I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I'm still waiting for my shirts. If they can't keep the agreement of when shirts are supposed to be printed and shipped by, they need to STOP advertising those incorrect dates! I would never had ordered if I had know they would take this long! My event will have been come and gone before I get these!
Teespring has made it so easy to run my business. I'm a full time mom and don't really have the time to control a full fledged high features website so this is the perfect amount for me. I love the easy to make products, I just wish there was more products that didn't seem to have an error behind it when you try to add it to the store. If you guys aka the company basically added the products you have locked/unlocked for everyone to make I would definitely stay as a teespring customer and keep my business with you guys.
Tip for consumers:
There are certain glitches that seems to come and go between products. You can buy clothing but also sell clothing for a cheap price of $11.99/annually and $9.99/monthly for extra security with artwork.

Satisfaction is guaranteed, if you don't like anything about your shirt you can exchange or get your money back, if you didn't, well you just didn't try calling that number! Got several shirts from them, all great quality, both designs and apparel.
Just an update to my previous review...
This company is a joke. You guys over promise and under deliver. Not only did I not receive my order when promised, now it will be even later. I am moving on 6/28, and the shipping info says it may not be here by then. This is bad business and I need to speak to someone. I will be sharing this all over social media, as well as review sites and the Better Business Bureau!

I am creator on teespring and I have also paid for linking my domain and storefront. I reported issue that in navigation pane, Accessories -> Slides option is not visible, but they do not even care to reply or resolve issue. I have added more than 8 slides and still I am facing this issue. I emailed and they just reply with predefined emails. I reported issue 18 days back and yet issue is not resolved

Sent me a dark gray shirt with dark gray text printed on it. Paper thin tee, with a logo you cant see. A rip off at $25. No refunds, only merchandise credit, so you can buy a different insanely overpriced tee with an invisible logo. How does someone print this shirt and say, "all good" and pass it along to shipping? How does the person in shipping look at this, and say "good to go" and put it in an envelope? Avoid!

Just don't. You can get way better quality, faster and cheaper anywhere.

Very poor customer service, no quality control and unreasonable shipping fees. Poor quality printing officers combined shipping but does not actually combine it I was charged full shipping for all 5 shirts. Contacted customer service they basically said OH WELL, that's the way it is. I will not do business again and I will tell everyone of my experience.

Once a campaign ends, production is assigned to one of our printing facilities across the United States and the EU, based on which facility best suits the needs of the design. Due to campaigns ending at different times and each design potentially shipping from different printing facilities, we are unable to offer combined shipping in this case. I recently t -shirt for my husband, it arrived too us in a very short time after I ordered and we live in Alaska, usually merchandise takes a little longer for here in Alaska. Great quality. I originally ordered a sweatshirt from Teespring for Christmas. When it came, there was a stain on it. I was disappointed, however, after getting in touch with Nancy from customer service, she automatically sent me out a new sweatshirt, at no charge, IN TIME for Christmas and even told me not to worry about sending the stained sweatshirt back! My situation was handled very professionally and in a very timely manner. Nancy was very apologetic and offered me several options to choose from in order to satisfy me. Thanks so much!
Ordered a shirt late Nov. Received email saying it was shipped Dec 11. I still do not have a shirt or response to repeated emails. There never was a time I could get any thing but recorded "too many calls" response on the phone. They have my money, I have nothing
I appreciate only one thing from this company: that they are able to customize for any occasion in the print.
However, the quality of the shirts is just awful and uncomfortable. I never write reviews for purchases, but this is total garbage for 30 bucks.

Inferior fabric. Too thin. Inferior printing. Jagged edges, color not completely filled in on some letters. Inferior sizing. Too small when compared to like items of same size. Cost too much for the quality.

I had a great experience with an incorrect order. I received my order incorrectly, it was not the color I ordered. Teespring was quick in their response to my concern and had a wonderful, FAST resolution for me. They did not rush me on another choice, but as soon as I made my new choice they had an excellent turn around time to have my new order placed. I have really enjoyed ordering items via Teespring.com and will continue to do so, due to their great care with my incorrect order.

Read reviews! We regret not checking into this before ordering. We ordered 7 shirts at about $150! They are all horrible. Print is too small for shirts and they are not printed correctly on shirt (crooked on shirts). Print is kinda faded on some of the shirts. Save your money!

Had an issue with my order because I ordered the wrong size. So i emailed customer service and Ruel was the person helping me with my order. Without any questions simply help me to get the right fit for my 5 year old and re ordered his shirt. The process was quick and easy. I've had bad customer service in the past, but tee spring knows how to pick there support team.
I ordered two t-shirts and two sweat shirts on june 3rd over fifteen days to receive and I still have not received one t-shirt extremely poor quality screen print and one of the sweat shirt came with a big yellow stain on it and they are not worth the price. I am sure the print will wash off after a few washes I wished I would have researched before ordering.

The shirt arrived in a good time for an international shipped item. As I also needed to wait for the order window to close it was a little longer but still very reasonable. The shirt arrived and was exactly what I had expected to receive and matched the item description on the web site perfectly. The sizing was pretty accurate also. I may have liked it to go to one size larger, but that is only because I have a bit of a preference for looser fitting shirts. I definitely think about purchasing for this seller again.

Out the package the sweatshirt looks great after about a week it time to wash it and followed the instructions and even washed it on a gentle cycle. It's not my first time purchasing items like this. After gentle washing the sweat shirt looked like someone had taken sandpaper to it and removed almost half of the picture. It also collected every piece a lint from the wash machine. I did not dry it just let it hang dry and it looks pretty bad. Kinda like a bear rubbing his back against a tree to soothe and itch. Poor choice on my part, never again.

Bought a hoodie. Beautiful design, high quality materials which exceeded what I expected considering the low price, and exceptionally speedy delivery from Europe to Australia. Postage was very reasonable too. How did they do it? I have no idea! I love it. Awesome. Want more great stuff like this from them.
Sh*tty quality, painfully slow...
Finally got my Teespring shirt. First thing, though the Hanes logo says, "comfort soft," this material feels like I wrapped my body in paper towels. Second, it smells like vinegar and partially burned paper. Third the logos are not done very well. There's a double image on everything like something shifted during the printing/screening process. From a distance it looks ok but when you look up close, it's really disappointing for a $21.99 shirt.

I recently ordered two T-shirts with my company logo on them. One of the T-shirts printed on a ladies tank top came out wonderful. However a men's large V-neck T-shirt with the same design logo was printed very small along the chest printing area. Either the pictures are misleading on how big a logo can be (in pictures and the web designer), or Teespring printing people just messed up and didn't expand my logo enough. On the web designer tool online I made sure to put my logo to the limits of the printing area and I still have a logo with around 6 inches of blank space on both sides. So I'm not too thrilled about my T-shirt but the other one like I said was perfect.

An online-only company with a web site that does not work, no response from their supposedly on duty help desk, screens that suddenly change to German, and an absolutely uselss FAQ section. Great concept, but no execution at all. They're either out of business, phony, or run by summer interns in another country.

2 shirts ordered from same "company" at same time. Teespring made me pay shipping twice. Its not the consumers fault that they choose to print in different areas. 2 shirts on same order should be (1) shipping rate. 1st shirt arrived within a week; 2nd took almost a month... and was blurry. "customer service" offered zero empathy or consolation. Will never give my hard earned money to any company involved with them.
