I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I fully understand and even expected some delivery delay due to COVID 19 crisis...
But tomorrow will be a month... I still have not heard anything.
Initially I was told it might take two weeks tops...
They could have at least sent me an email...

Ordered a shirt for Christmas in November which was promised for the 15th of December. There tracking system is completely broken and my shirt never arrived and after waiting ages for a reply they finally told me It was "lost in transit", I agreed to get another one printed out but after being told It'll take another month, I got annoyed and asked for a refund but they said no! So annoyed, never doing business here again!

I ordered a "long flowy" women's tshirt, which arrive looking like something that would fit a 5'2" 250 lb person. Nothing wrong with that shape, if it is what is displayed on your website, but the website picture and the actual product were MILES apart. I requested a return/refund and they made me jump through all kinds of hoops, measuring, etc. only to give me a partial refund. In other words, the product they sent me didn't match their image and they made me pay for part of it. Stay away from this company. Not worth the hassle!
Still havent got my orders... i know some stuff is going on state side right now, but my stuff was sent out before any hurricane hit the mainland... kinda bummed ive been waiting so long. First order placed Aug 1, second order placed Aug 7. A month for 2 shirts? I just got a pair of shorts from Germany and it came in 2 days. I know you gotta costum print them, but damn.

I wrote a review 2 times yesterday explaining my disappointment with my thin blue line tee that had tear in the seam. How cumbersome and difficult it was to return (hard to take the photo demonstrating the tear. And after 2 attempts to write a send a review... i finally asked my wife to sew it for me. Oh yeah delivery was slow in today's market and price high. I feel it was for a good cause. This is my 2nd time ordering from tee spring and I believe it will be my last.

Ordered a Tee shirt on April 4th 2020 as of May 16th 2020 still have not received the shirt.
Emails keep saying shipped, REALLY from where, could have walked it across the country by now.

My colleagues and I ordered custom designed shirts through TeeSpring and we were not disappointed. They produced a quality product with quality graphics on shirts that were true to size. The shirts also arrived on time and the customer service was great. I would highly recommend TeeSpring!
I received an email that my order had shipped on 4/9/2020 and I still have not received it! I have emailed numerous times and no response. I received and email saying my order would arrive 4/16-4/20 total lie! Almost a whole with no response and no delivery! I mean it is just 1 tee shirt this should not take this long! I will never recommend them or order from here again!

I loved the shirt! It came a day early. Great quality. Was looking forward to it being my new fishing shirt. But... My daughters puppy ate it before it even got out of package. It is unrecognizable as a shirt! So sad
This company is really a great company. I have never had a problem when ordering. I had to order a new item because the other item was too small and they got right on it for me. Great customer service for sure.
I ordered 2 tshirts, both size 2x for a fundraising campaign for thataylaa. For someone who needs a 2x size there is no way I can wear either shirt due to their length being so short. They actually are above my belly button! Size fits, length horrible. 1st teespring order, disappointed in product and ship time... obviously my last. Will donate via PayPal next time instead.

My experiences with Teespring have been positive. Their customer service is friendly and responsive, and the products always arrive on time and are beautiful. I've gotten lots of complements on the products I use from Teespring and I would definitely recommend them!
Selection, ordering process, price, product quality the everything is basically completely appropriate. But my main problem is the shipping. Why do the deliveries always stay in the transit department of DHL in Frankfurt for weeks? Are the shipping papers so poorly printed? I do not understand that. There are certainly dozens of t-shirts shipped to Europe / Germany. It should be possible to make a problem-free shipping possible.
In the penultimate order, the original T shirt was lost at DHL. I have easily got a replacement tshirt. Thanks again, to the Suppport department of Teespring. With my current order, the package is now again more than a week in Frankfurt. I'm curious how it goes.

I received a wrong shirt with a wrong print. No phone number for this "company." Reviews section on Facebook disabled by TeeSApring, which should've been a red flag. I'd recommend avoiding TeeSpring.
Update: I have been communicating with TeeSpring about this one t-shirt for 6 days. It takes on average 24 hours for a single email/response cycle and still no phone contact. There is still no update on when a correct t-shirt will be shipped.

The items were as expected was not dissapointed at all with the products I have got so far which is backpack and t-shirt still waiting on pencil case delivery for other items were very fast just in time for bday party
Thank you for the reply. It still doesn't change the fact that what is listed on the website is misleading. If you clearly stated the shipping like you did in the reply to my review, there would be no problem, but it is not clearly stated and gives the impression if ordering more than one item you get the reduced shipping.
They will mislead you on the shipping charges. They state $3.99 for the first shirt and $2.00 for each additional one. I ordered 2 shirts at the same time and was charged $3.99 for each.
Would not recommend took n Attleboro 8 week to deliver with a reprint in the middle followed by an additional customs charge of £11.52 - which teespring were not helpful or concerned about - would not recommend using teespring to my worst emery

Hanes teeshirts with a high price tag. I appreciate that the shirts raise awareness but I would have been happy if a portion of the sales went to research funding. I feel that there was definitely enough profit to be made.

Terribly quality printing. Lines are fuzzy and not crisp, design is crooked.
Terrible quality shirt. The shirt is so rough, I wont even use it as a rag for my car.
Dont use their fit finder... it recommended a size 2 sizes too big for me and when I tried it on, I was swimming in it.
Buyer beware... all sales are final. But they dont make this known or have a link on their site explaining this... instead youll have to dig 20 minutes to figure out youre screwed.
I would NEVER recommend anything from this site to anyone.

They were very nice and were super helpful when I contacted them about having a size too large. Their chart is helpful but wasn't on the dot with what size I should have bought. They were kind enough to give me store credit so that I was able to buy the shirts I wanted in a smaller size.
I haven't used this site to create a Tshirt design, but I have purchased one through them. I got it in a reasonable amount of time from when the cut off time for printing was and the quality was very nice.

They've cut most of their staff and have no customer service to speak of. If you work with them, don't expect to get paid.

I bought a tshirt and when it arrived the lettering was horrible. It looked like it had been washed 10 times. I emailed them and they immediately apologized and told me to send pics. I sent 6 pics and have not heard anything from them. I actually have sent the pics on four different occasions... NOTHING. Now I'm stuck with a $30 shirt in a bag. I'm very disappointed.
