I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I ordered a shirt for my wife for Christmas and never received it. Had to email many times and show them my account to prove I payed for the shirt. Ended up with a shirt for myself. What a joke this was. Will not be using this place. And told my friends and family that I referred not to use them either. Bad service and quality of print is horrible.
This website Teespring is such a big scam, they have hold one of my account without any reason, I have put all my efforts and made a good sale on my Teespring account, in few weeks time i made a profit of around $300 and requested for payout. After payout request they have blocked my account and doesnt give a proper response when I ask them for a reason.
When doing sales for few weeks they haven't mentioned anything or guidelines, just 2 days after requesting payout they have blocked my account.
I request all seller to be aware with this scam website. I have got all proofs.

I ordered five shirts in three different sizes as gifts for my friends. The sizes were tiny. The woman who usually wears medium couldn't even fit into the extra large. I contacted the company four times, sending in measurement photos to accompany my request for refund. I have not received a single response as yet. Although there is supposedly a costomer service department, they do not seem to wish to provide me with service, I am uncertain what to do now.
Terrible customer service, very poor quality in shirts received. The order was received with an extremely foul odor upon which I washed the shirts and all the print came off. Customer service should have offered a replacement along with a refund for the inconvenience. THEY DID NOT! Do not use this company.

I ordered and received a t-shirt. The sizing is by inches wide so I ordered a little bigger size than I wear. When I received it I could barely sausage-cram myself into it. I measured it and it is 20" wide when it is supposed to be 24.75". I emailed the company and they said I could return it. Great. No problem. But they ended the email with "its important you order the correct size so please take a look at our sizing chart." I had done that before I ordered; it does no good when they send a shirt that doesn't match their size chart.
The web site is super easy to navigate. Customer service (Ruel) is awesome! I needed to return a Hoodie for a larger size and could not have asked for an easier transition. My family is big into baseball as my 10 year old grandson has played since Tball. He loved everything I bought him! TeeSpring will stay on my ordering site for him
I purchased two shirts but I ordered the wrong size. I contacted teespring and the person I worked with was fantastic. They resolved my issue by sending out new shirts in the correct size. I am very grateful and will be ordering again!
It's almost 3 weeks and still no payout!
They made me wait 2 weeks and they said its because of their SYSTEM and then i cancelled this payout request
And now they are making me wait for this cancellation!
Money is not on my payoneer account and not in my teespring account!
Worse than amateurs...
Does anyone know any way to resort to the judgement for this?

After receiving the shirt I ordered it was too large. They were great with responding to my email asking to exchange for the correct size. And they also were understanding when I had a sick child and didn't get the shirt returned to the warehouse for almost 2 weeks. They emailed me and let me know when they received my shirt and also confirmed the sizing and style I had ordered before re-printing my shirt. Excellent Service!

I have been purchasing product from Teespring for a few years. Their product is well made, sturdy, soft, breathable and comfortable. I have only had one incident where I was sent the wrong item. I contacted them with the issue and within a few hours they responded to me. There was no hassle, no charge for the mistake and Jaqlyne (service rep) was courteous and talked with me as if they were a neighborhood store and I was a regular. You don't find this (above and beyond) service from many people let a lone online business. You can be assured I will continue doing business with Teespring.
I chatted with a person online and was told I could position the lettering and design above it any way I wanted. What she didn't tell me was that the top of the design would be cut off! This shirt was a lower neckline and I wanted the design to sit right below the neckline on my chest. It was ruined because they cut off the top of the design. The material is too thin and was much smaller than the roomy look on the model. I even ordered a size larger to make sure it was roomy enough but it was not. I would have to go up two sizes and It still would not look like it did on the model. Very disappointed. Hoping I can stretch it while damp and hang on a rack to dry.

I ordered a personalised t-shirt from teesprings and it came with half the printing missing. I emailed them about my problem and got a reply within hours, they then apologised and offered to reprint it and send me a new one, they kept me fully informed of what was happening and when my t-shirt got dispatched and it came within a couple of day! Now my t-shirt is here I love it and I am so happy with the customer service I received especially from Ruel. I will definitely be ordering again and telling all my friends about them.
Accidentally made a double/duplicate order. I immediately tried to cancel one of the orders right way. I was ignored and charged for it anyway. I spent several days and several emails trying to explain the situation, but was told nothing could be done because production started 2hrs after I placed my order, and the campaign was over. I still see the campaign going on social media sites, and I tried stopping my order in the first 2 minutes of placing it. Greed and ignorance of the staff are appalling in my opinion.

I'm not upset because I really just bought the shirts for charity but I can't wear mine because they run very very small. Also, the coloring on the light grey is not as shown in ad... in fact, lettering hardly shows up. Again, all good because the proceeds from sales went to Rockport Tx, victims of Harvey. Just know that you need to really size up when ordering.

I received my sweatshirt and upon opening the package I immediately saw that there was a small, red dot on the front. I look like maybe it was from a red sharpie. I contacted customer service and in less than an hour, I received a reply. They immediately offered to replace the sweatshirt. As an added bonus, they requested that I donate the defective one. So not only are they a stellar company, but good humans to boot! I was so pleased with how they handled the issue, that I went on and placed another order for a T-shirt my son had requested! Thanks!
I love my tee. They run a bit small, though. I only plan on wearing it in my garden. The lettering and design is wonderful. The design feels as though it is velvet. Overall the shirt is very nice and the color of the material is very bright. They need to offer bigger sizes, though. My tee arrived quickly. From the time I ordered it, and received it, was 2 weeks.

Towards the end of December, I ordered a hoodie and it came within a week but it didn't fit. I emailed customer service and within two days, they got back to me saying that I could get store credit. The item I chose was a couple pounds more than the last but I got it with no charge! It came within a week! Absolutely great service and the hoodie is of amazing quality! 100% recommend!
My over all experiences with the company have been great! The only problem I have had is that the sizes run differently from shirt to shirt. Even though it's I order the same size each time. I have never had any other issues with them!

Terrible terrible terrible. I ordered a hoodie from teespring and they gave me a tracking number that NEVER worked. Not once, the tracking said invalid on the USPS website which was the carrier they used.
Despite the fact that the tracking never worked, their customer service insisted that I wait 4 weeks (!) before they could do anything., Needless to say, nothing ever showed. I contacted them and they said they would send out a replacement. Well another 2 weeks have past and now their customer service are just blatently ignoring my emails asking when the replacement unit will be dispatched.
If you buy with teespring, make sure that you use Paypal so you can get your money back when they refuse to help you after never sending your product.

I ordered some things as gifts. They weren't printed so I did not receive the items. If Teespring doesn't meet their quota, they don't make the items. Lousy business. I would give zero stars but it was not an option.

There was a problem with my order that really wasn't the fault if Teespring--it turned out that the deep green of the shirt made the black on the image hard to see. Nonetheless, they reprinted on a different color and got it to me in time for Christmas. They went above and beyond, and delivered a well printed, high quality item. I highly recommend them and should I ever need to work with a company that does what they do, I would work with them in a heartbeat.
My son 12 came home from school and asked if he could have a shirt? He sent me a link and surprisingly, the shirt was very affordable. I ordered it. It came very fast, it was a good quality shirt and he loved it so much, we ordered one for his best bud.
