I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
Ordered white hoodie as part of a fund raiser for maternal near miss survivors. It arrived with white writing, not orange as expected. Customer service response was... I received what I ordered, but that they would replace the white item with an orange one. So the white writing would show up. I guess.
White writing on a white hoodie is called a white hoodie. And it doesn't cost $40.
I don't normally order stuff I see on FaceBook because well you never know and $ is limited. That being said I ordered a shirt from FB and it arrived quicker than expected, the size was fine and the Quality is hard to beat. I order a cup and a T shirt with gopnik, beside that took them a month to be sent, only the cu arrived! I asked them what happened with my t shirt and they said is lost in Frankfurt, and will print me a new one after another month I receive a cup again and no t shirt, well beside that they don't read or listen to the customer, they are unprofessional and over priced!
I've been scammed. I ordered 1 tshirt on April 15th. Tracking says it made it to the US. Scheduled Delivery was for May 1-5. Today is the 15th. Still not here. Sent 3 emails. No response. No tshirt. Can't get my money back. I've been scammed. Do not buy ANYTHING from these people.

I ordered a shirt to support my friend's campaign but the shirt I got was a lot smaller than the size marked (2XL). I laid it on top of another 2XL shirt and the size difference was massively different, especially on the sides. The tag on the side claims that it is made from 100% cotton, but there's no way. It feels exactly like my 100% polyester swim shirt, except thinner.
Shirt was kind of pricey and took nearly a month to arrive. I doubt I'll ever order another shirt from them again.
My order was originally placed early May. In June I had to chase down my order as I had never rec'd it. Once I contacted Teespring I had to submit my PayPal information twice, tell the story twice and prove the money was withdrawn. My order was never found, but since I had payment proof on several layers, the order was repeated. So who knows where the original order went. Just rec'd my order Monday, 6/20. The longest order for a t-shirt.
I've order two shirts. Both are comfortable and look great. The first shirt arrived right when I was told it would be. The second shirt arrived even before I was originally told it was going to be shipped. Overall a great experience.
I ordered a t-shirt for my son and when it arrived, the shirt size did not match the size on the tag. I sent an email and got a prompt reply and a replacement shirt was sent out. An unfortunate happening and a perfect response.
Ordered a shirt on 2/20/2019, paid for a quicker delivery, and still have not received my shirt. I have emailed this company 5 times in the past 2 weeks with NO answer back. My shirt still says in printing when the original paper says it would be delivered by 2/26... Still not received it and its a St Patricks Day shirt that I need for next weekend. I will NEVER order from this place nor recommend it to anyone... and now when I try to use their tracker it tells me my order number can not be found... The BBB will be hearing from me also! Everything about this company was bad. I vouched for them having ordered in the past and had a decent experience, so i used them for my companies internal needs and ordered group shirts for the employees. We had gotten all of them except two. Turns out they had canceled the order without even telling me. I contacted their customer service and never heard back from anyone. I had to go to TWITTER to get them to respond and even then it was a "oh well" situation and they told me to re-order. I will not be using them again, ever. To top it all off, the quality was not that great as i feel it once was. The colors were all off and the decals were slapped on and not lined up that nice. Just beyond disappointed.

I have order 8 items and was only dissatisfied once. I Love there items and the only reason I was dissatisfied is because the logo came on the back of the tee. That's the way I guess it was supposed to be. So next time if I ordered I will be paying attention to the small details.
I love the sayings on the 4 shirts I got but if was definitely not worth what I paid for them. I am still waiting for one of my shirts and the tank top was not what I was expecting in size or quality.
I ordered a couple shirts and after almost 2 months of not receiving it, I contacted customer service and Lilibeth and the team responded immediately. They did research on their end and was able to provide me an update on delivery of my order. Although I didn't receive it when we set a deadline, they were quick to give me a full refund. After receiving the refund, I finally got my order in the mail and informed Lilibeth to process payment again. Instead, they said it wasn't necessary due to the inconvenience. They truly valued me as a customer! I will order from them again. I did offer advice on shipping to Guam for future orders so it can be received in a more timely manner.
When I found this shirt on the site I had to have it. I am a vet. I support all of our deployed men and women in our armed forces. This was the one to have. A Vivid red R.E.D.on the front and the awesome flag exploding from underneath. I went to the website and chose the dark gray. When I received the t-shirt in the mail (fast delivery by the way!) I opened the package and unfolded the shirt. I was disappointed. The vivid red that I thought I was purchasing was a dull burnt orange. Then I was sent a online review of my purchase. The field to fill in comments didn't leave enough room. I guess they don't really care when they mess up. I like the shirt overall but I am very disappointed in the quality control of the actual prints.

I ordered the "mom strong" tank in the coral color. What I received was an orange like color NOT coral. After emailing back and forth they apologized saying that was the intended color. They offered to ship a different color tank after I shipped mine back and they received it. That was too much of a hassle so I kept it. But the color they advertised and the color they sent were two very different colors so I feel it was false advertisement.

I recently purchased a T-shirt from Teespring.com. When the shirt came in, the size ran a little small and i needed to see what i coukd do to get a bigger size. I emailed the customer suoport staff to see about returning the t-shirt to get a bigger size, but i was told by Robert, from the customer support team, that they can just reprint and send me a new one to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. He then asked for me to donate that shirt to either a family member or someone in need, as it is what their company does for returned merchandise. He has made this whole buying experience with them really enjoyable and I will definitely be buying more shirts from them moving. I appreciate all of their help. Thank you.
The shirts are Hanes brand not heavy shirts but ok the ordering was ok the shipping was very fast but we ordered about 7 shirts and each one came in the mail separately we love the sayings on each and prices are slightly higher than we're use to but not too far off
I could not recommend this company more. I bought a Lucas the spider plushie and once it came, the voice box didn't work so without question they sent me a replacement and allowed me to keep the original as well. The replacement came with a working voice box.

As one of the designers on the teespring site, of course i love the whole idea of teespring. But as far as the people running the show... they show us, the people who make teespring possible, absolutely no respect. They lie to us about the company, they delay our payments, lie about sales, and it seems as if they don't really want the everyday/normal designers on their site and would rather have the fat cat/large corporations design the products. Pretty soon they will chase away all the workers that have stuck by their side.
Tip for consumers:
If you're looking to purchase a product from the site then you don't have much to worry about. Just make sure that you have CAREFULLY looked at the product and you're absolutely sure it's what you want. Remember that ANYONE can upload art onto the site. On the other hand, if you're looking for a place to share you're designs, then you might want to go some where else unless you're prepared to deal with late payments, vague responses and explanations, and no respect as a employee.
