I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
Really bad quality products. The shirt is very thin, and it was a little too small as well. The shipping also took a very long time for the product to arrive. Currently, I have ordered two products and one of them have arrived (hence I am able to say that it is not a great shirt) and the second one has not arrived, despite the confirmation email saying that it should have arrived last week. The tracking number was also last updated last month. I just want my product.
Body of shirt fit beautifully. Sleeves Not flowy. Sleeves may be cotton, rest shirt synthetic jersey. Shoulder/sleeve inset 2 1/2 inches below shoulder. Sleeves appear to be a tubular knit that taper to a snug wrist. Love the design and color, but shirt is not wearable for me.
The T-Shirts I ordered are excellent in design and quality, everything as expected. When problems with the shipping (Germany, DHL) occured and I needed help from Teespring, the promised response time (24 hours, one business day) was not held. In fact, even up to now I have got no answer. The shirts arrived 3 days later, I tried to notify Teespring - no reply until now.
The title should say it all... but I enjoy & thouroghly appreciate all the products I've bought over the years. Not many companies have the sand to print some of the items I've seen...& bought! The quality is always top shelf, I even buy for gifts for all my family & friends.
May you keep "the bar" at this level always!
I ordered what I wanted & had no hidden Fee's nor issue's with the delivery.
It said it would take up to 14-16 business days but arrived within a week with absolutely no damage.
Like I said, nothin but a great service & experience.
I'll happily be buying more off teesprings & also recommending it to all my friends & family.
I ordered two sets of shirts (custom designed) and needed to arrive on time. The shipping was estimated 4-7 days. I was not happy but i had no other choices at that moment. I assumed it would be closer to 4 rather than the 7. After checking back in a few days, they decided to add another 4-5 days for shipping. They are suppose to come from USA. It shouldnt take 2 weeks to $#*!ing ship something from east coast, unless your using snailmail.
I have not received the product yet, but if this is how they ship, god knows how the end result will be.
Horrible! I contacted customer service to voice my complaint. All they did was apologize without any remorse. I asked for a supervisor to call me back to do better and no word! Useless crap company!

Great choices of pop. Itically conscious tee shirts! Good quality! Your shipping charge per shirt is a little expensive. It is also difficult to find and navigate size charts. Overall pleased with items purchased although one tee seemed very small for a 2x.
LOVE my shirt and color is just what I was expecting. The material is soft and comfy! But size seems to run large. I ordered an XL because I like loose and comfy and this is for sure that! A bit too big - but I love it and will wear it. Just giving a heads up to those wanting a closer fit.
Photos don't provide anywhere near enough detail. The tshirt is virtually see through it's made with very poor quality materials! Wouldn't buy from here again. Took over a month to arrive and pretty much zero shipping info other than shipped but it showed shipped for 3 weeks. Total delivery time from ordering to receiving was just over 5 weeks!

The big question in the email I received inviting me to take this survey asked "Did you get it fast?" The short answer is "NO!" DHL is the worst! Three packages were "tendered" to USPS just a few hours shy of 6 days ago and still USPS does not even have them in their tracking system which leads me to believe USPS never really got them. I ordered items after these 3 packages that I already received! Where are my 3 missing orders?!

Printing looks good - hopefullyit will last well. Hoodie seems to be reasonable quality T-shirt is very thin material. Both fit well.

There is really nothing good I could say about Teespring, except that this is a warning to all. Save your money.
I got my tee shirt after 3 weeks considering I paid $ 11 plus for shipping.
The shirt was the wrong size, I ordered an adult large and got a childrens large.
The print was Crooked and off center. You would think U.S. brands would have better quality control. Maybe China isnt such a bad idea.
After filling out teesprings customers review, no one had the decency to right back or apologize. So once more save your money and buy from someone else just make sure they are not affiliated with tee spring. The rating is out of 5 stars but I give it a triple zero.

T-shirt ordered 1st week of June. After several phone calls finally got it on July, 16th. Not worth 31.50 for women's size 2XL. Cheap Hanes material, washed and laid flat to dry. Material shrunk, now a size LARGE! I bought 2XL as I figured some shrinkage and wear my clothes loose. Now, too snug! Printing on front smudged, back printing looks good! Shoddy workmanship on everything else!
I ordered a shirt and paid with PayPal. The transaction cleared my bank right away. I didn't get a confirmation email from Teespring so I inquired about it. They kept saying that my order failed or did not go through. They refunded my money and I still don't know why they couldn't send me the shirt.

I ordered a Limited Edition Thin Blue Line Mug which wasn't cheap, and the Australian Flag is reversed, it's been printed backwards. The text is correct yet Flag backwards... just like this company!
I wouldn't order an empty box from this place in fear of them stuffing that order up too!
I love the logo BUT the print was less than satisfactory. I purched 2 tees and and sent pictures of bough. Today 6 / 20 / 17 I received one tee (blue) the red tee is worse than blue. I'm sending a second pic. Of the red ted. Hope you will see fit replacing it also.

Paper thin material is uses. You shouldn't have to wear a second shirt under your t-shirt to feel like you're not naked. High end material, low end t-shirts, doesn't matter. I can see my nipples through the material and I'm a guy. Secondly, their "large" feels like a tight fitting spandex medium size rather than an actual large. So, they're trying to sell a large with less material used. Essentially cutting corners wherever and however they can. I hate all of these shirts! Awful experience.

Purchased a shirt through a campaign on may 29th. It was then "confirmed" shipped on June 6th through their tracking system, to Canada. I still have not received the shirt, or had a response after filing multiple requests for information. They send an automated reply email, the generic "You're important to us, we'll get to you within 24hrs", and that's it. Guess my $40 t-shirt will never arrive...

International shipping fees werent clear until very late in the transaction, duty hadnt been included, so I had to pay an admin fee as well as the duty itself.
The print has fuzzy edges, and at least one of the mugs has scratches on the glaze. (Despite being shipped internationally, there was no bubble wrap.)

My package is over a week past the latest expected delivery date and still has not come. DHL marked it as undeliverable. Teespring blamed it on me, saying I provided an incorrect address however the one they had on file was correct. Lilibeth was unhelpful in resolving the issue and said they essentially have no idea where my package ended up. Huge waste of $35. Will not be ordering from them again and still expect this to be resolved. Please just give me a refund already!

Purchased this Bondi rescue hoodie ($70+CDN + import fees) for myself for Christmas. Design started to fall off after 2nd wash. I always wash my hoodies inside out & cold cycle. I own 23 hoodies. Have never come across such poor quality. Very disappointed :( (pic are web pics vs condition now)
**Update: replacement or credit pending. Appreciated however still out import fees and was really excited for this hoodie.

I ordered my items at the beginning of January. I completely understand that I had to wait until the campaign ended, but when it came to the delivery it was completely confusing. I was given one date by the actual email confirming my order, and one on my tracking information though both were completely different. Never did I receive a shipping confirmation email, and as soon as the date approached for the estimated time of delivery, the date disappeared on the tracking number. There was no contact, no updates, no anything. I was utterly confused, and my items just randomly showed up one night, and I was too frustrated to care.

I ordered a t-shirt from an IG personality and teespring was the company that was fulfilling the order. Order date was 4/29/2020. Today is 6/12/2020 and I have not received my t-shirt. I sent 4 emails to customer service and none were answered. I actually chatted with someone via FB messenger on 6/5 who said they would take care of everything. It doesn't appear that they did anything because I never received a confirming email or a tracking number. What I did receive is a whopping $5.99 refund which I just discovered on my bank statement. I received no email explaining this refund and I am still out $26.49. This shouldn't be that hard, COVID is getting blamed for this but eh, I don't think so, this is just pure bad business.

Ordered a t-shirt from one of their campaigns, the shipping speed was great, but the quality of my new t-shirt was VERY poor. Horrible fabric, and after the first wash, there was a hole in it :O The print is not straight, and the whole t-shirt is out of shape now... May just rip it in smaller bits and use it for oil rags in my garage...
