I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!

Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace

I purchased a t-shirt (Moriah Elizabeth line) not only did I receive the wrong size the print was of centered and crooked. The print quality is see thru. You can see the lines and black shirt thru the design. I attempted to contact them about the dispute and multiple emails later there is still no response. I cannot find a way to call to contact them that way either. I'm going to call the BBB and report them as they took my $29+tax shipping and handling. But will not respond to correct the problem. My daughter is devastated and this was a birthday present. I also contacted Moriah Elizabeth and surprise no response there either.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware the Larger printed images does not print well. The colors are light and muddy. Not vibrant at all. Printed on a Hanes undershirt T-shirt quality.

Teespring disabled my account due an honest trademark mistake. They took down my campaign and issued me a warning. Only a few days later I come back to find my account disabled and my funds frozen. Upon enquiry they said they had a new 1 strike policy, and they would not let me appeal their decision. My account was now disabled and my funds inaccessible, all due to an honest newbie creator mistake.

Stay away from this platform! There are many more similar platforms that value their creators!

These scam artist have the audacity to sell a large "decal" for your car with a black background. It's literally a $15 sticker you'd give to a kid. Then tell you that you can return it. Stay away from this company if you like your money. I'd give them zero stars if I had the option.

This company could care less about its existing customers. I was getting notices from my subscribers that my Merch wasnt available but I was ok with that stupidly because i was have 4 new designs drawn up.$1400.00 worth of new merch designs to release for the Christmas push. I went to upload my new merch in mid-November and there was a 404 error page no longer exists on every item you clicked on. I started sending emails immediately and would receive a ticket showing that the complaint was sent to the specific department. I have probably 20 tickets of the individual complaints. Now its too late and I still havent heard back. I feel like they owe me for the cost of the rush job of my designs. My advice. Find a private merch company with at least sub par merch.

They would not even try to help, ordered what i thought was a cd and not a download, no customer service at all, really a useless company and make the actual seller look baaaaaad. Actually all I did was make a donation to the seller and teespring made money on it, learned a valuable 13.00 lesson, will never do business with anyone they are associated with. A definite bunch of crooks!

Tip for consumers:
stay away from teespring as far as you can get

We ordered hoodies for our nonprofit organization. When we got them, it looked like somebody threw up all over the hoodies. Our logo is gold, the logo teespring printed on the hoodies came back in puke green.
Going to stick with local shirt design companies from now on. At least they call you back and care if you are happy with the product. Teespring won't call any of us back on our issue.

Tip for consumers:
Go local for your shirt designs. Teespring ships you your poor quality product, they charge to much for them, and then never answer the phone after the order is done.

I ordered two shirts on the 7/12 for Christmas and did not receive them until 29/12. After paying with my credit card I received my receipt and noticed a shipping charge of $15.99 for each tshirt even though I had ordered them in the same cart and they were going to the same address. I sent an email asking why and was told they were manufactured at different sites and I could not cancel as production starts two hours after order. If production starts two hours after I ordered why did it take a further three weeks to receive the tshirts. They arrived at the same time with the same delivery driver and both were made in Honduras. A tshirt that started as $30.39 cost me $47.48 and took 22 days to arrive. UN bloody ACCEPTABLE!

This is a site where you order your shirt through a campaign that lasts a few days and then they custom print your order. There was a problem with my tee after it arrived despite my measuring myself and ordering from their site. So I took measurements of the shirt they sent, and emailed them that they sent a wrongly sized shirt. They were very polite and very responsive over email. They offered to send me a new shirt and instead of asking me to return my current shirt at my expense, they asked me to donate it. And all throughout they responded to my emails within a few hours and were very helpful. A+ customer service. And the tee is just lovely.

I was excited to revive my order today. However upon opening it it was completely incorrect and in my opinion borderline inappropriate. I was expecting a sticker that would honor the service and show support of law enforcement. I received what appears to be either a transformer or reaper coming from hell. WTF

My second pink t shirt, which was a medium, was still too small. My first was a small. It would not even go over my head. The medium shirt also had a hole it in. I waited six weeks for my replacement so I just gave up and kissed my ownership of a Women's March shirt goodbye. I am extremely unhappy with this company. I think they became too large too fast and could not handle all their orders.

TeeSpring wrote a quick response and were even faster at correcting the issue. After a couple days a reprint was ordered and to be shipped out. The quality of the shirts are pretty good. I'm going to try designing a shirt of my own, hopefully with the same quality and customer service.

I received this shirt in a reasonable time and the shirt is a good quality, however the words do not display as advertised. I ordered this shirt for my BOYFRIEND for his birthday. I had it addressed and shipped to him. The shirt is supposed to say "I fear Odin and my women you are neither" what he got said "I fear Odin and my WIFE you are neither" this was very awkward. I have tried to open a case twice now for an exchange but no one has responded. Great product if you get what you order, if not it appears you are stuck with whatever they send you.

I have ordered from TeeSpring several times and have always had great experiences. My latest order ended up not going through on their end and I had to contact customer service. They were so helpful and friendly and resolved my issue quickly. I remain a loyal customer.

Was a lovely Hoody but needs to have size guide in inches, and beware if you live in England! I paid £7.99 for delivery! Then had to pay £13.67 for custom charges, then it was to big! But in fairness Teespring are sending me a smaller one free of charge so happy customer...

The Customer Service was very kind and fast. The Product stank a bit at first, but as you know, you should always wash Clothes after you buy them, so after washing it, it was fine. The quality is pretty good for the price. I am very satisfied!

I ordered a custom T & when it arrived it was the wrong size & type. After emailing them, they gave me a full refund including shipping because the shirt couldn't be returned ( it was no longer being printed) so they couldn't re-sell it. Am very happy with the customer service. My only complaint is that they don't have a customer service phone number to call!

Ordered a tee shirt, delivery was estimated at 3-7 business days. 3 weeks later I track the package and it still says in production. So I sent an email and 3 days later I get an email back saying "our production team is working extremely hard to get your order in the next couple of weeks" so I said enough is enough and ask for a refund. Took another three days for an email stating that he had to make sure he could cancel with his production team before giving me a refund. This is where I got mad, it had been almost a month past the promise time, there is no reason a customer shouldn't get a refund at that point. I emailed back stating that and another 3 days later I got an email stating I would have my refund in 3-5 days. Still haven't seen the refund. If you want to wait months for a low quality tee shirt definitely order from these jabronis.

I spent several hours online designing tshirts and saving to drafts, when i finished up i went back to drafts to make sure there were no mistakes before selling and all my work was gone. I contacted and spoke with someone about the matter and all they said was if i didn't have proof there was nothing they could do. How do you provide proof of something done online YOU CAN'T! I saved and received confirmation on each design but all my designs were gone except for 2. The associate then asked for my info to check the account my thing is off they are able to access our accounts whose to say they are not stealing our designs?

I wanted to personally thank Teespring for making my father's day possible. I had ordered a shirt late without any guarantee of making it here on Father's Day. Not only were they able to process print and ship my order within a day or so but it actually made it to me early which enabled me to present my gift to my father on Father's Day. I will highly recommend this site for all t-shirt needs. Thank you all for all your hard work.

I ordered a shirt in an XL. Everything I wear is the same size. I got my T-shirt from them a few days ago and it's a medium at best. Beware! They will NOT give you a refund - instead you have to use your own $ to send back the shirt that doesn't fit (and is flimsily made on a good day) and they will send another one out. Which also may not fit. So then you are back at square one. Good luck to all!

This website supports terfs. They are not allies to transform. This isn't up for debate. What a thing to say, refusing to even understand what it is you're saying to us. Yet you sell rainbow flag tshirts like you're some kind of ally.

I ordered women's t-shirts which ran way small. I ordered unisex t-shirts and was able to make the sizes work. I returned shirts that didn't work fit wise. Customer service was prompt, friendly and efficient. I will happily do business with this company again.

I ordered 5 shirts from then for the entire family. It took forever to get them and when sending a mail to them for status they never replied. I finally got a confirmation that they had shipped but when they got here they were all the wrong color and sizes from what I ordered. When I asked them to correct there order I was told there business model doesn't support this and nothing can be done. I'll never order from them again.

I received a shirt with the word "person's" spelled "preson's" and when I contacted customer service about the error they basically said sorry - that's how it is on the website, your order was processed correctly. I went back to the website and sent them a picture of the product clearly without spelling error. Not to mention, why would they promote a defective product?

My advice is to shop somewhere else.

They started out very great and I have bought many things. I have documentation where they advertised a "fire sale" everything in the store had free shipping. I bought the special t-shirt and used PayPal to check out. I was charged shipping and they denied having had discounts. They would be taken off at checkout. Mine was not and another item a sticker, is missing, I ordered 2 and only got one. I am upset at this fraudulent behavior as well as their lack of concern that I was charged shipping when it was supposed to be a sale. They do not care and I will report them to the attorney general for this type of behavior. When you spend as much as I have you think they would have a considerate attitude. Do they know they are actually stealing money from me by not delivering... not a tracking number.

You got to get you one of these T Shirts, they are awesome. I got one that was designed by Melinda McClure and it turned out great, it was like it was specialized. The company makes sure you get an excellent fitting shirt and it shipped to me fast. I will be shopping with them again
