I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I placed two orders for single shirts. I first received an email saying they cancelled my order of 12 shirts? I told them thanks and that I didn't order 12, just one. Two days later I got an email saying another order of 12 was printing. They will not cancel it, I did not place it. No customer respect.
I have gotten 2 shirts and a hoodie from TeeSpring and they were of good quality and size. The price for the items was reasonable and our group was able to raise money for charitable causes quite easily.
I ordered 3 shirts, 1 hoodie and 2 stickers. I received them all within 2 weeks and quality was great. Heavy weight, pre-shrunk hanes tees run a little large but not excessive. Hoodie size was smaller than tees, not overly heavy, but not thin or cheap feeling. I will be ordering more soon. I rarely ever do surveys, but i think teespring and their empoyees do a top notch job. Thanks everyone.
I purchased my shirt for a very important day for me... My shirt came in on time... Overall the print on the shirt is great... On the other hand, the collar is stretched... That's a huge issue for me, I hate stretched collar's... Unfortunately I did not catch that until this morning when I put it on... The day that was important to me, the entire reason I purchased the shirt... The first shirt I ordered last year for this same occasion was great... Unfortunately I don't share the same enthusiasm as I did last year...
The customer support that I received from teespring.com was way above and beyond any business I have ever had contact with. They responded quickly and with a response that was helpful understanding and polite and very professional. I do a lot of online shopping and I have never had such a amazing response with support. The product is amazing the support is beyond. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
Took longer than specified. I haven't been delivered my order. The mail have taken it back because it wasn't correctly paid for. Even though I paid PP. So I'm having to pay double the product cost just to see my order.

I have ordered many items from TeeSpring and have been satisfied with everyone so far. I even ordered the wrong size on my very first order and they were awesome, took the hoodie back and reprinted me the size I needed. Will continue to shop on this site :)
I can always count on the quality of their tee shirts and the printing. I collect Poodle shirts, and they have a lot of cute ones. I get them when expected, and they are always good quality shirts and printing. I share my choices with my Poodle friends.
I ordered 2 premium tees. I thought premium would be a soft, quality fabric. Thats not what I got. High price for a Hanes tee. The quality is not there, and the XL I ordered is more like a medium. Disappointed!

I'm really happy about my purchase on teespring's website. Unfortunatelly, I had a problem with the sizes, because I'm from Portugal and our sizes are different. However, I had the best service from a member of the Teespring's support. I don't know if I can say his name, maybe I won't, so I can protect his identity, but he was so polite and kind and also helped me with everything.
I'll defenitly buy from them again!

Recently bought a hooded sweatshirt from Teespring that I wasn't happy with.
The black logo didn't contrast as well on the navy sweatshirt as I was expecting given the photo on their website.
The customer service people at Teespring worked with me to replace it with a better color combination.

The size chart they provide doesn't reflect the actual size tee I received. I was sent a child size small. I returned it and ordered a medium adult size. Again they mailed the same only slightly larger child size. Can't wear it.
Only problem i have is i ordered the wrong size and theres no way of returning them. I really like them but i dont want to have to buy two to get the right size. I Like information on how to return for right size.

Teespring company has a women named Gloria that works In costumer service and let me tell you this women went out of her way 3 times until we got it right. She was such a pleasure to deal with company's need Gloria to teach there company how to take care of customers she is absolutely awesome women and I thank here for being so professional and respectful and so very nice rock on Gloria

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter, after 6 weeks I asked where it was, no reply. After 12 weeks i asked again. I was told, 1. It came from Denmark 2. It came from California. 3. they had already sent it.
4. They didn't know where it was 5. They never heard of me. 6. they had already sent it. 7. they had sent me a refund. 8. hey were going to send me a refund 9. They didn't know how to send a refund. 10,6 moths later I finally received a refund after I reported them to the better business bureau and every other agency I could think of..
I was very happy with the product. The size guide was perfect. Without the size guide I would have ordered the shirt too large. I needed it as a gift and paid for express shipping and received it in plenty of time.
I ordered the sticker of the duck "breaking out of a car or?". It's on a white background. It should be (and I thought it was) on a clear background. The sticker doesn't even make sense printed on a white rectangle. The only color car (or object) it would work on is a white one. The picture of the duck and the peeled back metal is fuzzy.

I ordered a t-shirt in the beginning of December. The offer was for free shipping and the estimated delivery was December 28th. Even though it was a Christmas present I told my husband one of his gifts would be a few days late. Well its January 4th and I still haven't received the shirt. Every time I track the item, the estimated delivery date is later and later. Not only that, but they charged me for shipping when it clearly said FREE SHIPPING! I wont order from here again.
I purchased a shirt and the design was hazy. It literally looked like it was spray painted. When I complained to the company, all they offered me was a store credit. I don't want another product. I want my money back. Don't waste your money.

From Teespring the quality was as expected and the fit was as expected and the delivery time was a little bit earlier than they indicated when ordering. I will definitely order again from this company.
Far too expensive and the quality isn't brillant. The hoody itself is thin & looks cheaply made. The print doesn't look like it will last long in the wash without coming off. Also expected it to be bigger, I measured my son before hand & it should be longer than it is.

I ordered what was supposed to be a soft cotton, women's fit tshirt. The shirt ended up being a poor quality, rough cotton, oversized, boxy men's cut. When I emailed them asking for either the shirt I ordered or a refund, they said to look on their website and order another shirt. For $28, I want what I ordered or my money back. Customer service is horrible. Still working on getting money back. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!
