I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace

I have made several purchases from Teespring. Everything I have purchased from them has been of excellent quality. Their website is user friendly, and they are very good at keeping the customer updated on the status of their order.
I had returned a shirt that was to big and exchanged it for a smaller size. I did not know how to go about it because there was no phone number on the website. Francis helped me, she was great and emailed me back very fast. She was very helpful and answered all my questions.
I was quickly able to create a design. The shirt is made from high quality material and the design printing is top notch. Even better, I paid less than I would for an off the rack printed T-Shirt in a department store.
I ordered two shirts recently. They are ridiculously small and I would like to exchange one for a larger size. I have tried emailing TeeSpring customer service. They say they will respond within 24 hours. Been 3 days and still no response. Tried to chat with customer service... they canceled my chat because no agents were available. Come on, I'm not asking for a refund. The shirt is cute, just want a larger size.

I inadvertently placed the same order twice. Once I realized the error, I contacted customer service. Ruel was very kind and and worked with me to get the shirts returned and a credit issued. I would definitely shop at Tee Spring again.

Be patient and wait for the email confirming your order. It's not instantaneous like most retailers.

My last order was a complete disaster. Received the wrong item and had to jump through hoops to get it replaced. Their t-shirts are very thin and the sleeves are too short more like something found in a ladies shirt. This was not my first order but I doubt I will order in the future.

I ordered a T-shirt from Teespring.com and it arrived with a couple of flaws. I notified Teespring and they replaced the T-shirt without issue. The whole process was as painless as it could be and quick. It is rare to find a vendor that cares this much for the customer and stands behind their product like Teespring does. I will definitely be buying more from Teesping.com and highly recommend that you consider them, too. High quality, fast service, superior customer service, and a customer first policy.
My tee I purchased has become one of my favs! The weight is just perfect, as I don't like any show-through but I don't want my tee to be stiff either. Length is perfect, not too short and not too long. Fits well where it should and is looser around hips, ample area in shoulders/arms to move without binding. The color is as expected and the graphic is clear. I've washed it 3-4 times now and the graphic and fabric are still like new, no shrinkage, fading, or pilling. Love it!
I think that either this company is not legit or that they're doing something shady. I know that we are in this pandemic and alot of companies have adjust I placed an order last month and received an email showing estimated delivery 6/5-6/11 and today is 6/26, I sent an email to them about it and received an auto reply no real tracking number not American anyway. I have ordered stuff from Seoul and arrived within 2 weeks. Something is definitely wrong.

I ordered a hoodie from this company. I received a tracking number which said that everything was delivered. It was not delivered. I sent them an email because you cannot get ANYONE on the phone at any phone numbers listed. I received an email that basically said, "sorry, we can't do anything for you, your claim has been closed". Needless to say I am now out $50.00.
My initial purchase was a bit small (my fault) and the print quality was less than expected. I contacted Teespring and they sent a replacement hoodie with a perfect image at no charge. I donated the first to a local charity since they did not expect me to send it back. I could not have asked for better or more courteous support.
I placed an order on Jun 27 and was told my estimated delivery time was no later than Jul 3 because I paid for expedited shipping. It's August 3 and I still haven't received anything. Checked my order status and it said it shipped- where did you send it to?

These people are bigots, racists and prejudice against black people and black leaders. They are supposed to be a T-shirt company making merchandise but instead they are playing race politics with their clients. My colleague is a follower of Louis Farrakhan and he has never put anything on his merchandise that was inflammatory or hate toward any group of people because we are decent human beings. And just because he's associated with minister Louis Farrakhan they terminated his account although he had been doing consistent business with them for over 2 years with no issues. And today I'm deactivating my account because to single out Louis Farrakhan who has been an activists and civil rights leader and a world leader for all people is the equivalent to saying black lives don't matter because this is a man whose fighting on the front lines for black lives since the 1950's. This is our elder and attack on him is an attack on all black people.

The print job on the shirt I received was very poor quality. I also did not expect that our local club name was going to be plastered all over the back of the shirt. I expected a tasteful, company logo on the front of the shirt. Total disappointment. Yes, like another reviewer stated, printing is very blurry.

Shirt is of very poor quality material that is very thin. The printing is obscure, blurry, and just seems overall to be lower than lowest bidder type quality. The shirt is also smaller than most other brands of the same size. I will not purchase from tee spring again, sadly.

What they don't tell you when you order is that they will calculate delivery later. I ordered 10 items and at checkout was shown two delivery charges. They later increased this to a seperate charge for each item after the order was placed and I was charged an additional £70 for delivery.
If they miscalculated the charge at checkout that is their fault not mine. What is to stop them adding on any charge they want that I did not know about our agree to at the checkout?
Appalling customer service took 6 emails to even understand the issue and then demanded screenshots of the basket before checkout to prove to them the charge was increased after. If course I don't have that because no shop in the world can add charges after a sale had been agreed! They said they couldn't help.
Avoid like the plague.

I noticed a transaction on my credit card statement showing a charge from Teespring I didn't recognize. It turned out I had reserved a hoodie at some point but didn't remember and the campaign started again. After emailing customer support, they sorted this out with no issues in a timely fashion and provided a full refund. I was very impressed with the customer service. Excellent experience with this business!
We spent considerable time creating a store and product. All products use the same logo which we are authorized to use. Randomly, about once a week, Teespring just goes out and deletes our products with NO EXPLANATION and sends a poorly written email that simply states we're violating their policies. WTF? These people have no idea what they are doing --- don't waste your time. Additionally, all of their products are at the lowest end of the quality scale. Junk products being hucked by incompetent people.

I ordered a shirt and sweatshirt with 15% discount I put my card information in and it automatically took me to the thank you for your order page. I had to go into my email to see how much the order was and to make sure I received the discount. Well I did get the discount but they charged me $18.99 for rush delivery which I did not check for this isn't a Christmas gift so I was in no hurry to get it. I contacted customer service right away was told I had to submit a form online. So I did that and the customer service rep argued with me and called me a lair. I will never order anything from this place of business again. Thank you Brittany.
