I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I've never ordered from Teespring but had a great experience and my order was received quickly. The product is of good quality, the size was slight larger than I thought it would be but I'm happy with it. I was more so moved with this particular shirt because it had my sister's name in the list of those who had passed away. I don't know how they got her name but it was a beautiful way to honor her. Thieves and scammers. Zero customer service. Take your money and you never receive your Order. They blame it on co-vid. Hmmm I've received all of my Amazon, EBay and Facebook marketplace orders. I also believe they write good reviews about themselves to counter all of the bad reviews. When you open a case they send you a useless form email that leads nowhere. Don't waste your time and money
It has been 2 months, and I am still trying to get my money back. I ordered 4 T-shirts, same design, different sizes. Of the 4,3 had problems with the printing [off-horizontal, off center]. The quality of the shirt itself was flimsy--I would never have purchased it if I had seen it in a store.
I explained the problem to "customer service." It took many emails before I could even get the address to which to send the shirts back, and I still haven't gotten a refund. Now I have to provide documentation to my credit card company. It has cost me over $20 so far, just to see the shirts, and hours of frustration.

I was looking forward to receiving my order from Teespring, it was for my wife for Mothers Day. It came in time. The problem I had was that I don't believe the sizing is correct. I ordered a Medium Fitted T-shirt, size 6-8, but it came looking tiny. My wife is a 6, and I've never had a problem ordering her shirts except this time.
When I requested a return/exchange, they'd need the shirt returned and they'll send a new one. Who knows how long that'll take, like a month? Not sure if it's worth doing it, my wife was very disappointed. I'd be careful with this company. Think I wasted $30

I have ordered two samples of my design. For three months, I have been unable to receive the order. The order has been reprinted three times! 3! Support cannot explain why their orders are getting lost in transit. When asked what will change after another reprint attempt, the support also does not respond. This is definitely a scam, as the orders have not actually been shipped. I do not recommend it to anyone.

At first I was unimpressed as my order was shipped incorrectly (missing one of two items). However, the customer service department got back to me regarding this issue promptly and immediately took steps to rectify the situation for me in a very friendly and conciliatory way. I was very impressed with that; I would buy from this website again, knowing that.
Hoodie I received from Teespring had a vague yellowish in color almost nonexistent printed logo on the front. I am shocked as a paying customer at the quality I received. I can't believe they charged $50 for this! Very disappointed... I better get my money back this company is not recommended ever.

I love "funny" tee shirts, have a stack of them. But my last attempt to buy one from TeeSpring got me very frustrated. A girl from the staff that I questioned simply answered that the shirt I wanted "was in a campaign that didn't include Brasil, South America ". That's discrimination! (lol)

My first short from these pros. And I'm glad at how good it turned out. Looked clean and crisp upon arrival and was. The shirt was really comfortable for me, sensitive skin. It felt natural. The service was good, even down to the tracking email. I can easily see myself getting more shirts from them for various occasions.
Ordered online and the 7 tees arrived with the lettering so small that it is unreadable and then repeated three times on the back of the shirt... I can't believe that someone won't look at the order and email or call us and confirm what was typed on the online order...$75+ worth of shirts going to the Goodwill store - unusable... received an email from customer service offering to re-do and give us a discount - No... just spreading the word that this is not the company to deal with!

I emailed on a Sunday night with a question about my order, and within 20 minutes I had an answer that was more helpful than I could have hoped for! The customer service rep took care of my issue right away, and she was just as responsive when I sent her multiple replies with questions. Great customer service!
I ordered a mug with 'end him rightly' written on the side with a graphic, the product arrived in immaculate condition with a lovely colour to it, the graphic isn't as focussed as I'd like, but for such a detailed graphic it's fine. Shipping was slightly longer than estimated, but being from a different country it's expected. All in all it's a good service with a lot of personalisation and choice.

Very cool website, but the material/quality of the t-shirt is poor. It's 100% cotton, and I'm pretty sure it will shrink after the first time I wash it. So, not sure how long it will hold up. Would be willing to pay more for a better quality/brand/material t-shirt. Need to have it as an option.
My case was handled by Ruel, who was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and professional. I accidentally added 2 extra items to my cart during a late night impulse buy, and since everything is made to order I figured I would be out $40. Instead, I was very kindly granted store credit equal to the cost of the extra items. I'll definitely be doing business with them again!
I recently started selling merchandise from teespring for my YouTube storefront. I ordered samples of a variety of my products. Most of them were great quality especially the sweatshirt, but the mug print was off and left a big blank space on the mug that was out of place. They refunded my money and I took that product off my storefront, but it leads me to not trust designs if I don't get a sample to see for myself what it looks like.
I am looking at the reviews here and am frankly wondering if they are even reviewing the same site! I have purchased 7 from them now, all different, women and men, and every single order was PERFECT. Shipped fast, quality was perfect on each and every order. Yes. They can be a bit expensive, but the price has never been an issue because the quality is so high. If you don't like the price, move to another vendor. I will continue to order here and have had great response and ship time from the vendor.
The quality of your prints is such that I am content knowing that in time they will fade. But for the present, up until October, they should do quite well. A friendly suggestion, not criticism by any means. Vets do not necessarily like skulls, even if the skull is colored like Old Glory. Unless the vet is angry; I. E. a vet with a past. My friend got me a t shirt for a birthday gift. It was a women's medium but fit like an extra small. I had to re gift it to a friend that would fit her. Months later I came across another shirt I found on a Facebook blog. I wanted to give them one more chance. I ordered a woman's large. Three weeks went by so not too bad when it came to waiting, however it fit me like a small rather than large. I'm upset that I wasted over $35 for a t shirt that won't fit me ever. I commented on their Facebook blog and they not only deleted my comment but blocked me from liking their page. I didn't even try calling them, because of the lack of customer service.
I had ordered a pretty cool looking plumbing T-shirt off their website. The shipping was pretty quick. When I received the T-shirt I was pretty disappointed. The print was ok but what got me the most was the fact it was printed on a Hanes T-shirt. The kind you find in a multi pack at Walmart for like $10. Very thin and very cheap. On their website you can clearly see that they claim to use very high quality tees. Not my idea of a high quality tee. I had emailed them a couple days ago with my concerns and have yet to hear back. Not impressed. Buy off Amazon. No hassle returning it if it's a crap tee.

Also you can't order multiple samples in the same cart. You have to place a separate order and shipping for each design. This is pathetic. Who just orders one shirt and sample at a time? You would think they would be smart enough to allow one sample of each shirt.
I bought two signs "Teen with Autism on board" for my cars. The sticky side on the back and picture on front. When you stick it on the windscreen, you could only see the sign from inside the car. The whole point of having this sign is people from outside can see during an emergency.
Useless product, want my £10 back and would never recommend this company to anyone. I gave one star because I had to, otherwise, my review would not be accepted. I actually do not want to give any star!

Spring has the worst quality print on demand shirts in the entire market. Look up a video of how well different print on demand shirts hold up to being washed. Your shirt will be trash within weeks. It makes me so mad to see them as the majority merch provider for people on YouTube. I'll keep spreading the word to never use Spring.

I ordered 5 shirts from them, all the same design, and they all have issues regarding the print quality. The prints were flakey and cracked when I got them with one missing a whole chunk out of the print, I don't think these things will last one round in the washing machine. It's just really disappointing to see especially when I rely on them for my merch store.

Ordered quite a few shirts from them over the course of the years. Fabric is always kind of cheap but logos are funny or relevant so I kept ordering. Had a misprint/bad print and received the worst customer service ever. Its a 6 dollar t shirt but they wanted me to take pictures and e mail and wait for approval to receive another shirt. Come on its a 6 dollar shirt and I have to wait weeks for a replacement. Times must be tough. Last order from them ever
I ordered a shirt online - design looked ready to go - for a friend as a gift. Two weeks later and it hasn't even shipped yet! The order tracking site says it's "printing." Why are you advertising a shirt that's not printed yet? The shirt will not be here in time for my friend who is LEAVING TOWN. (The shirt was a going away present.) I am seriously annoyed.
