaged - with a hole in the chest - they wouldn't even replace it! When I asked about the shipping she said it has to be from the same "campaign" to have reduced shipping. I said that needed to be more clear and she gave me a link to where it's hidden on their help page. When I mentioned the waste of shipping them individually she said they had no way of knowing what shirt goes with what order so they just ship them like that. Hmmmm... ok?! Worst customer service I've ever encountered. When I mentioned that maybe she could take my complaints to her management team to know why they lost a customer that just spent $400 with them, she disconnected. No thanks TeeSpring!

I ordered 2 tee shirts and 1 sticker. I have never received two of the items I ordered. Never got emails the items were sent along with tracking numbers. Unless these items are coming from overseas, I cannot imagine why shipping takes so long. The one tee shirt I did receive is a Hanes, but runs a little smaller. Prices and shipping charges too high for the services received, or not received.

Similar issue with sizing. They are so off on the small size. Wish I would have read reviews first - never would have ordered from them. Let me return the first time but when i received the replacement they were still so small - 2 XX was similar to a large at best - I asked how I can return and get a refund. They said they don't do that and you only get one chance to return something. Beware before you buy!
