I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
They have material like cotton, and they told us it s cotton. This is can be cotton, but lowest class, and prints are gone after 1 wash...
I can wash and read how to do it, but it s too mutch. Don t buy from this website if you like high class product with nice prints on it longer than week. Sadly but true. Good bye teespring, I don't want to see you again.
I wish I had looked at the reviews before wasting time and money on this website. It's been a month since the campaign ended and I still have not received all of the products that I ordered and paid for. The shirts are poor quality, mismatched, arrived in different packages and the overall quality of the image was poor (this was not indicated like they do on Vist Print or other online print services that I've used. Just pay a little more and use a different service Teespring is the worst.

Wish I had never ordered they won't tell me where my order is and on the live chad Rachel said sorry I can't tell you anything, and wouldn't answer any of my questions at all, no way to do business. Someone claiming to be them trying to get more money out of me without even the correct info and Teespring won't even respond to my inquiry about that.
I ordered a t-shirt off of the website and I never received it. I emailed the company and they responded within 12 hours. Turns out my shirt was lost in transit. They were very quick to reorder and ship out my original order within 48 hours of my first email! I am very pleased and will continue to shop with them. Keep up the good work!
I am a fitness instructor and lover of sarcasm. I have ordered numerous tanks and t-shirts and have always been satisfied. Before I received my last order, a friend gifted me the exact tank I ordered for myself. When I contacted teespring regarding a return or exchange, they stated that they do not accept returns but for me to plelase donate the tank to someone and offered an in-store credit. You can't ask for better service than that to guarantee a repeat customer. Thanks TeeSpring!
I've ordered several shirts from this site, and they have all exceeded my expectations. They wash up well, no fading, no shrinking, and the lettering and design does not peel, crack or fade. I love the sayings and artwork. I'll continue to use teespring for my tshirt shopping.
For the cost the quality of the tee was poor. Shrank quite a bit and after the 1st washing began to pill. Not likely to make another purchase... would recommend you all regroup and think about a higher end tee - heavier weight quality tee. Maybe pre-washed / faded/ vintage..

I found a shirt I absolutely loved on their website. It was shipped to me but never arrived. Robert in the customer service department helped me every step of the way to check where it was and then upon not finding it, ordered me another shirt for free!
I ordered a xxl because the shirt was listed as running small. I would say it is 2 sizes small. The fabric feels cheap. My order was a gift, I am hoping she can at least wear it to sleep in. I would think twice before ordering again.

Unfortunately the products were extremely poor quality, resulting in having to process full refunds for customers and cease using Teespring.
Tee Spring seemed like a great website! I have yet to receive my order in the mail so I can't comment on how the product is. The only downfall is the shipping speed along with getting emails about my order quality. How am I supposed to answer the questions when the emails beat my order? I feel as if surveys and reviews are inaccurately filled out due to not having orders in hand when filling them out.
I am so pleased with my experience with Teespring, I ordered a shirt from the YWA shop and it didn't wind up fitting me very well. I'm 5'2" so the small was still very long and a bit baggy on me. I emailed customer service and Ruel was super helpful and sorted it out very quickly.
I do a fair amount of online shopping and that can come with issues in understanding sizing especially with clothing, and I'm always so happy to find places with good customer service. I'm sure it isn't easy to keep on top of all the customer emails, and even still I was able to have a clear conversation with Teespring through email, and got help especially from Ruel!
It took several weeks to get, I received the wrong item, I emailed several people for several weeks and the people either sent me to someone else or my email was never acknowledged. Finally, after threatening to get authorities involved, I received an email saying I would get my correct item mailed within 3-5 weeks. Ridiculous that I spent so much time tracking down my items, the company, and my money. I love my phone case but would NEVER use teespring again! I suggest no one uses this horrible company
I've been waiting and waiting. I emailed and was told and has already been printed and today the day it was suppose to arrive they said they are backed up in production. I've been asking for a refund for weeks. I would never had ordered from this lying company. They need to get sued and shutdown

Ordered a shirt. Took quite a while till it got here (Germany). Shirt was too large, but that was kinda my mistake. I returned the shirt and got one in the right size. Very friendly customer service. Thumbs up!

I ordered two t shirts from this site the first one was a good size the second one was too small and I tried to get another size but to no avail. I feel that with the price they charge they should allow you to exchange for a diff size they run very small. The quality of the shirt itself was weak. I will not recommend this product or their site.

The product was larger than I thought. The customer agent Mark was courteous and quick to reply about return. I was surprised that a new one with smaller size will be given without returning the old one. Very impressed
I buy my Christmas sweater in the began of december n paid 10$ shipping fee. I've received my command in january after the vacancy. So it's an expensive fee for a bad service. The sweater smell so much chemical that i even made skin reaction.
I was a little hesitant at first but Im so glad I went with my instinct! Quality is perfect. The website was true to its quality and delivery expectations. Im recommending and I will buy more products soon :)

I just received t-shirt I ordered and I have never seen a t-shirt so thick I won't be able to wear it till it's winter time. For the price they charge they should give better quality t-shirt material never again will I order from them
