I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I had purchased from Teespring about 3 years ago and was not too pleased with the shirt. I recently purchased 17 T-shirts for my business and I am extremely happy with each and every product I have received. Will definitely be purchasing more.
So disappointed by how crappy my items look. The graphic is kind of blurry with the colors bleeding into one another. To make matters worse, they over charged me for shipping and have refused to make it right. Their website clearly states that US shipping rates are $3.99 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. But they charged me $3.99 for each item. I emailed asking for them to correct this, and I got this lengthy explanation about how my items were all coming from different printing facilities (even they all came from the same "storefront" and had the same logo) so they have to charge me to ship each item separately. How is that my problem? They should honor the price on their website. And then to add insult to injury, two of my items showed up in the same bag, so clearly were not ship separately. What a fraud.
I wrote a poor review on 20 Tees I ordered for our Museum Store and was asked to respond to them via a link that was supplied and again, there was no response.
This was the worse company I have done business with on line, Some make mistakes but
They correct quickly. Tee Spring did not and dodged all calls.

They initially misshipped my order. However, when they found out what had happened they reached out by phone and email. They quickly created a follow up order and shipped it out at no charge. They then followed up with additional communication to ensure I was happy with the product I've ordered Because of there great customer service I have order two additional times. The first order arrived without an issue. The second arrives tomorrow.
I ordered a vintage camper Christmas tree t-shirt that I saw on Facebook on Nov. 17. It took nearly three weeks for the shirt to arrive and when it did, it was of poor quality and there was no paperwork or return label with the item. They have a phone number but you can not speak to a human and it directs you to a website to chat. The chat is only available certain hours of the day. I finally sent them a message on Facebook asking for their return address and they continually tried to get me to exchange the item instead of returning it. After three messages they gave me a return address and I shipped it back. Now, they can't find the item to issue a refund. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

Extremely disappointed i have ordered screen printed shirts from other sites with no issues but i found these ones on this site and only this site so i gave it a shot and i regret ordering from teespring. I also regret buying so many. The shipping charges are ridiculous when buying so many there should be free shipping or at least discounted. Not a fan of the hanes material either but that i could have lived with, the very poor quality of screen printing i cannot. Cheap shirts with cheap screen printing and expensive shipping. I could have gone to kmart or walmart or whatever crap store sells these crap shirts and bought them, then taken them to local screen printing shop and spent half the cost and got a better screen print. I will not be ordering from them again!

When I read all these bad reviews on this company it saddens me. I have found so many Long sleeved Equine Tees to wear riding and they are made of a nice thick tee - shirt material. My orders are always right on time like I ordered one last Thursday and I will get it Tuesday of this week. If I were you, I would just buy a tee and make your own opinion before going by what you read, what have you got to loose. The customer service has always answered my questions with no problems, And No I'm getting paid for this review, its just how I feel
This company takes your money fast, but fills your order at a snail's pace. It's been two weeks since I placed an order, and every time I check the status, it's still "In production." I ordered a mug and had ordered the same mug previously, twice. They already have the artwork, so there's no new artwork to slow things down. The timeframe for anticipated shipping dates in the email confirmation obviously will not be met since it's still in production. Don't waste your time contacting them, because they don't respond. This will be the last time I order from this company! If they're backlogged, they need to stop accepting orders until they're caught up.

This is an awesome way to help your cause raise money and people get something back in return. Its hard to try to get donations from people when you dont have something great to give them in return for helping but they will buy a T-shirt and part of the proceeds go to your organizations cause.
Ordered a t-shirt one size larger then needed. I tried it on when it arrived. Was large and lose like I tend to always wear. I then washed and dried the shirt according to the label. Now the shirt is way too small. Never had a shirt shrink this much. Now it is useless and a complete waste of money. Maybe I should have ordered a shirt 2 or more sizes too big.

Delivery was relatively quick as I recall but haven't been able to apply yet due to the constant rain in our area. It's a funny sticker but quite pricy for what it is. However, it caught my fancy so decided it was worth the money.
I have purchased several of your shirts. Recommend that you switch to the next heavier weight shirts. Cool designs but shirts need to be better quality. A good t shirt becomes a favorite because of the weight and feel and consequently gets worn a lot for many years. I have favorite shirts that I have been wearing for 15 plus years. Thin ones quickly get misshapen and end up at the bottom of the pile never getting worn.
After my order went missing in the post, they immediately replied and sent me the same order, no questions asked. It arrived in perfect time and is just what I wanted. Thank you to the team at teaspring well done :)
In my initial review I stated the chemical odor was overwhelming. I use high quality laundry soap it lost the majority of the smell after one, but went ahead and washed again and then was happy to rock this shirt -

I ordered a Mariah Elizabeth product for my daughter and it has never arrived (currently nearly a month late). Spring site says it has been shipped but the tracking number provided is invalid. The email and chat links to contact Spring don't work but I have managed to find their email elsewhere and have contacted them twice. I haven't recieved any response.
Do not use this site! They clearly don't have enough people working for them currently or an operating IT system. Not fit for purpose.

This company is horrible.
I printed a white design on "premium" black garments. The ink quality was flimsy and started flaking after the first wash (inside out). It took FOREVER to ship. I ordered socks, too, that were a total disaster. Weird color streaks and a completely inaccurate graphic.
Some time has passed, and I thought I'd try again, with colored graphics on white garments and some stickers... After placing the order, I reached out immediately to cancel when I realized it would not meet my deadline. Customer service waited several days to respond to me - telling me my designs were already in production AND that I could not add a rush fee to help it along. Smash cut to a week later, they respond to me again, saying my products were now delayed BY WEEKS "due to high volume," so it appears they are talking out of both sides of their mouths, to serve themselves and mislead their customers.

I order a sweatshirt and get and email saying that it's gonna show up in about 3-4 weeks. It's been about 14 weeks now and still no sweatshirt. I've tried multiple times to no success to contact someone about this problem. If you want to be ripped off and possibly stolen from this is the company for you.
I've shopped online at Teespring a few times now and every time I've been satisfied with my product. They always ship within the timeframe they give me and offer a great quality product for a reasonable price. I have not been disappointed since I started shopping here a few years ago and will continue to shop at Teespring.
Had a great experience selecting my t-shirt on the site but the tracking service through DHL was horrible, never knew where my shipment was after it was passed to the Delivery Agent (USPS). They need to follow Amazon's lead, anytime I order from them doesn't matter who ships it I have tracking from the minute it's shipped until it touches my doorstep. DUMP DHL!... use UPS, FedEx, or someone else! Will not order from this site again until they fix the shipping issues. -US Marine..."punctuality saves lives."
I inadvertently ordered the same t-shirt twice during a campaign. I contacted Teespring customer service, and they offered to send me a different t-shirt of my choosing without any negotiation or haggling. It was their idea right out of the gate.
On top of sending me a different t-shirt, they suggested I donate the duplicate one to a local charity, instead of sending it back to Teespring. What a great idea!
The customer service at Teespring is top-notch, and I will definitely be working with them again.
I am a USPS Letter Carrier. I love the ladies v-neck T-Shirts. I started out with the shirts and I am now adding the coffee mugs to my collection. I have 6 shirts now and 3 coffee mugs. I am waiting for 2 more of each to arrive and add to my collection this week. Being part of the dysfunctional Post Office there is never a shortage a good material. I laugh all the time at the new products on TeeSpring.
I have bought from Teespring before and they've been good. But the last occasion was an unmitigated disaster. I ordered a Teeshirt for my daughter's birthday. It arrived shortly before her birthday (timing good), the print quality on the shirt was good, but the seam at the arm had a huge gap (4" or 10 cm) long. It was too late to send it back and get a replacement so a very disappointed daughter and I was not exactly pleased, either. Next time I'll leave plenty of time to return and get a replacement!

First of all, they have an amazing selection of tees for all ages, sizes, and topics. I placed an order and somehow ended of with 2 of the same shirt. (I have intermittent internet and the power was flickering on and off). Their support team quickly took care of my needs in a friendly manner and my order is on its way. I will submit a photo when they arrive.
I had bought a t-shirt from Teespring to wear to a family function. The day it came I was so excited! I turned it inside out and put it in with the rest of the laundry I was doing that day. When it came out of the dryer, I flipped it right side out and became completely upset. The wording had almost completely come off in the middle of my shirt. I sat down and e-mailed Teespring immediately and within an hour I had received a reply back. Gloria was so helpful and understanding of my issues and did her utmost best to set the record straight and make me a happy Teespring shopper once again! I will definitely be buying more from them. They never disappoint!
I ordered four autism car window decals advertised on Facebook. The ones advertised look to be printed on clear material but the ones I received are on a heavy black material. The ones on Facebook look beautiful but the ones I got not so much. I am very unhappy. I emailed Teespring and they replied that they have no control over campaigns. I private messaged Autism Awareness but got no reply. Lesson learned.
