I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I wanted to support a favorite youtuber by buying some merch. I'm sure most of the money sadly went to teespring. It's a paper thin hanes shirt. You can see right through it. Embarrassing. For $25 I expected more than a $2 shirt with a design printed on it. Won't make that mistake again. Geesh.
I placed on order on 3 April for 4 t-shirts, expecting the system to be able to calculate some kind of combined shipping. It didn't. Never mind, I was supporting a YouTuber. As far as the company's estimates go, the shirts should have been shipped and arrived by now. But the system still shows 'printing' and has done so for 2 weeks. I can only hurry up and wait... Luckily I paid via. PayPal and if there is no progress in a week, I can raise a case through them, god help the people who paid through credit cards and have to dispute it through their bank!

Bought a shirt for my wife for her birthday. She loved it and we were both impressed with the quality of printing. I wasn't familiar with Teespring before this however I look forward to buying more products from them in the future!
Order an Alan Walker hoodie for my son. When it arrived he loved it, but it was too small. Emailed customer service to ask how to exchange it. Not only did I receive a prompt response, but they offered to send out a larger size right away at no cost. Happy with the quality of the product. Will recommend to friends and use in the future.
Has anyone who ordered a t-shirt at the beginning of April (shipped Apr. 4th) received their orders? I am still waiting. I also found the online chat once and can't find it again. The agent told me I needed to contact customs as it was being shipped from the UK and must be stuck there, that's BS! Costumer service does not respond to the online help requests if you fill in the form. I will never order from them again.

I've ordered a hoodie back in December and got an email for when it should be expected to arrive along with a tracking number for the package. The tracking number doesn't work and I've never received the item. When I've sent emails to fix the issue I was met with no response at all from this company, I've tried other ways to contact them for a refund but nothing has worked. Don't buy from this company if you think you're going get something in return, all they are going to do is pocket the money then ignore you when you ask about your purchase. This company is just one big scam and I would never recommend this business ever.

I had an issue with one of the tees I bought (incorrect neck shape). Emailed and got an almost immediate response, then a swift follow-up and incredible resolution. I'm struggling to articulate how impressed with, and grateful I am to, Keri (helpful, upbeat and... well... just ACE!) and the Teespring team for the best online (or indeed, over-the-phone or in-person) customer service I've received in a long, long time.

This company is absolute trash. They impeded my ability to purchase and refused to deliver a T-shirt to me because it had the words God's Army.

Ordered a shirt last month for my daughter, 3 weeks delivery was promised. The package shipped, according to 'PostNL' or some such nonsense. It has sat in their warehouse ever since. Teespring's recommendation when I contacted them was to 'wait'. Everything I've ordered off the internet for the last 15 years has come with a tracking number that shows you where your item is and when it will be delivered. Very disappointed, this was supposed to be a gift for Valentine's Day.

First thing I payed for 3day shipping and it took a week to arrive. Second off the printing on the shirt sucks it fades in and out really bad I will never be buying from this site again waste of money

"Bite me" is my favorite tank top ever! It's so silky soft. The size does run a little small. I would order one size up and not dry it in the dyer, it will be a perfect fit. Decal is totally readable. Ship time pretty quick.
Hope I'm happier about their product than I am the shipping. According to them, my item shipped nearly a week ago. Still no item. Unless is coming from overseas in some 3rd world country there is no reason for a window sticker to take that long.

The idea to print out your own design for a fair price is great. My concern with the many orders ive placed is that quality control need to be stepped up. Ive gotten shirts with the logos not centered or just not pressed on the shirt properly. My other gripe is the selection of clothing. I have no clue which to order cause 90 percent of the time nothing fits as it should and some of the stuff is not wearable after a few washes. With all that being said i do appreciate the services to at least get an idea on how its going to look before i take it to a shop that has better selection of garments. P.S. You should consider a premium option for your services, i think your bring a lot more buisness your way. Thanks
I just received my order from Teespring. It took about 2 weeks to arrive which isn't bad but I'm very disappointed with the quality of the shirt. The material is very stiff and rough and the print is super faded and not even centered on the shirt! For $25 for a t-shirt, I really expected more. I could have done a better job with an iron on transfer and tee from Wal-Mart.

Order a tee-shirt on Nov 25th, plenty of time for Christmas. Original delivery date was given as Dec 14-18. It is now Jan 6th and I still have not received my order. I reached out to Customer Care and have not had a satisfactory response. I would advise anyone considering ordering from this company to reconsider, as you may find as I have that they will take your money but not deliver the product.

I purchased 3 t-shirts from you and one of them has a hole on the seam between the sleeve and body if shirt after just first wash. It looks like the stitching unravelled. Disapponted and worried that shirts won't last long for the price we paid.

Abs olutely no customer service at all! I ordered some shirts off their website have not yet received them and they would pull the money out of my account. I did not ever receive an email confirmation for any of them and when I tried to contact them about the matter they said it's going to take 2 to 5 business days for response. I really wish I had never heard of this company because they are just taking us for our money! If it really was a legitimate company there would be a customer service phone number that you can call and not have an automated system give you the runaround!
These are not premium quality shirts, they are a very thin 50/50 blend. Screening looks like they barely used any ink. So disappointed at what I go and the prices I paid. Stick with Cafe Press, they have a quality product.
I've purchase Tshirts from Teespring for several years! Quality products and great service! Campaigns feature current and relevant themes and designs! Very enticing because the incredible designs are awesome!
I liked the designs offered. I think the shirts are over priced. My shirt was pictured as fitted but what I received was regular cut. The size ran small so I am glad I ordered a larger size. Shirt is short in length. I haven't worn or washed it yet so don't know how it will hold up. Will most likely shrink as it is 90% cotton.

My items haven't arrived long past the delivery date. After contacting my local post office, which wasn't able to provide any information, Teespring was very supportive all the times I contacted them providing any available information about tracking the parcels and even offered reprints of my goods at no cost!
They are really bad! Been using them for a year and my patient is running out! 60-70% of my customers always have issues with the prints rubbing off on the tshirts and hoodies. I have a simple quote with 1 color and they can't use reliable vendors to print halfway decent products! Going to try printful or something because it's getting embarrassing and makes me look bad!

They’re plenty of other sites to use! If you want consistent quality products that will last longer than 1 wash…then this company is not for you! You can probably do a better job making your products yourself!
