I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I ordered from this company once, several months ago. Today while grocery shopping with the children this company took over 1200. 00 out of my account. No email or contact in any way. I tried contacting the company yet they are rude and tried to direct me to another company. I have filled fraud charges with my bank and will go further if I am not made whole immediately. BEWARE!
I ordered a t-shirt from their site and they charged my credit card. Never received a confirmation or the product. I tried to get support - they don't have support. Submitted case numerous times but submitting takes me to a page written in German - no response. Absolutely a disgrace when companies operate in such BAD FAITH.

Teespring has a really unique offering as it sells designs which are sent in from people all over the world. Each "campaign" only runs for so long before being discontinued, so you want to get what you like while it's there. There's a little bit of everything to choose from and the products themselves are good quality. It is a little expensive at around $20 for a tank top, but the designs are awesome and I've always found it to be worth the money.
Very good experience with order. When I didn't get a confirming email, but saw that PayPal had processed payment, contacted Teespring. Responded right away. As it turns out, I had entered my email with error. They immediately fixed the problem and my product arrived a day earlier. The communications were also very pleasant and helpful. Recommend this business.
Placed an order for Father's Day, it was printed wrong. Sent an email letting them be aware of the matter, they're sending me another. Plus I ended up needing a bigger size so not only did they get me another shirt but they got me another size too. I will be using this company again, excellent customer service!
Ordered 3 times in two days as our group grew. Only one arrived so far and no communication regarding other two. Have not responded to a single customer service online form and no other communication available. Even liked my Facebook comment to this effect. Frankly I am not sure if just disorganized or just dont give a rats...

Quality is terrible. The so-called "tag-less" shirt has tags on it. Image looks like it was drawn on with chalk and will definitely disintegrate in the wash. The shirt shipped a week later than their email confirmation said it would. Sad to say but its complete garbage. There is clearly no quality control or no pride at teespring.com

Although the material was marginally satisfactory, I am very disappointed with the quality of printing after paying a considerable amount for the product. The print looks like a child did it and is faint giving a blurred double vision effect when looking at it, which Should not be the case. Will not be ordering from this company again.

This company only creates an order with their printer after they have sold enough of a certain pattern to make it worth while for them. So your order will sit on their desk for as long as it takes. Then they ship with the SLOWEST shipping possible! Often times losing track of your order in the meantime!
When you get frustrated and ask them where your order is, they send you back a glib response about it being on its way and to hold tight...!
Very poor service! If you've come hear to determine if you'll buy from them, I suggest you stay clear of Teespring! Spend your money with a more reputable company who will fulfill your order in a timely manner and respond to you with respect and responsibility! I will never buy from them again!
Last year I created a campaign and had lot of compliments on the shirts. They were good quality and arrived on time. This year it's a different story! I placed an order in plenty of time, waited patiently, received a portion of my orders, went on chat to see where the other 15 shirts were ( because they won't post or give you a phone number) and have had nothing but a run around for 5 days. It's not good customer service, not good company business, and very poor communication. The CS people have canned responses and are of little help.
Customer service gives the runaround and refuse to acknowledge mistakes on the company's behalf. It's a frustrating experience and an ongoing issue, and I've completely lost faith in this company's will or ability to resolve my problem. I won't buy from Teespring again.

Ordered my sisters sweaters for christmas and they are super thin and the lettering looks like it will flake off after the first wash/dry! Way over priced and look like I spent maybe $10 on them instead of $85! Never order from them!
Overall I would say it's your typical graphics business. Same products as everyone just with their own original prints. Competitive prices but delivery time was slow. I ordered two sweatshirts in one transaction but for some reason they were shipped separately. Mine arrived 1 day later than the estimated delivery date range and I'm still waiting on the sweatshirt I bought for my girlfriend. It's probably the USPS that's responsible for slow delivery but it's still silly that they were shipped separately to begin with in my opinion.
I experienced a few technically difficulties trying to submit an order. The customer service folks could not have been more helpful and expeditious in their efforts. They ensured my order was correct and were very kind through the entire process. Will definitely order again in the future!
Bad service and have not delivered order
I placed an order on February 6,2021. They were quick to process the payment but I still have not received the shirt. The tracking site has said it printing since Feb 8.
Today it still indicates that its printing?
They have also stopped responding to my emails.
I don't know why anyone would do business with this group. I have ordered custom one off printing from other companies and had products delivered in the same week. Just plain bad

I was very satisfied with my shirt. The print was great and it holds up in the wash really well too. If you're looking to have a shirt made or just like the ones they advertise, like me, then you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them.
While my order arrived on time and was correct, the quality of the tee shirts are so poor that they feel like cardboard upon arrival. After one wash, they no longer hold their shape. I am embarrassed to say I paid $30 a shirt for these. Feel like I have been taken advantage of. I print shirts for many events and know that they cannot be paying more than a couple of dollars per shirt for this quality of garment. Won't be doing any more business with TeeSpring.

I've referred friends to this site and have supported local artist by purchasing swag. Recently I had a promo code for a shirt and it took in the system as I processed my order however, I was charged the full price. When I showed a screenshot of the transaction and my order details the customer service rep said we don't do promo codes... I'll never buy another shirt from this website again... terrible experience.

Ordered two items for my nephew from a creator he likes on YouTube. Both items where suppose to ship in about 3 weeks. Recieved the one item three months later after sending emails asking for the items. Now its four months later and still nothing on the second item. I could have found someone at the local farmers market that could have made these items in bulk by now. At least they take your money quickly.

Teespring print high quality designs onto high quality shirts. In my case, I ordered two. One arrived on time (though at the latest possible estimate) and the second one is still on its way, it is currently three days overdue. However it is likely it will arrive today.
Teespring are an awesome business that do awesome things. Check 'em out, and you may find a keeper.
I ordered a hoodie on 05 January and it is currently 25 January. Teespring doesn't have a direct contact line and their live chat is currently unavailable. The only way to contact Teespring is by email and they won't respond to any of my inquiries about my purchase or allow a refund, but they continually send me emails asking me to buy more merchandise. I wanted to help support creators, but my experience with Teespring has been nothing, but negative and they essentially stole my money. I will never purchase anything from Teespring again and caution anyone who tries to do so.

I ordered a screen print for my car. It arrived in a timely manner and exactly as advertised. I would no hesitate doing business with this company in the future as they have already proved themselves to me.
Do not be fooled by the photos on this website. The product you receive looks nothing like the webpage. Although I didn't have any shipping mishaps, the shirt is poor quality, the screen print is the worst I have ever seen with all sorts of slanted lettering, and the white lettering looks more grey and worn in person. It's terrible and I paid $30. Save your money for a better company.

First, and last, time I will ever buy from this site. I will additionally never purchase or support people who sell their wares through Teespring.com due to the horrible shipping time. Who uses DHL other than people who support China? Package has yet to arrive. Order "shipped" December 12,2016. It is December 21,2016 and still being mishandled now by USPS.
The same designers seem to flood so many categories of this business, with many so so designs, that it makes me feel like giving up before I try it... sad. It looks like a wonderful idea...
