I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I ordered my own design on a shirt and I was so disappointed. The shirt material felt so cheap and the print looked extremely cheap. The design was printed on crooked and the customer service is horrible. I didn't even bother contacting them again since they don't do refunds. Stay away.
Am impressed by the support team. I have been having trouble with my order due to wrong a address that I submitted.
But the Support team have been relentless in the pursuit to get another product for me.

I want to thank Teespring for their fabulous customer service. I'm an Australian customer and had to wait for a while due to shipping for a tank top I'd ordered. When it arrived the print on the front was incorrect and so I contacted Teespring customer service straight away. Within 15 minutes a customer service representative had contacted me and resolved the issue - offering me a free reprint. I cannot fault their customer service and the quality of the product (despite the mis-print) was great too!
My son spent over $40 on a hoodie that is literally disintegrating. He wore it once, I washed it (hand washed with cold) and it has no less that 15 holes in it. Its like water causes it to disintegrate. I feel awful for my teenager who spent his hard earned money on something that is literally disappearing.

I received 3 garments with print quality that was amazingly poor. After washing the pieces once it looks as if the printing has started washing off. The sharpness of the printing qualify is also not acceptable and the colors are sad and faded. Placement of the printing on the hooded sweatshirt was bad as well... they placed it so high that the only time you will see it is when the hood is up on my head. The SMELL of the garments when they arrived was the worst! I couldn't get them in to the washing machine quick enough! Very regretful that I purchased them... and sad that the event I am attending made this as the only option to get event apparel. I won't be wearing these pieces for sure.

I was so excited to order this shirt for my husband for Father's Day. However, the excitement turned to frustration and hostility. Teespring promised shipping withing 6 business days. After checking my "tracking number" repeatedly and seeing it continued in the printing phase I contacted customer service. I was assured it would be here by Father's Day. I continued to contact the "customer service" person, but she quit responding. So, then I did a live chat and was informed that the company had a problem with inventory and that I would receive the shirt by 6/26. The date came and went and still no shirt. Finally, 5 weeks after I ordered, the shirt arrived and it is HUGE. The size descriptions and pictures are ridiculously inaccurate. What is really funny is that just last week I received a 2nd shirt! I truly wonder if this "company" is a front for some type of criminal activity. I wish there was a minus star rating I could give them.
I ordered product for a Christmas present the printed colours were different from what I ordered was meant to have yellow and white writing instead we just got white writing didn't mention how much delivery was going to cost until after I paid for it and then delivery took a while the expected delivery date window changed from original one not overly happy with that

I dont know how but there was a mix up with the size of the shirt I ordered, but i contacted Teespring and they sent me the correct one right away. Best experience with a company that had a mix up sent to me. I have already recommended Teespring to family and friends.
I pre-ordered 3 of The Limited Edition talking Lucas the spider. When they finally arrived two of the three where busted. I reached out to the company and they told me that is February when a new batch was released they would send me two replacement free of charge. The Replacements never came. When I reached out to the company again they told me there was nothing they would do to help me. They would not send me The Replacements or issue a refund. So now I have two busted toys that I spent way too much on. I would not do business with them again.
So many compliments on my "Lucky to be called GiGi" shirt from Teespring. It was my 3 or 4th shirt I have ordered and I love each and every one. And so does people who see it. The shirt is of a great quality and the size is true to size and does not shrink when washed. Now I do not dry all the way I hang it a little damp.
I placed an order April 16th it's been more than a month now and I still haven't received it. I was provided with a tracking number that doesn't even exist and I can't track my order. I have messaged them twice and I haven't gotten a response. There's no number there's no customer service. All the bad reviews are true I wish I would of read the reviews so I wouldn't have placed my order. Worst way to loose my money. STAY AWAY!

I have order from this company many times. Only once did I have an issue on a printing scale. I contacted the company told thrm what was the issue, sent pictures and they fixed it right away by replacing the item. The correspondence with them was very quick and sincere. I will continue to order from Teespring in the future.
Ordered a backpack back in the middle of September. I never received it. Tracking showed shipped to DHL e-commerece center. Stayed that way until after the expected arrival date. No show. I email customer service for a refund. They said they would reprint the order and reship. Saw another tracking email... SAME EXACT THING. Shows enroute to DHL e-commerce center. Today is the expected day. STILL NOTHING. Will be asking for refund again. Lets see what they say.

I usually don't leave feedback, but I received my hoodie JDJoyride with very light stain. I contacted company by email and got responds back right away, asking to wash hoodie and see if it will go away. Stain was still there after washing, no question ask, they replace by new one!

I wanted to buy 2 shirts. I submitted my order and immediately received an email saying my order did not complete and that I should resubmit. The result was a duplicate order, billed for both. I sent an email to teespring that was never replied to. So far, I have 3 of the 4 shirts I payed for, only wanted 2, and have not heard back from teespring other than the satisfaction survey.

They have zero customer support and have employees with IQs of a dog given how poorly they respond to my emails. I asked about a listing and they provide copy and pasted answers completely NOT answering my question. If you ever need to reach them, email them 100 times until a human reviews your complaint. They are A RIP OFF.

I was stunned when I saw the mug. The design is only printed on one side, so that if you are right-handed (like 90% of people are), you cannot see the design when you use the mug. What were they thinking? The design should either be on both sides of the mug, on the 'right-handed' side, or they should explicitly state that this is a 'left-handed' mug.

I have never had such amazing customer service with an online company. EVER! Thank you so much for the quick delivery, quick response with questions and amazing product. My debit card number was promptly used to try to take $200+ from my bank account after I used teespring. Teespring was the vendor listed on the charge. They offered zero help other than multiple emails stating they are sorry my experience was unsatisfactory. My bank had to reverse the charge.

My friends and I ordered some shirts from them, and the quality for all the shirts was terrible. The prints were flakey and cracked when I got them, with my shirt missing a whole chunk out of the print, and didn't even last a round in the washing machine. It's just really disappointing to see this, especially when I rely on them for my merch store.

Poor quality shirts; contacted them and they finally said to send back. I did. Months went by. Finally they asked for proof of mailing so I sent that. More time goes by. Finally filed dispute with Paypal and then they said they can't refund me because there is a dispute. What a joke! If you refund me the dispute goes away. Duh.

Teespring.com has a super selection of products. The quality of the tee shirt I just received (to replace another purchased elsewhere) is very high: the shirt fabric is a heavier weight and the colors more vivid.
