I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
The sweatshirt I received was a wrong color and in addition had white letters on white background. There is no Customer Service phone number to call, different people reply to my emails asking the same thing and not providing any solution. It takes 2 to 3 and sometimes four days to receive a reply, which is usually a request to upload a photo, which I already did three times. I would never use this site again
I purchased one shirt online in October, 2020. I was sent two shirts in the right size, followed by one shirt in the wrong size. I had to argue with customer service before they would tell me what to do for a refund. In the meantime I got my credit card bill and found that they had charged me for four purchases. I returned the three shirts, and as of January, 2021, I am still waiting to be refunded for over $100. I have left a message to no avail. I would advise totally avoiding this company.

Both the graphics and quality of shirt was more then disappointing as this was to be a Christmas gift. Have had this problem before with this site. Will not order again! Ordered a tee shirt. When I opened package there were 2 small stains. Contacted costumer service. Received a case number. After about 2 weeks they replied thanking me for pics of stains. Their solution was to tell me how to get the stains out! They should have refunded me! I wouldn't recommend this site or ever make a purchase again.

Address and qty ordered wrong. Emailed right away and surprise nothing we can do but give you a credit on the second item. I am disputing when they could just give a credit. I still have not received the order. BEWARE! NEVER ordering again on these sites! Should've known better!

Over a month later and the company still hasn't started on the order. When I send and email asking about it they keep responding with a generic response that doesn't answer any questions.
I have to do a charge back on the credit card since they refuse to fulfill my order.
I would avoid this company they are fraudulent.

I live in Hawaii so i didn't expect to get it for 3 weeks. It's been 5-6 weeks now and I haven't gotten it yet. What's worse is the tracker doesn't even show me where it is currently. I just wish there was an option for a faster delivery, I would have paid extra to get it here faster.

Ordered my shirt April 21,2019 and it was supposed to be shipped by May 2. Was it shipped? Nope. Does the company respond to your request for information in regards to such? Nope. Probably because they are dealing with 800 other complaints. I just called my credit card company and disputed the charge since they don't respond to inquiries.

I ordered a T-shirt as a gift for my friend. Unfortunately, DHL failed to deliver the package. So, I contacted the customer service. Someone called Ruel contacted me right away and reordered that item for me after he checked the status of my package. Although it took about two months for my friend to finally receive the package, Ruel has been super patient and responsive all along. And I believe he deserves a 5-star review.
Ordered 2 Disney flow vests only to find out the delivery charge per item was £7.99! Funnily enough, they only mentioned the delivery cost AFTER completing the order. I quickly cancelled my order, but low and behold they've taken payment for one of the vests. (I only found this out after I received an email stating they were now printing my vest)... After contacting customer services, I was told that I could not cancel as they had started production.
Frustrated, I thought I'd give the vest top a chance and decided to wait until it had been delivered (as I was told repeatedly there was no way of cancelling). BIG MISTAKE! The fabric quality is the poorest I've seen, it's practically see through and the design looks like a shoddy printing machine has vomited on it. Bitterly disappointed with this company, its products and lack of customer service. DO NOT USE THEM! Find a clothing printing company locally and use them instead!

I had a problem with mis printed shirts. They told me, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Here are some more of the same shirts. I specifically told them I would rather just have my $60 dollars back for my two shirts. Apparently they decided otherwise. They told me they can't do anything about the mis printed shirts, or the fact that one of the shirts lettering was so blurry you couldn't make some words out. Doesn't sound like a company that stands by their customers. How hard is it to say. I'm sorry. We will get with the third party that designed this shirt and correct the issue. Apparently to hard.

I appreciate that there are veteran support tees and troop support. Didn't have any problems with ordering and the only hiccup was it went to the post and not to my house. But I live out in the cut so that's understandable. I've had good experiences with the company.

I was expecting my order 2 weeks after ordering it (fairly reasonable), but it never showed up during my expected period. About 2 weeks after the promised ship date I got an email saying my order had shipped... but the tracking doesn't work/says the item is still at the original location. A month later and I'm still waiting on my shirt to be delivered. I'm really excited to support a great cause (SheLift), but honestly my experience with this company has not been great.
One of my favorite blogs uses Teespring products as a secondary source of income, so I thought I'd buy a shirt to support the blog directly. While the front-end experience was great, I was ultimately disappointed in the shirt. The colors on the print were off just enough to ruin the design and the print itself doesn't seem like it will last in the long term. There are other ways I could have supported the blog, but instead I got a t-shirt that was destined for the trashcan.

Hi ordered a few items and didn't receive them, I emailed the support and they were responsive and very helpful. Seems that the issue is from the local post, yet they went out of their way to find a solution.

My only complaint is that the campaigns that are focused on women NEED to have WOMENS shirts as a purchase option! Most dont! And have more than just a basic womens T, add v or scoop necks

The team could not have been more helpful, in the first instance with provision of references which actually allowed tracking, but secondly in giving timescales for updates and alternative provision.
Received the t-shirt and delighted with it.
There was a mixup with my order and wrong one was sent. The support staff were excellent and speedy in getting me my correct order. T shirts are great. I would definitely recommend and will do so on my Facebook.
I ordered two different T-Shirts on the same day in two different orders. One was larger than I thought and the second was significantly smaller, more of a child's size although it was supposed to be large. All that I've ordered in the past have been on the overly large size. I don't know why this happens. Printing is good though.

My customer service experience with Lilibeth was the best customer service I've ever had she is competent, kind and incredibly good at what she does. She made me want to continue to shop at Teespring.com She made the impossible happen for me when she did not have to and was not required to therefore I think that she deserves a raise please consider because more people will want to shop because of excellent customer service experience like I've experienced working with Lilibeth.
The quality of the t-shirt is terrible, I even purchased the premium shirt. Very thin rough material. I also waited a long time, but then was ashamed to give as gift. I think they use a third world to create these shirts. Will never buy again from here. Try inkpixi site, much nicer quality of shirt.
The tracking information they give you is phony. I noticed the site it links to still has a Teespring logo on the top, so I checked on the real DHL site and it says information not available. Ordered Christmas gifts from here and now worried they won't arrive. Never dealing with this site again

I ordered a sample to start my orders(luckily). The quality looked like it was made by a 10 yr old did it with a regular sowing needle:also the figure in the front of the hat was also really poor quality as well:missing outlines, bad stitching, missing detail,:also there was a black powder residue on the inside that was left as a residue on my head. Who know what this powder was.
When I asked for a refund they asked for pictures which I gladly provided, then they said they would provide refund minus the shipping. What company charges you for a bad products shipping! Do not do businesses with this company. I have over 120k followers and will make sure they all know.

It showed up but with poor quality and I had to email them two days after the estimated ship date and then it showed up late. Not my responsibility to babysit the logistics company. Would pay 10-15 dollars for a shirt from them but no more.
