Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace

I ordered 2 tshirts for MS Awareness month (March) and the color print on the shirt should have been orange. It was mix between red and brown. It's now too late to reorder because it took 2 weeks to get these. The shirts also arrived with a very loud chemical smell.

Make sure you if you need for special occasion you order in time to return due to colors being off.

Our community theatre uses Spring for merch. I want to support the theatre and have mementos of shows my kids are in. The logo on literally every single t-shirt or sweatshirt I bought from this site has crumbled off in the laundry between the first and third wash. At first, I'd contact the company and let them know and they'd replace the shirt with another one that would crumble and fall off. Then they just stopped answering emails. I had to stop ordering- even though I love supporting the theatre and want the shirts- because it's a waste of money if you can only wear the clothes once or twice before the design fades.
The coffee cups and pint glasses do hold up, so I gave them two stars instead of one. It's just a shame we can't have the shirts. And a shame they stopped responding. I think they thought I was trying to get free merch but I just want shirts that last for more than one wear!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy the shirts. Only purchase the drinkware. The shirt logos will crumble right off!

Its not often that I run into a business that treats their customers so well... It's easy when things go as planned but the best companies are able to take a potentially negative situation (request for return) and turn it into a positive experience! My shirt was not as I expected, and it was a custom job... so, I could return the item if I really wanted to, but there was no item to replace it... Nancy explained the details in a concise and kind manner and instantly offered a great solution..."take a look at our inventory and pick out something you like as a replacement"... Although she was not able to replace my special t-shirt I was made to feel special and got a nice replacement as well.

Tee spring seems to have cut its customer service staff. Issues take a long time to be resolved, as a Creator I would place spot orders for giveaways, and if it actually got made the orders would be wrong ie. Wrong color shirt size and blurry.
I have had other people contact me saying they received the more than they ordered or double orders and I would have to just say keep it as a give since they where not charged.

Having the read the reviews here I was concerned that I had made a bad purchase. I am happy to report I had no issues. My T-Shirt was received in 15 days from my order. Shipped from Texas to Canada. It's a good quality Fruit of the Loom shirt and it's the right size. The stencil is exactly as advertised on Facebook. Just posting here that not all purchases are bad from this company.
The mug I ordered came in broken unfortunately, but I think this was from the shipping company. It took a bit of digging to find the contact information as the automatic help service doesn't work very well. I got a reply in less then 24 hours from Harold and am very impressed and grateful that he was able to help me quickly and with no issues. Thank you very much for the help Harold!

Me and my friends ordered 4 shirts with the same design on it to wear together. All of them proved to have issues with the quality of the print on them, with mine flaking up to where the logo was practically indecipherable. Admittedly, the front logo was not nearly as bad as the back was but is useful to prove how terrible one load of the washer affected this shirt. This "comfort tee" has left me and my friends disappointed, especially considering what it could mean for the future of our merch store.

Had to exchange a tee-shirt gift for my husband and was so impressed with the help I received in customer chat. They were fast, helpful and it only took a few minutes. Also the shirt was very nice quality and arrived quite fast. I will order from them in the future.

We have had a good experience with TeeSpring except for the delivery of the orders. For some reason, the company they choose to deliver the packages do a terrible job and we still have not received some of our orders for a month now. The one that we did receive had a very small label with very small text that the local delivery person complained they tried every one on the street until they found us. Tracking numbers never work, so we have no clue where our package is. Until this shipping issue is sorted out, I cannot recommend TeeSpring.

Make sure you test that shipping is OK for the area where your audience lives, or you will damage your brand with paid orders that never get delivered.

Don't buy from them. Got the hoodie today, worst printing i've seen. Lack of color and spent a $53 for this hanes hoodie. Should have read reviews before I bought one. On the left is what they advertised.

I wanted to test Tee Spring's work before ordering a bunch of prints for my small clothing company. Design had multiple colors and turned out good.
However, I dont like they have shirt in general area that anyone can buy without me getting my profit.

Of course they use garbage material that fits like kid sizes that I'm sure they had imported from China for less than 2 cents each. Charging $22 + Shipping for shirts that are on other websites for $16 and FREE Shipping!

Bought 2 Tee shirts which could have been in 1 package but was charged $24 for each Tee shirt. Purchased another similar sized item from the States it arrived earlier with a fraction of the freight cost

Only got ten percent of my total order and they had the nerve to say it was PayPal's fault. Funny, all my other transactions on PayPal go without a hitch. I do not recommend this company to by t-shirts from, busted tees is much better.

T-shirt came with the image off-centre by inches. Looks terrible, like a small child printed it. Zero quality control. Paid a lot for it too. I complained; customer service asked me to send more photo evidence, then stopped replying. I will never purchase from them again.
Update: After a month and a half, a replacement arrived. The shirt itself is a better quality material, and the image is centred and brighter, with solid colours. I had no idea just how bad even the ink colour was on my original shirt. I am very happy they corrected their mistake and sent me another shirt. However, I still do not want to go through this hassle, so won't be using them again. Quality control would prevent this from happening. Get it right the first time.

I have several of these shirts and am exceptionally pleased with them. The fabric quality is good, and they wash well with little or no shrinkage. Also, after numerous washings, the graphics haven't faded, which is a definite plus. I'll be ordering more as new designs are introduced.
'Premium' t shirt is made from cheap thin material that stretches easily. Well over priced for what you get and I dread to think how bad the budget t shirts are. I'm now glad I only sold a couple of items as I dont want my name to be associated with such poor quality merchandise

Ordered a 'Kids Gamer hooded sweatshirt' for my grandson in a medium. Package arrived and it was an adult medium. Have sent 4 emails over the last week with no response. Finally got my Teespring shirt. First thing, though the Hanes logo says, "comfort soft," this material feels like I wrapped my body in paper towels. Second, it smells like vinegar and partially burned paper. Third the logos are not done very well. There's a double image on everything like something shifted during the printing/screening process. From a distance it looks ok but when you look up close, it's really disappointing for a $25+ shirt.
