I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
Absolute scam. Ordered a print months ago, and it was still "In production" on the last day of the estimated delivery window. From order to delivery was supposed to take 6 weeks. Contacted customer services, and they offered a one-time replacement instead of a refund. Figured let's give it a shot, but the same "In production" nonsense for 6 weeks. Wasted time and money.
I ordered one shirt back on the 10 th n it's now 27 th. No response. If I don't see the shirt. I contact Clearwater Marine sanctuary n notify them that this company is exploiting one of their the love dolphins for their profit. Her name was winter

Ordered a sweatshirt in November. Arrived in December. But after got over 9 charges that I didn't order raging from $30 to $60. Have to go through my entire bank statement from the past three months and cancel my entire credit card. Do not order from this site.
Great product. Shipping a rip off. No discount for second item if different campaigns. This is not clarified anywhere on the website or on checkout. You will think your second item is cheaper, then your cc will get charged two shirts separately with full shipping fees per shirt.
Please do not purchase any products. My son has been waiting over two weeks for his payout for selling his shirts. It's very sad that a company would do such a thing to a 15 year old that was motivated to sell shirts with a small amount due to him through PayPal, teespring continues to ignore our emails trying to get my son's money that's owed to him. I would hate to see it happen to another person. It's very disappointing!

Placed my order for women's tank, which cost over $30 including shipping. For that amount I expected a quality tank top. Unfortunately, upon receiving my shirt I was very disappointed; not only was the tank thin and see through, it was a snug fit. When I contacted TeeSpring to resolve the issue they offered to replace the shirt, but only after I returned it using my own funds. I do not recommend using TeeSpring. I've used other similar sites with much better return policies and customer service.

This is the second time I'm writing this and haven't received a response from my first submission. Website is poor because you can never get a live person to talk to. Wife's tee came fitting her exactly but you know the first time you wash it will be the last time she can wear it. Return policy is not clear or easy to negotiate. My wife said she finally was able to get someone who said they'd send he a return mailer label which we also never received. She finally gave up. I could also have received a similar shirt from Amazon for $5 less. A $25 tee shirt should not be causing so much aggravation.

Wanted to buy Patriot Clothing that you have decided incites violence - "Gods Army" incites violence, HOW? Don't understand why you have cancelled Patriots selling these products. We live in a free country with free speech. It's very sad to watch Patriots getting cancelled in this polarized environment brought on by the "go along to get along" mentality. I ordered a shirt for St. Patrick's Day (today) for my husband. It said the campaign was successful and I should receive my order between March 9 and March 16. It never arrived and I never received a tracking number so I'm guessing it has never been shipped. Waiting for a response from email since there is no live person you can talk to. On a side note ordered 3 shirts from Viralstyle and they all arrived quickly, are made well and can be worn for the occasion they were ordered for!
I ordered a simple poster it arrived damaged from how it was packaged ( a 34" poster was shoved in a 32" cardboard tube) cant get into contact with anyone have submitted three claims and still nothing. Everytime I try send to send an email it says message cannot be delivered email does not exist.

How anyone buys off this company is beyond me. I wanted to buy 3 items off them and each one is charged it's own shipping fee of $12. That's $36 shipping because they refuse to ship all 3 items at once.

I've owned a hoodie that I purchased from Teespring for about a month total (after it took 4 weeks extra to even arrive), however, the print on the hoodie is already very much faded and looks as if I've owned it for over a year. Very dissatisfied with Teespring and will not purchase another item from them. I wear this hoodie daily due to its warmth and the fact that it is currently winter, never before have I seen this level of wear on any other clothing item I own.

Took weeks to arrive, then was required to pay excessive customs charges. Found out later that the t-shirt, sold as exclusive, is available in the UK at a fraction of the price, and would not incur customs charges. Never again.

We ordered some shirts to support a local charity. While they did take awhile to print and ship, that's fine. We understood that that is how the ordering, printing and shipping process works. We are very happy with our purchases.
I had placed an order for 6 tees. I ordered in women's, which I didn't realize until I got the order that they were a bit smaller than I'm used to since I normally get men's sizes because of work Its normally in men's sizes. On my personal shirt ordered it had a flaw. I reached out to the company. Gloria got a hand of it and took care of the rest. She sent out a new shirt at no extra cost and I got it in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with the customer service. Thanks Teespring especially GLORIA!
I've been using Teespring for years, and have been running campaigns with them successfully. However recently I've been having issues with fulfillment. In my last large campaign I had a non-trivial fraction of my campaign purchases give me feedback about failure to fulfill their order correctly requiring reprints. And personally I've ordered products for myself and in the last 3 campaigns there have been missing products or incorrect sizes.
I have been able to get digital reprints for the products from their customer service, but that's just not the same. And it ends up being weeks later.

Ordered three items... One item has arrived and is smaller then expected.one item supposedly has shipped. Third item cancelled... They claim my card was denied, however, the other two items ordered at the same time we're not cancelled due to this so called "card denied" excuse. Customer service was too incompetent to be of any help. In fact the customer service rep wanted me to email him my complete credit card info... including the three digit code from the back of the card and the expiration date... figure he was trying to scam me so he could steal my credit card number... that is how shady this business seems to be.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my son. When we received it the shirt was too dark to be able to see the design. I emailed teespring and explained what happened. They sent us a new one with no additional charge. My son picked out a new lighter color. Very friendly customer service and they were quick to rectify the problem. Thank you!
So I ordered two shirts for my husband. I was a little skeptical because of all the bad reviews I had seen but gave it a chance since it was my first time ordering from the website. Everything went great! Super satisfied with the t-shirts and they came in early than it was suppose to! True to size as well! Will be ordering from them again in the future!
I ordered 2 tshirts at the end of January. Yes, its March 4 and still no email saying its shipped. Be honest, your website still states 9-12 days for production and shipping. This hasn't been true for months, so more people order, orders get back up and etc etc. Stop taking new orders, or at least be honest on the website so people wont order if they need soon.

My listings keep being disabled and my store shows no products. I have been working hard over the past week to build my store, but the site keeps rejecting, enabling, and then disabling listings. What a horrible experience! I would never recommend Spring. I reached out to them on several occasions, but everyday, the problems got worse and worse. Bad printing and charged for free shipping! I recently placed my third order with Teespring. Two out of 3 orders were very bad quality. I let the first awful screen print slide (along with being charged for shipping AFTER free shipping code was applied). Most recent order was doubled, blurry AND I was again charged for shipping! Submitted a question per their process listed on order form. 3 weeks later and not a reply or resolution.
I will be asking my volunteer group to take all business elsewhere!
