Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace

I ordered a shirt and paid for immediate printing and rushed delivery. The website says "receive your order in 2-5 business days". I got a confirmation email stating I will receive my order within that time. Well that date has past and still no shirt. I got a new email saying it will arrive by saturday (that is 7 business days) I kindly emailed them saying it's no big deal but if they could refund the rush printing and shipping charges I'd greatly appreciate it. They would not. Even with photo proof of the confirmation, and receipt of rushed shipping charges.
Teespring is a great company that I've ordered from several times. They are quick to help me when my orders have not fit and dealing with their customer service is a breeze. If only every company had customer service like Teespring, the world would be a much happier place :)
Bought a gym top, took ages to come. Then when i did come i had a custom charge of £11.09. So a gym vest top cost me roughly £40. Emailed them and they said 'yeh sometimes it happens.'

I am so disappointed with this company. I am an occupational therapist working on the front lines and I found a shirt that I really liked that symbolized this. I ordered it, but unfortunately it was the wrong size and the material was very rough. I have now sent 4 emails requesting for a return and refunding my $33, which I think is quite a bit to pay for one t-shirt that doesn't even fit! I tried to give them time to respond, giving it a few days between emails, but no luck. This company is a complete rip-off. I really wish I would have read the reviews first before purchasing. Poor quality and even worse customer service!

I ordered a shirt from them and according to there website it has "in production" for 23 days. It is a week past what they said was the latest it would arrive. They have not answered emails. You call their number and it tells you to go to their site and use their live customer service chat but their site says they have disabled it. There is no way to contact the company about problems.

I ordered two shirts and went to check out. It never showed me a preview of my order. I paid and then it shows four shirts ordered.
I immediately emailed to get my order amended, (there is no phone number). The site states you have two hours to amend an order and I get an email about 6 hours later telling me that they will not amend the order because the shirts already went into "production".
LOAD OF CRAP! They took me for an extra $50.

I ordered 3 items from this place. Noticed right away they were cheap, sized wrong, and cut horrible. Emailed to return said products and got told I can't return them, for they are not a retail store. They said it was a custom order, which is a lie, they have hundreds in stock. I was dissatisfied, period, as a customer I should have the right to return clothes of I'm not happy with them. Almost 100$ they stole from me and I'm left with rags. Horribly unprofessional, rude, tacky, cheap. NEVER got through them. They will steal your money.
Designed a shirt to raise some money for a charity. Nothing big or massively involved. Sold about 33 shirts, 30 more than the minimum needed for a printing.
Campaign ends, request a Paypal payout of the $98 in profit to send to the charity, nothing. No emails, customer service site for sellers has been down for over a week. Sent emails with zero response.
Lastly, some customers are receiving shirts with nice big stains all over them. They are both dishonest and incompetent. What a nice pair of abilities to put together.

I had nothing but good experiences with this company. When 1 of my items didn't come in they were extremely helpful and courteous and were more than eager to help me and went above and beyond what I expected from an online company. No finger point No arrogance no attitude. Nothing but friendly people and well made merchandise will definitely buy back from them again.
Charged £12.60 per item in customs charges. For 3 items (one sent in error) its made my order incredibly costly. Instead of being offered a refund for the item I did not need, I have been offered credit. Truly appalling customer service.

I am writing as a recent customer whose order received was the incorrect sized item. At first I dreaded the process of returns and endless requests for the correct item. To my surprise the customer service team went above and beyond your everyday customer service. They worked diligently to ensure the order was corrected. During the expeditious progression the team provided continuous updates allowing me to carry on without having to query as to whether or not my order was being produced.

Ordered 1 item and I was sent 3. There is no way to contact them. They have an automatic reply when you indicate you need support that says they'll get back to you in 24 hours but they don't. I bought something for $20 and I ended up losing $75 (3 items+shipping and tax). They market themselves as a responsive company and make it seem like they are a professional operation but they are not.

I ordered a sweatshirt a month ago now, it has been "printing" for 4+ weeks now. The delivery date has come and gone. I would never recommend this scam site. All the bad reviews are for real. Additionally, I have contacted customer support no less than four times with no response. Stay away.

Almost a month since they said they printed and mailed my sweatshirt which was a birthday gift. The ETA keeps changing further and further away. Too bad I spent money on something I'll probably never see. I doubt they actually donated 10% of the proceeds to the cause for the particular design like they stated. First and last time with this nonsense.
I ordered a shirt that was anticipated to be delivered almost a month ago, shipping status has not updated in a month, and I have not received my package. Do not order from this company. I ordered two shirts total $73! I finally received one of them only to find it was not as pictured on the website. The small flag shown on the right hand shoulder of the shirt was actually printed in the center of the shirt! After emailing back and forth, they agreed to "reprint" the shirt and sent a link for me to verify my information. The link was actually making me reorder and repay for a shirt! To this date, I haven't received my other shirt which was ordered Nov 23 and updated today, Dec 15 that it was delivered on Nov 27! 4 days? Not true!

I am super disappointed with teespring. Although I like the convenience of a drop shipping company, I am not satisfied with the printing quality. After ONE was, all of the letters from my shirt was faded. Being that I am a new business owner and starting my brand, this looks really bad for my business. I've reached out to customer service and I am awaiting their response.

As a business owner this company is a mickey mouse operation. I've ordered numerous products and I get disappointed every time. Backorders, delays and high prices. I don't even get a discount for getting a sample product of my own. I've tried them multiple times to give them chances and yet they delay my products due to corona virus and shipping delays. I call BS. This is a POOR E-Commerce store and I currently link them on my website. I hope to find another POD T-Shirt company that is not full of excuses. Not only were my products delayed but they are not good quality print. Very faded and print quality wears off after a few washes. I ordered in February and did not receive until late march. Sticker came 2 months later

I ordered 5 shirts, only got one. Apparently no record of my account anymore (my login and password are shown as invalid) No communication regarding the other shirts that I ordered. Additionally the ordering was difficult - I would choose a design, then size; it never went into the cart, so I added it again, suddenly there were multiple shirts of that design and size in the cart. Just checked my cart again (unable to log in, by the way!) items removed because they were out of stock. Won't recommend or reorder unless something changes.

Ordered 2 items. They both came in the wrong size, color, and/ or style. They have refused to send reprints or a refund and I have not been able to speak with a manager despite requesting assistance numerous times through email. I'm convinced they're scammers!

I have ordered 5 or 6 T-shirts from them. They make custom shirts, so I am not surprised that the shirts don't show up in just a couple of days. Every time, I have gotten an email saying it was about to be printed, then another email saying it has been shipped, and it has arrived soon thereafter each time I have ordered. Will order from them again I have no doubt. The shirts are maybe a little thin for some people's taste, but I like that because they are cooler in the summer.
I saw a picture of the T-shirt I just received from Teespring on a friend's Facebook page. Dragonflies, to me, are beautiful and fascinating insects, and I have seen similar pictures here online with the message, ''Always be yourself. Unless you can be a unicorn. Then always be a unicorn.''

I have done business with other online businesses, and just like before, I felt one hundred percent comfortable ordering my new T-shirt.
