I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
Its a shame that one of their manufacturing partners were recently bought out so no sports tees available but the general tees and hoodies especially the ones found at www.teespring.com/stores/GamersUnite are amazing designs and the rush shipping is a must. Had all mine within 36hrs of ordering.
The cotton is low quality.
The cut and shape is awful.
It's a tube knit body, there is no side seam and taper,
The print is slightly off centre.
The cut for the arms is too straight.
Have a look at a guality T shirt and don't waste your print process on low quality cheap garments.

This is my first time purchasing anything from this website. I get kinda worried about ordering things from sites that I'm not familiar with but I'm very happy with the product. I saw this picture of a onesie and I thought it will be a perfect gift for my niece. I loved the product, it was just like the picture, the print was good and it arrived on time.
I have no idea where my order is. I ordered Feb 2, supposedly it was in San Francisco on Feb 5. I received review email weeks ago. I will never use website again. Where is my shirt?! *******@gmail.com

I recently ordered from their website and after I confirmed my order it took me directly back to their home page, with no confirmation of my order or anything. When I emailed the support, because I was unable to find a phone number to call, the lady (Nancy) was still saying it was my fault that I hadn't received a confirmation email. I was clearly getting her emails so why in the world did I not receive a confirmation? I emailed her repeatedly, asking for some sort of statement that I could send in to my management team and she is yet to send me that. Its a crappy run business that doesn't put their customers first. All I was asking for was some sort of statement letting my management know how much my order was and what I ordered exactly... she won't provide me with this still! How hard is it to send me something with my total on it? I asked to cancel my order since no one will tell me my total, and she(Nancy) refused to cancel my order and refund us.

I didnt care that much about long shipping times or even that i had to pay like 20$ extra on shipping charges on already expensive items. BUT when the product wasnt even well printed i was verry disapointed. The prints looked like they made a first pass on painting but then forgot the second coat. The white print on black shirts came out looking half transparent and patchy. Both on custom shirts and ones in their standard shop but the custom one was way worse.

This was my first time ordering from this company, and it will most certainly be my last time. I ordered my husband's birthday gift on May 7, it said order printing for 3 weeks. I finally got an email saying my order will arrive today, May 30. We were so excited because my husband would be off work today to receive it. I went to go check tracking again and it says there's been a delay and it will be another 24-48 hours. That will pretty much be June, and it was ordered at the beginning of May. Almost a month for 1 measles tshirt? Wow... We had a family business for over 71 years. If we did this to our customers, we wouldn't have made it to 71 years! And we had a phone number! Why would teespring not have a phone number? Makes one wonder..

My order had to be redelivered resulting in a delay. Customer service response to my emails was extremely fast and they even refunded my shipping costs. They are friendly, approachable and professional.
I ordered a couple items, i ordered 10 mugs with my logo colors are exactly as the showed placement of the logo is perfect our mugs came to us in all one piece thanks to teespring making sure they would not shift in shipping. We also ordered tee shirts and hoodies with our logo we are currently waiting on also awaiting a tote bag that is currently being shipped to us at the moment we are hopping it is is just as nice as our mugs we bought
I did hear back from Teespring and I was able to pick another style shirt to replace the one I wasn't satisfied with. I didn't get a refund but rather a replacement. I'm hoping the new shirt fits better. The person I emailed with was very nice.
When I saw the shirt I had to get it, I was a little hesitant because it was an add from Facebook... BUT to my surprise the $#*!s was awesome! My dad loved it (it was a bit larger then I had imagined but my mom did tell me 2x so not the companys fault) lol but regardless of size was vary pleased with the whole experience and will definitely order again from this company!
White lives do matter but it is not a cause it is a piece of Nazi propaganda to undermine BLM which is an actual cause. When white people start being profiled by police and being shot when unarmed on a regular basis then it would be a cause however that is not what is happening. SHAME.

I spent hours creating products and ordered samples which never arrived. I emailed seller support (they have no phone number or chat for sellers) and no one responded. After 9 days I emailed again. Nothing. The only way you can change the photo or price is by emailing them and they don't respond. A friend ordered a hoodie and it never arrived. I tried to use their chat function but they said they couldn't give me any info on orders and to email seller support. Worst experience EVER. I switched to Printify and they were on it! I am sorry I wasted so much time uploading graphics on Teespring.

I was impressed by TeeSpring- overall I had an ideal transaction.
In particular I had VERY prompt customer service. It was extremely helpful and professional, as well. I definitely recommend buying from TeeSpring.
This is the worst product I've ever received. The quality of the print is blurry and pixelated. You may think the quality of my photo is bad, but it's not. It's literally the print on the shirt. Grey faded lines around all of the details, boxy, and just terrible to look at. Couldn't be more disappointed.

Excellent service and I'm really pleased with the quality and print of the T-shirt. The T-shirt arrived within a few days, but i had ordered the wrong size, and within the next day TeeSpring got back to me.
I received a package that I hadn't ordered and couldn't figure out who had sent it. I checked with this company because of a previous order that I couldn't remember what it was. Long story short they researched my request and provided me info from my original order and confirmed the mystery package wasn't from them. They were very helpful, professional and went above and beyond todays business practices for most companies, I will be a return customer and recommend them to others.
From the time i order just getting email after. Email... each saying different things. One says my order placed and shipped one saying can't fill. One saying should be shipped in so many days... the next order has been canceled. They suck!
Never recieved my shirt. Contacted customer service (who to their credit have so far been very polite), who said it got lost in transit and my options were to take a free store credit for a free shirt of the same price, give or take 5 dollars, or to get a reprint of the same shirt. I asked for the reprint, and they said that the original size I'd ordered wasn't available and I could have one a size smaller. Bearing in mind I've read a ton of reviews that the sizes are made too small anyway, this is not good enough. I've never used the site before and so will be very unlikely to use a free store credit - I should be being offered a refund when the product I ordered never arrived and they cannot supply me with another one. Will never be using teespring again and I advise you to do the same. Not happy.
I ordered a t-shirt on April 1st. Their website promised I'd have the shirt by Earth Day... that's tomorrow. I did not receive a conformation for my order until several days after I placed my order. That conformation emails says my order should arrive at the latest by April 15th. On April 16th I emailed their customer service to see why my order still had not even shipped. Their customer service is just an automated response that sounds good. They emailed back saying that they're sorry it's late but it is because they are making sure my product is "perfect" but it should arrive soon. On April 20th, my order's status still had not changed so I emailed again. I got the exact same email so I don't believe anyone is actually looking into my order at all.
I really believe that this whole things is a scam to steal your money and you never get your product. From reading the other reviews, it seems that even if you do get what you ordered, it's horrible quality. I'd avoid them at all cost.

Ordered a Chris Ramsey hoodie for my grandson.He was really excited to get it.
It cost $45.99 plus $3.99 for shipping. Was so disappointed. This was a $10 hanes sweatshirt with two little iron on decals on it. Thgey would probably come off after the first wash. Altho the site says 30 guarantee they would not refund my money. Only

I had ordered a shirt. Right thing wasn't written on the shirt. E-mailed the company right away. Within hours they responded back. Got the problem solved quickly. I know I will order other items from this company.
I ordered a shirt and was told it would be here in 3-4 weeks. This shirt is a gift to someone. They said it would arrive by a certain day, well that day is here and still no shirt. I had to chat with a rep from that company and I was told there is mot ETA on that campaign. When I asked about a refund, no I can not get one because that campaign has closed. I then asked for a number to contact a manager and of course they have no call center. This sounds like I got scammed. The only refund I am able to get is my shipping cost, but it has to be 5 or more days late. I will never do business with this company again, Please be aware before you do business with them! I wish I would have read reviews before I did business with them.
I ordered a shirt that came damaged, when i messaged them about it (with pictures) they wouldn't let me get a refund, instead they reordered the shirt for me. Like i don't want another possibly damaged shirt i just want my $30 back lol
