I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
Uk order. Really disappointed to be charged a large Customs Fee by the Post Office on top of what was already a steep p&p charge on the website at time of order. This needs to be made clearer to international purchasers at time of ordering. Had a look at site since and it does say about Custom Charges but it is very hidden in the small print. Teespring need to be a lot clearer on this.
I ordered 3 Hoodies. All came looking great and of a nice soft fleece. I live on a little island up in Canada so I was leery about ordering Christmas presents internationally. These fortunately came a week earlier than originally projected. Thank you guys! I know you cant control the postal service, but you made the products and shipped them out in good time :)
STAY AWAY from this company. I usually never post negative reviews but ROBERT who told me I should have received my order already (great customer service by the way, NOT!) never followed up after my email back to him. I am waiting over 3 months and was told to go to the post office maybe it's there? The last time I checked, the US is not a 3rd world country and when you give out your address and pay $49.00 for goods and shipping, it should come directly to your house. I guess I was wrong. Save your money. They charged my credit card right away, unlike a legit company like AMAZON who will charge only when your order is ready for shipment. I definitely received the run around which raised a red flag. Do not order from this company! Bad news all around!

After 7+ years with Tee Spring I can honestly say they are one of the worst companies to work with. If I had a choice between hurling myself into a fire pit or trying to deal with their $#*!ty customer service id much rather jump into the fire in a heart beat. My boss bought a pair of socks off of my store and they never showed up so I have to come out of my own pocket to pay him back how f-in embarassing.

I ordered some shirts for my daughter and two of them were slim cut and did not fit her. I emailed Jeneffer and she immediately gave me instructions of doing a return. I sent the two shirts back and we just could not seem to find the right replacement. During the entire process, she was very friendly and always responded quickly to my concerns/questions. I will definitely do business with her again. Customer service that Jeneffer provides is few and far between in todays society. Listen Teespring has great stuff AND more importantly great STAFF! I ordered my Christmas sweatshirt a little late in the season, I did not opt for faster shipping because well I hoped it would arrive. It didn't. BUT when I inquired as to its whereabouts?/ I got the best replies immediately (S/O to Jennefer :) Plus the sweatshirt is fabulous. These guys are great. Really great. And I bet they deliver really fast if you are not cheap like me. Sweatshirt is so cool I am wearing it now and it is no longer Christmas. Thanks Teespring. These guys are everything you read on here. Lie after lie and no tracking or dates honored for shipping.
Have shirts still in printing while they should be in my mailbox. The latest date they say should have arrived is here and passed. I will be reporting them as my family handles these type of things. Hopefully we can open a suite against Teespring or at least get them shut down so they can't screw anyone else. Few friends have the same issue as me and others in here and will be doing the same. I will post updates.

I've ordered 3 different sweatshirts on 3 different occasions. The print has faded quickly on every one of them. I took extra care to wash them properly.
They are fairly pricey so I would expect better quality.

A friend of mine made a design for me for Christmas shirts with the grinch on them. I never used the site before & was referred by a friend & told to order samples then you can delete the shirt from being sold but you get your design. Okay COOL! Well the site is not mobile friendly at all. I managed to order a few samples for myself & my niece. I paid for faster shipping. Needless to say the company deleted my account? Weird so I emailed them. It comes down too I was deleted because the design incorporated the grinch in it. When there are multiple others also incorporating the grinch. The shirts were supposed to be shipped the beginning of this week, and have yet to be printed. I'm currently waiting for another email to see if they are going to be processed at all. I will never use them for anything again. Their customer service is rude too

I love the t-shirts at Teespring. They have something for everyone. My grandkids call me Granny which is hard to find on a t-shirt but Teespring has it all. Fabric is soft and comfortable and it's long enough to cover my granny physique, lol. Also, I'm not a fan of crew neck tees but there usually are other options on Teespring for each design.
The ad is misleading. It shows a picture of a crusader holding a American flag on a vehicle back window. It looks great, and all setup to just put on. What I received was a square paper sticker. It is the same picture, but would not last very long on a vehicle. Not worth the money.

So far 8 emails to teespring trying to get my money back. Each response was lengthy, formulaic, and useless. The last one says to wait 60 to 90 days while they "resolve". So I am out a little over $33 and all I wanted to do is support my friend by buying one of his artwork t-shirts. What a humongous hassle!

They have false advertisement and due to that customers who are trying to help with campaigns are not giving money to anyone but Teespring. They produce even if you have not met your goal which it says on their page the goal has to be met to produce. So there is no profit that is going to the campaign. Just paying a lot for a shirt.

Their sizing is wildly inaccurate, their product is shoddy and there is absolutely no customer service connected to this site. Don't buy these t-shirts because you'll come to regret doing business with them.
I am really disappointed with my shirt material. For $35 after shipping I expected to get a good quality shirt. This material a little on the thin side and is some sort of polyester that attracts lint like crazy. The shirt it's slightly smaller than other shirts of the same size, not enough to make it unwearable but it is smaller. The print looks good I just wish it was 100% cotton. Expect to roll your short with a lint roller at least a couple times a day if you want it to stay looking good.

I was directed to purchase shirts from this site via an ad I saw for Earth Day Shirts. When placing my order, there was a timer guaranteeing delivery prior to April 22, Earth Day if I ordered within the next 4 hours.
I placed 2 orders, and never got a confirmation email for either of them. When I tried to look up my orders in their system, the system said I had no orders. Funny enough, my credit cards were charged for both of the orders their system couldn't seem to find.
I reached out to customer services and received an initial response stating they could look up my order via additional information if I would provide it. I did so, but at this point as it was after Earth Day and the supposed guaranteed delivery date, I requested that both orders be refunded - I have still not heard back. I will update my review when/if I get a response from customer service.

One time they shipped me a different order lol. Another time, they didn't include everything in my order that I ordered. They did end up shipping me the correct order (one other time still pending). The preview online doesn't match what you actually get, like if you're a bigger size (XL-5XL) your item will look a little off/funny. I don't recommend teespring for bigger sizes but for everything smaller than an XL it's cool. Other than that they're alright, I guess. Still would recommend finding some other business before bringing up teespring to others.

Ordered 7 shirts, got charged right away, then after many many emails was told three weren't going to be made because of copyright? Issues. Was finally credited for these three shirts. I received three shirts, they were just fine. However I'm still waiting on one which says it's been printing for two weeks. Never ordered this many from this company, but I won't again. Not happy or satisfied, and still waiting on one item.

I just received my order (10 days after ordering) and am really disappointed with the tee shirt. It is an XL that fits like a large and I think it can maybe be washed once. The sleeves aren't short they are cap sleeves and look terrible on my saggy arms. Hanes Nano must be the bottom of the Hanes line and the total price was very high.

I ordered a shirt from Teespring for my wife for a trip we are taking. The size was too small. Ruel was incredibly helpful when I contacted Teespring about a replacement. She placed a rush on the order to make sure it arrived in time for our trip. I'll continue ordering from Teespring and recommend them highly.
I bought a pullover from them but when it arrived it was too small. I have had zero problems with their customer service. I was offered either a full refund or store credit. Due to the excellent service I took store credit which I will use for my next order. Thanks teespring
Ordered sneakers- ad from Facebook - Blue Heeler. Also ordered pillow cover. Never received pillow cover - shoes were not same as advertised- dog picture looked like a mix breed- many emails - mgr agreed to credit half my money back an I keep sneakers I will never wear. No mention of pillowcase. Will contact PayPal. Takes 2 days to get email response from China. I want correct sneakers, my pillowcase OR all my money back. Never will buy from them again. First and last time
Order was shipped via "DHL" only to find it is sent via the post office and the tracking details do not work. It has been over a month and a half.
And no one has responded to my query.
I paid for DHL delivery in 12 - 15 days. Not PO without tracking.
