Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace

I ordered a Tshirt through Spring Fan Apparel in early January, it's now February 19th and still no shirt. Customer service says they have yet to hear back regarding my cancellation, and it's been over a month. Complete scam. Don't purchase anything from this company.

Look below at the date of my purchase. Me asking for a refund on February 19th and still no luck. Absolute joke

I ordered a fibromyalgia shirt in which my name was on. This shirt means a lot to me because I was just recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Knowing my name is among those Warriors who also suffer, whom may have lost the battle, or continue to fight for a cure for this disease, means the world to me.
An unfortunate event had happened after my shirt was delivered to my home. Unfortunately we found out that my shirt was stolen right after the mail carrier put my shirt in my mailbox. Not only did Teespring make me another shirt free of charge, they were in constant contact with me to make sure that my needs were met. To make sure that I was able to get the shirt with my name on it. They have gone over and Beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that their customers are satisfied. On behalf of my family and I, I greatly appreciate everything you have done.

My friend (and guitar player of over 37 years) was recently diagnosed with cancer. His insurance company would not cover the FDA approved $25,000 treatment that he needed to survive. I started a GoFundMe and was directed to the Teespring website as another fundraising source for my friend. Teespring does not charge any up-front costs AT ALL. This is a great way to raise funds for a good cause.
It takes a while to maneuver around their site. The only downside to Teespring is that their customer service is a bit scattered and could use improvement. Other than that, Teespring is pretty decent.

I ordered several shirts. Two times through the wash the print is fading badly. You can even tell what the print design was suppose to be at this point. What is that supposed to be a picture of? Unacceptable.

Teespring while it makes an effort to advertise on Facebook. But the fail to deliver. I ordered a couple of T Shirts and Hood sweater on Nov 30th and 1st Dec 2016. To date they have not delivered nor bothered to contact me via email.

I waited 3 1/2 weeks to receive my hoody from the Women's March Oakland. The last week of my wait, all delivery information disappeared from the DHL tracking site. When it finally was delivered, the design was half the required size and printed off-center. I emailed the company and they were very nice and said they'd print another one for me, but they refused expedited delivery. So now it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten the replacement sweatshirt. Once I get my sweatshirt, I won't buy from them again. Delivery is awful and poor quality control.

I purchased an adult sweatshirt for my daughter because in the advertisment it appeared to be a nicer quality than the kids sweatshirts. I wouldnt have purchased any clothing from this company if I would have known what I was getting.

Before I ordered I went of Facebook to read some posts and see what other people were saying. All of the posts were positive. After I received my items and was not satisfied I made a comment on their page and they kept deleting it. After watching their page for a while I could see that negative posts were being deleted left and right. Wont be ordering from them ever again.

I placed an order on December 7th. Expecting to receive items in plenty of time for Christmas. Not only was I anxiously await 3 item on the 23 of December for Christmas presents. One never showed up and another was the wrong pillow I ordered. So I received 2 out of the 4 items correctly. The products are very well made but I do not know if I will place an order again. I payed $5.00 per item to ship. You think they would get to my home in a more timely manner. Now I have to figure out how to get the right pillow I ordered. Not looking forward that aggravation.

Ordered their limited time Surfing Christmas "sweater" for my fiancé, the design was cute but the quality of print was very faint. It's came as a thin sweat shirt rather than a thick warm sweater. Will not buy from them again. It's also took a long time to arrive since I ordered it.

If unauthorized are being made, call FTC and consumer protection and report it. You should also get a new credit card and report to the credit card company if you ever have a dispute like this again. Who knows, maybe one day they will be reported on the nightly news!

I oredered a T-shirt, not knowing from where (geographically). I've been waiting for approx. One month, but the pack did not arrive, and could not find it in nearby post offices either. I almost gave up (acknowledging the loss of my money), but made a trial with Customer service. They showed high sympathy and managed a "reprint" and ensure delivery. Thanks for all!

I ordered my dad a t-shirt in 3xl after a friend suggested getting a larger size. He had ordered from Teespring before. When it came it was way too big. I sent an email to teespring customer service on a Saturday and they replied within about two hours. They were more than happy to send me a new size free of charge and suggested possibly giving the old shirt to a charity. Best and quickest customer service I've ever dealt with. This is also the first time I have ever wrote a review.

I received my sweatshirt in a reasonable amount of time and was generally happy with the product. What irritated me was that the tag had a cut through it and I'm knowledgeable enough to know that this is an indication that the garment is a second. If they're selling seconds they should tell people and the price should reflect it.

I ordered a shirt for an event 3 weeks before the scheduled event. Its been 23 days since I placed my order and it is still "processing". I have emailed several times to ask for a refund or to find out when, if ever, my item will ship. Same generic response every time, which gives no actual answers. I have asked for a refund. No answer. I will be filling a claim with my card as a fradulent charge shortly. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered two wolf shirts paid for express shipping got package on time but shirts are blank. Wanted to return was told cannot do that. Still no wolf shirts. Have seen several more on Facebook that I would have ordered but not until I get the first two. My friends birthday was over a month ago. Still waiting on her present

I bought a tank, based on the sizing chart posted to their website, about the brand of tank top I was purchasing. The sizing was laughably incorrect. Then, surprise... they don't take any returns. $40 with shipping for a cheap tank that I can't wear. If you stand by your products, then you need to accept returns. Poor business ethics.

I ordered a shirt, but then it wasn't delivered. I emailed them and within minutes, the very polite and helpful customer service assistant, Jeff, helped me with my problem. They suggested that my order may have been lost in the post, so promptly ordered me another one free of charge with rushed delivery! Very satisfied indeed!

Arrived late even due to pandemic. Arrived broken. No bubble wrap. Color and print does not match photo displayed. Its a brown color not black. Lettering is blurry and hard to read clearly. Scuffs all over mug. I filed a claim with paypal due tonit being essentially lost in transit. Their tracking number is very useless.

Ordered, paid, then the shirt never arrived. Multiple promised delivery dates. Bogus robot feedback saying their are busy and backlogged. Tracker says shipped but stuck in Kentucky over two weeks. Their feedback says the shirt will ship soon. The shipping tracker just keeps moving the date out.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware. Don’t do it. They suck.

Sent one back that looked like a small but was xl and did not see money returned.other than that the other five or so I ordered took a little long to get here but were acc to size so I kept them. I just ordered four more.

I ordered two shirts mailing them to two different places with 5 miles of one another hoodie was mailed a week before t-shirt but yet t shirt came within two days of shipping and its been 2 weeks and im still waiting on hoodie when i contacted them on chat the 22 they said it was set to be delivered the 23 well it never came and i still dont have it! How does that happen? And why lie? Ive ordered from them this was the 4th year in a row but it is the last time i was suppose to receive in time for Christmas never again!

They may have good product? I don't know because up to now the orders arrived in KSA on 15th March 2018 have not been delivered yet!

All their *******@teespring.com did was only acknowledged the first e-mail and kept silent on the follow up e-mails!

At first we had a problem because the package was missing and they were very diligent and in less than 24hrs they answer me and offer me to reorder without additional charge. After that arrived I think no more than 15 days. Love it

I ordered a hoodie a month ago. The expected delivery date has come and gone.

I have e-mailed Teespring multiple times to ask where the hoodie is, and to inquire as to why the tracking info hasn't been updated for the last 3 weeks and no one has gotten back to me.
I tried calling the toll free number, but all that does is make you listen to a recording that tells you to email them or use their live chat.
Well, no one responds to the e-mails I've sent and the live chat feature doesn't even work.

I am now starting the process of having the charge refunded on my credit card, as the total lack of communication from their "customer service" is worrisome, and leads me to believe we've been ripped off by this site.

My kid is upset, as this was a purchase she made using her Christmas money, and she has NOTHING to show for it.

Do not waste your time or your money with them. They don't seem to give a crap about their customers.

Uk order. Really disappointed to be charged a large Customs Fee by the Post Office on top of what was already a steep p&p charge on the website at time of order. This needs to be made clearer to international purchasers at time of ordering. Had a look at site since and it does say about Custom Charges but it is very hidden in the small print. Teespring need to be a lot clearer on this.
