I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace

They found and hired me as a graphic designer, approved some first test projects and then... simply disappeared without any reason. I was scammed by Chris Daft (VP of trust and safety, Teespring). That was absolutely unexpected. He and his company just ignore me and I don't know what's wrong with them. I'M DONE WITH IT.

My T wasn't printed as straight as I'd like so I let them know. That day they replied to my email, remade the shirt, and shipped it within 2 days. They also told me not to return the shirt and donate to someone in need. Fast shipping will buy from them again!
I bought coffee cups with logos. The colors that appear in the ad are bright with sharp edges around the lettering. The cups arrived in a timely manner but were much smaller than I believed they should be. The colors were dull and all the edges including the lettering were slightly blurred. The best solution would be for Teespring to find a better quality vender for this product even if it cost a little more. Because to sell these cups at a lower price will not give the consumer a good feeling about buying anything else from Teespring.
Teespring runs a promotion for father's day t-shirts and guarantees delivery by father's day. I place the order on May 30th. That gives Teespring 20 days to get me my product. The item has shipped and is now saying it will arrive two days after Father's Day. Extremely disappointed!
I've been ordering t-shirts & sweatshirts for a while now, and except for the last couple of orders, it came to me quickly and the quality was great. They lost one, and the last sweatshirt I ordered wasn't the usual quality I expect from Teespring. They smell funny when I receive them, so I washed it, and when I dried it, there is lint everywhere. This has never happened before, and the item is black. My lint-remover doesn't work, so I'll have to pick it all off with my fingers... UGH
Tip for consumers:
If anything goes wrong, and you're not a seller, it's almost impossible to get support. As a buyer, they should have the same options as sellers do.
I was anxious living in the Uk ordering from overseas, but I had no concerns. I had updates every step of the way and knew exactly where my order was and it arrived exactly when I expected. The item itself is off good quality and loved by my daughter. Thank you
One of the few places to purchase quality t-shirts of about any design, and the print job is well done and the quality of the T-shirts themselves is also outstanding, i. E no drooping collars and poorly done prints which is so common at times or shirts that are either to small or oddly sized. I highly recommend this Company in all areas for the services they provide, again outstanding job.
I ordered a tshirt on Oct 4 and still haven't received it. The tshirt says in October we wear pink... here it is the 23 and NO tshirt. I may get to wear it 1 time if I'm lucky! Way over priced and very dissatisfied that you cant call them and talk to someone. Will not be a returning customer.

I've ordered a few things from teespring and was happy with the quality every time. I had a mix up on one order and they were super responsive and helpful with working with me to fix it. Their customer service e-mailed me with alternate options and was helpful above and beyond.
After writing this review, TeeSpring has handled the case very well. They have reviewed the photos I sent and have issued reprints. They have also stepped up communications and everything is good now.
The product quality is excellent for the pillows and I am now waiting to receive the correct size pillows. I know I'll have to cover customs again but I'm happy with TeeSpring now.
Ordered 6 pillows which, after Customs, came to over $300 for 18"x18" pillows. Four pillows arrived 16"x16" and two arrived the correct size. I took several photos and sent them in but they still have not agreed to ship out the correct-sized pillows. I understand people make mistakes but the way a store handles their mistakes defines a great store from a mediocre one. At this point, I don't even have a matching set of pillows I can give for Christmas to the girls and they were so looking forward to having Aphmau pillows. The incorrect size pillows are still in their packaging ready to be shipped back if Teespring will send out the correct sized pillows that I paid for. I'll update the review if Teespring makes things right.
Placed the order on July 25, received it on Oct 23. The image of the elephants is so faded that I almost could not recognize them as elephants. I compared the image of what Teespring sent me to their advertisement, and was appalled at the difference. I sent the company the aforementioned images, and they responded, "we are sorry that you are not happy". I can only pray that the elephants will benefit at least a slither of my contribution.
I have a personal best with this company. I ordered a tee shirt 5 days ago, and in that time, I have received 37 e-mails with more offers, including a request for feedback on my order, even though my original order has not even shipped yet..

They continually failed to ship "Tipped" campaigns, sent the payments I DID make to the wrong paypal address, told me they would correct it and put the money back into my TeeSpring account so I could cash it out to the proper Paypal account, and then disabled my account before I could. I'm still waiting to hear back as to why it was disabled. I have a suspicion it had to do with a different campaign, but I obtained permission to use a character from the artist directly, even though my design falls under Fair Use Parody. Unfortunately, I don't know for sure because they haven't responded to me. They just shut my account down and kept my money.
I had ordered a shirt and it was printed on the back instead of the front. I had wanted a shirt that people could read from the front as I am wheelchair bound. I also received two shirts instead of the just the one I had ordered. It was my fault but they still refunded my money for the extra one. Also I was told to keep the shirts and donate them. As I attend a group called "Compassionate Friends" for people who have lost children, grandchildren, etc, they were much appreciated. The person who worked with me was Ruel who was so kind and kept me apprised of the situation every day. I really enjoyed working with this person. Great employee for this company...
The website promoted their product as a great Christmas gift, yet after check out the order confirmation had an expected delivery date of January 8th. I contacted the company questioning this and asking to have the product delivered prior to Christmas as advertised. They then proceeded to send me an email thanking me for my cancellation of order. I had not actually requested a cancellation but now I'm glad I won't have to deal with this company any further.
I accidentally ordered the wrong shirt for my husband and when I contacted the company I was delighted to get an email from Gloria who offered a credit to my account so I could re-order my shirt with a request to donate the wrong order, to which I will gladly do. I put in my new order and it was promptly processed with a polite response. Best customer service, ever!
Im cool for gfx art but I DONT like stealing art they clearly steal artist work and its copyright too... Found out that "they are going under dzeetee now and they changed all the legal from teechip to dzeetee"

By mistake I ordered the wrong size t shirt. I contacted Teespring to see if it would be possible to exchange it for the correct size. Not only did they respond immediately, but they took care of ordering me the correct size. Outstanding service! I will certainly be ordering again from this company!
The t-shirts were "short " they're more wide than long, not happy at all. And tbe quality of the hoody was sub-standard, not at all what I was expecting considering what I had to pay for them. These are 10 t-shirts, not 25. Only gave it a 3 because of the ability to do custom wording but even that was just ok
As a first time shopper at Teespring, I found a GREAT shirt for my daughter in colorguard. I bought it easily, it shipped quick, and I received it fast. However, when it got here, I realized it was not going to fit my daughter. So I contacted Customer Service, and they replied the next day. They told me I could donate the shirt I had received rather than returning it, and they told me they would reprint and ship me out another. They even linked me to the sizing page so I could be sure to get the right size. The correct shirt arrived a couple days later! Amazing customer service!
I recently purchased a sticker from TeeSpring and I have to say, I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the product. The sticker was nothing like what was advertised on the website. The colors were faded, the design was blurry, and the overall quality was poor.
It is incredibly frustrating to pay $7.99 for a product that is so far below the expected standard. I feel like I have been cheated out of my money and misled by the product presentation on the website.
Overall, my experience with TeeSpring has been incredibly disappointing and I cannot recommend them to others at this time. I hope that the company takes this feedback to heart and works to improve the quality of their products in the future.

I bought a few decals from them, never received them. Contacted them, 15 email after, and them asking the same questions over & over never doing anything about it. I added them to my spam filter and disputed it with my credit-card! Stay away save yourself the headache. Bought the same decals on ebay for half the price took less then a week to get them

$100 for four shirts with deformed collars. One of that has the back of the collar folding under. All of them have seams in the collar where there shouldn't be any. About 2-3" from the seams that run across the top of the shoulders on either side there's one that's just hanging out. If there were two it would make since. Three shirts have it on the same side and the forth on the opposite side. If you were above me looking down at the top of my head the seam would be at the 5 o'clock or 7 o'clock position. The fact that the shirts didn't all come from the same country means this is either an intended flaw or a manufacturer screwed up a batch of their product and sold them super cheap to whoever could use them.

First of all, I created a store but after a week or so, my storefront and listings completely disappeared. However, the customer's page is still available. I e-mailed customer service but never got a response to my problem. Second, I purchased a shirt and washed it on the delicate cycle and all of the letters washed off!

I ordered a shirt, the wrong one came, and they quickly moved to replace the wrong one with the one I had ordered. I have not seen customer service that efficient in a decade or more. Thank you! Replacement shirt arrived, great quality and just exactly what I had ordered. Mistakes happen, but these guys move at light speed to fix those mistakes. I feel like I can trust them and will do business with them again.
