I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I'm sure this review will never make it anywhere but this company uses deception to sell their overpriced stuff. They make fake Facebook accounts using famous people and making false claims. You would think that it was a charity you are supporting because of how ridiculously high they are but naw, just them making money off of suckers that fall for it. I purchased and adorable oversized tee and unfortunately it was a little too oversized. The return process was so easy and painless. They really do their best to make the customer happy. I will definitely order Tees from them in the future! Great quality item also.
It's been more than 2 weeks and I still haven't received my payout. US$$321.24 of which I requested a payout 17 days ago. The only explanation I get doesn't make sense and after asking them to review it, days ago, still now answer. I get the feeling they don't have the cash flow... Don't waste your time, money and energy trying to sell on Teespring.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my son that after following the size chart came in too small. I emailed Teespring and they immediately printed us a new one in a size larger free of charge. Very happy with their quick service and response to my email.
I had no true issue with teespring itself. My issue was with there shipping partner DHL. I know shipping is not a teespring issue but it is there choice of shipping companies they use. Shipping took forever and i kept receiving emails says there was going to be delays. After two delays my package still arrived four days later then the delayed delivery date. Spending a few extra dollars for UPS or FEDEX would give them the top rating. Snail mail would be better than DHL!
Poor quality print? Too bad! I received a shirt printed by Teespring that was itchy with a blurry print job. Even after sending photos that clearly showed the blurry print, they couldn't see the issue with it and refused to refund me. I had bought 5 shirts... What a waste of $100!

I ordered two sweatshirts, both of which feel nice and seem like good quality material. The poor quality is with the design printing on the sweatshirts, which looked a little bit flakey but I didn't want to make a big deal out of a few imperfections. However, after washing them once inside out and on delicate and hanging them up to air dry, the designs look awful and are only going to get worse. Really disappointed because I was so excited to get them and the design was the reason why.

Shipping took forever, then got the wrong item. No customer service number to contact them. Everything is in email and takes two days for a response just to get some lame question that takes two more days for them to respond again. Absolutely worst company! I will never buy anything from them again!
I encourage you to find the same shirt from a better run company.
Bottom line I ordered in November for a Christmas gift and will not have it.

Then, we start shipping - this can take anywhere from 4 to 7 business days depending on where you are within the US. We use this process because every product is made-to-order. Unfortunately, there are occasional instances where packages that we ship out get misrouted in the mail and do not reach their destination. Since I have found teespring, which was just this Spring of 2017, I cannot quit looking at the designs they have. I have found so many I want, & the prices are great! They also have been awesome with their guarantee policy, & quick response in communication when I had a problem! I can't wait to place my next order!

The print on the tee shirt did not hold up after a couple of washings. Also, the canvas I ordered by the date given was not received before Christmas. I am upset that I have to pay ANY shipping charges on the canvas at all! After registering a complaint it still took weeks to get here. One very disappointed granddaughter!

I've spent $1,000's with them but they have NO customer service. Not BAD customer service, but none. None of my chats or emails have been responded to. I'm still waiting for some shirts ordered in September. It STILL says being shipped. It's the end of January now. I feel robbed. I need to spend my money with another printing service.

I ordered two shirts I created in the site. They came to me printed crooked and off center and out of place from my design. I had reached out for a refund as these were business shirts I needed for an event and they took their time to contact me back. I was asked to take various pictures proving the $#*! job they did. Once I did that, they ghosted me. Haven't been able to receive a refund let alone a response after 3 more emails attempting to get them to acknowledge the fact that I was left hanging. This company is a scam and fraud. They do not care about you and are out for your money. The shirts also had stains and stunk really bad of vinegar. Not sure what they use to print but got I had to get them out of my house. On top of all of that, I had ordered the highest quality of shirt to only receive some fluted baggy shirt thats size was inconsistent from top to bottom. This company simply sucks and they dont care. Do not buy!

My original order from Teespring had a couple of issues. I emailed my concerns to them and received a very prompt response from them. Francis quickly apologized and had me send photos the shirts. Again, a quick response and apology, followed by an immediate reorder. The replacements arrived without delay and are exactly what I wanted, very unique shirts with good quality, backed with excellent customer service.
My items I purchased were lost due to technical err. I filed a claim with my banking institution. Spring tried to strong arm me by saying they could only resolve the issue if I closed my case against them. False, my banking institution WAS able to get my full refund but Spring waited until the deadline with my claim before refunding my money. When they should have refunded it when I first opened the case! Very disappointed! I actually give them 0 stars

Every time I tried to order a shirt they sent me a description of my order with the wrong color. Three times in a row. At first I thought I made the mistake. But not three times. Ended up cancelling every time. Can't get customer service. Tried calling. Was referred back to website. Tried chat room. Was told chat was cancelled because no one was available. It's almost like this business was set up to aggravate people. Not worth the hassle
I opened a creator store yesterday and ordered a few things to show on my channel. The next day my store was closed with no reason given. I purchased the logo i was using from a reputable website. The chat is no help and if you call them you just get email addresses and then they never bother to respond. How they are even in business is beyond me.

Great quality shirt, went thru the wash with no problems. I wash in cold water. Watch the sizing charts tho. I'm in Canada and i ordered shirts 2 sizes bigger than i would get at the store in Canada, based on teeSpring's sizing charts online. Consequently they fit well but would have been too small, using regular s, m, l, xl sizing I was used to in the stores in Canada..

Also, some of the shirts have the saying ON THE BACK, so look for that if it matters.
When my t-shirt arrived (good quality, good print), it had a hole! My enquiries to the Customer Service section were answered promptly initially and they asked for photos. Which I sent, not once, three times, only to never hear from them again. So they must think that it is reasonable for me to accept a $40 t-shirt with a hole it it!
I originally ordered a David Ortiz retirement shirt from Teespring and paid with a Visa card. I was satisfied with my purchase. Suddenly 2 months after my order, I noticed increasingly more expensive random purchases deducted from my account by Teespring without any authorization by me. I quickly called Teespring but their phone is just a sham to get you to give up in frustration and try to email any complaints. They responded to my email complaint by asking me to send back products at my own expense. I then called Visa and they were very helpful. They cancelled my card and sent me a new one. A week later, additional purchases appeared on the new card. I again called Visa and they explained that some fraudulent companies have a method of "rolling over" an old card purchase unto a new card. Unbelievable! Today I had to entirely cancel my account with Visa and apply for a new account. Don't say I didn't warn you.
I ordered from teespring in May. Once the order was flagged as shipped I was given a tracking number but it doesn't correspond with any orders out for delivery with the carrier. I have emailed the support team twice over 2 weeks and only received an automated response. I paid over £50 for a hoodie that I haven't received and can't track and I cant get any kind of customer support. Its outrageous.

After my previous review, Teespring not only refunded my money promptly, but ordered and shipped out a new one. The reorder came in a timely manner. My daughter loves it, but I think the quality is just ok. It has held up in the wash. Then today the original sweatshirt came. It shipped from the UK (other sweatshirt came from stateside) with a postage date of 4/30. The sweatshirt material is different than the other one, but I think the screen printing looks more vibrant. When I went back to the original tracking information and it still shows that it's in transit. Now we have both sweatshirts and my daughter is happy.
I ordered a sweatshirt on April 18,2020. Received rather prompt notification that the order had shipped with an expected delivery date of May 15 - 18,2020. The FAQs said to contact customer service if we did not receive the order during the expected time frame. I sent an email on May 20,2020 and have not received a response. Tracking info has been the same since May 15th. I understand that there are delays due to the global pandemic, but I think 12 days is sufficient time to wait for a reply. In contrast, I contacted 5 Below customer service on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago because they didn't ship my entire order. I had a resolution in 4 hours. I cannot comment on quality of product. I will gladly update this review upon receipt of my order and if I receive a reply to my customer service inquiry from May 20.
