Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I ordered a t-shirt for my nephew. The fit was tight. I lost my confirmation email. So I emailed customer service. Not only did Ruel reply within an hour, he sent me info regarding sizing to help us get corrected size. Emails were prompt and professional. He resolved issue very quickly. Mnew shirt is on its way. Ordered a sweatshirt July 21,2016. As of September 15,2016 still not received. The email I received from them on July 31 said the item is on its way, offering the ability to track my order. But when I click on the link it says my order is shipped. That's all it says. They said I would receive the order by September 16. I highly doubt this. My suggestion to everyone who has done business with them is to contact the attorney general of your state. If enough of us complain they will get shut down as they should. Ridiculous!
I had successfully ordered 6 shirts from them over a period of time, then I ordered one in plenty of time for a friend's birthday, it was 2 weeks late and not the shirt I ordered, they offered to replace with a different style. Still haven't gotten it and their response is, wait a little longer.
My product still hasn't arrived and it supposedly was printed over 2 1/2 weeks ago, so if I ever receive it I will amend my review. Review update: Teespring reached out to me, and made sure I received my order. Very happy that they took care of it, and resolved my issue. Changing to 4 stars!
No instructions... cleaned area three times... last step alcohol prep pad... completely dry and oil residue free. Decal would not stick. Total waste of time and money. No response from manufacturer. Buyer beware!

I ordered 2 tee shirts on 12/11/2017 for Christmas gifts, received the confirmation email and said items would be here on 12/23/2017. I checked the tracking info on 12/19/2017 and noticed the the order was cancelled, checked with bank who said that the purchase was approved, checked the status again and noticed that the order was cancelled 6 hrs after purchase. Emailed them still no response, could reorder but it would cost $68.00 to ship in time for the holiday. Not happy at all

Ordered shirts using sizing guide. When they came, they were way too big. Messaged customer service to see how much they'd shrink. Got an immediate response, that new shirts were on the way. Didnt ask for or expect replacements. Just awesome! Will definitely order again.
Why would someone from your company respond to my review asking me to contact them when I have already contacted them multiple times with no help. Like I stated in my original review, complete scam. I have already submitted a claim three times. I am tired of the automated responses offering help that does not exist.

This company is a total scam. I ordered my daughter a hoodie on 4/11/18, and was updated about the printing and then the shipping. All of a sudden, the tracking number did not work anymore and I never received my order. My emails are being ignored after the first response saying that my payment didn't go through. I provided them with proof of my payment, and they will not respond. They apparently just hope that people will forget about spending money with them and forget about getting their order. I guess that's a great way to make money. Disgusting.
I only received half of my order. When I contacted them, they replied needing more info (putting me off). My 3 emails since then have gone unanswered and the mug I ordered on March STILL says printing. Definitely will avoid in the future no matter how awesome the tshirt/mug/etc
I ordered two masks for a particular foundation through Teespring. Whoever printed the masks must not have been sure of the logo that had to be put on them. So, instead of getting clarification, the imbecile printed ‘Linked Image Not Found' across the front of both masks. I was angry and sent them a strongly worded email. They apologized and said they would send two new masks with the correct logo. The new masks arrived today. I bet you can't guess what was printed across the front.

We stopped selling merch after ordering a batch for our own team. Spent so many hours designing them, but the print really didn't justify the design at all. The ENTIRE order was misprinted, washed out, flaky, bad print.

My shirt arrived with a bad blurred print. Therfore, I can not wear it in public. No problem, that can happen. However, there is only an online form to contact customer service. I have not received any answer after 2 months waiting and 3 inquiries. I do not recommend you to order something!

Ordering process went smoothly on two separate occasions. Orders arrived within expected time, seemed longer but probably because i wanted my stuff... t-shirt i received was printed great, got detail in a complicated design. Quality of shirt itself is nice, soft and lightweight, roomy but not huge. Same for hoodie i ordered later. Nice print, hood of same quality. A soft, lighter than expected cloth. Fits well, love it. Overall 4\5 stars because the price of each was high, i guess pay for good work and materials,.
We started using Teespring back in 2020 and the shipping times were horribly slow. We moved to another company for a couple years but have not been happy with their quality. Teespring's was far better. So recognizing that COVID played a huge role in 2020 issues we decided to give them another change. One of our customers ordered on January 25 and the order still shows as "processing" He tried to reach out to the company (now "Spring") and heard nothing back. He let us know over a month later so we reached out on his behalf. Still no response. I really wanted to give them another chance because their quality is good, but it reflects poorly on us when we promote products and our customers don't receive them and get no response. We will definitely be seeking out yet another new company.

I paid extra to get quick shipping. Its been over two weeks now and have yet to receive my item. The last shipping update was March 9. Today is the 16th of March. Horrible experience. Will never buy anything from this company again.

Everything regarding payment, shipping, etc. works well as expected. However there is no info on what type of print technique they use, and better: type of print varies from product to product. This means that one time you'll get good silk screened prints that laste the lifetime of the shirt. Next time you might get that awful direct stuff that spreadshirt uses for one-of's, that's has really ugly colors and lasts what? 20 wash cycles, maybe? $#*! that $#*!.

Bought a shirt, size 2xl, they shipped me a 3xl which would have been ok, but it was damaged. I sent 3 emails asking for a new shirt and never got so much as a reply. After 3 or 4 washings the graphics are coming off.
Their customer service sucks, or more accurately is nonexistent, and their products are crap. I'm pretty sure it was just an iron on done in a laser or inkjet printer.

It really shouldn't be this difficult. You order a t-shirt, the order is acknowledged, and a few days later you're told it's shipped. You wait a week, and you get the t-shirt, right?
Wrong, at least if you're dealing with Teespring. They confirm an estimated delivery date, which comes and goes. So you email them, and they say orders actually may take up to 45 working days to be delivered. Pretty unlikely, but hey, they've already got your money.
So after the 45 working days have expired, and the item has not arrived (did they ever send it?) you send another email which receives exactly the same response, i. E. they didn't bother to read your email.
Then they just stop replying. It's like Nigeria, but in US dollars.
Avoid.
Decent quality product. But no warning of customs charge. So product ends up costing a fortune. Small time span for campaigns means if you don't pay the customs you'll never get the tshirt.

I ordered two samples from my own store. They look great and I like the quality of the material used. It was just text, no graphics, but exactly what I wanted. The website, however, drives me crazy. It could be me, but I've worked online for years, so... I somehow have two different stores and am trying to combine them, hopefully will figure it out one of these weeks. I have not been able to delete products I posted wrongly or just don't want there anymore. I could swear I never asked for any all-over prints and want them GONE. Am waiting on a "callback".
I got a wrong fit but right size and they sent me a replacement asap! Good guys! Alot of similar businesses like this have a no return policy but teespring has a fit-satisfaction policy which really paid off for me, because my shirt qualified, as it was not the length stated. All I had to do was submit pictures!
Ordered 2 weeks ago still not shipped and no one is responding to emails. My order was supposed too ship 12/18 it's 12/22 and still nothing. Csr won't respond you emails. Bummed this would have been a cool Christmas gift too. :(

I placed on order on 3 April for 4 t-shirts, expecting the system to be able to calculate some kind of combined shipping. It didn't. Never mind, I was supporting a YouTuber. As far as the company's estimates go, the shirts should have been shipped and arrived by now. But the system still shows 'printing' and has done so for 2 weeks. I can only hurry up and wait... Luckily I paid via. PayPal and if there is no progress in a week, I can raise a case through them, god help the people who paid through credit cards and have to dispute it through their bank!
