I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
Ordered a tee shirt from them & was very disappointed with the sizing, the large I ordered when I am normally a medium thought it would be safer, the large is like a children's large or an extra small. Will not be ordering again on line for clothing. Everything else about the tee shirt was great.
I have ordered three times from this company, 8 items... never a problem. Quality is as expected. Even the custom design I uploaded a picture of my husbands bird and they put it on a hat and shirt and I bought other stock items with Parrot's on them and they are beautiful. He loves them! I've used teespring for a while now and almost never had a problem until recently. I would do a payout and within a few days I would get my money. Now I'll do a payout and I'm waiting like a month for my money. It seems that I have to contact them every time I do a payout now. It's now been 18 days since I did a payout. Their excuse usually is that their is a site slowdown and that I will get my funds soon. I was able to contact them via chat on their website but it looks like they disabled that function probably because of all the pissed off sellers. If your thinking about selling on this, DON'T. I'm looking into other sites to try. Anything has to be better.
If you design a shirt it isn't possible to have the print in the same colour like the shirt will be. E.G. Black shirt/black print. Even this is the main design criteria of your shirt. During creating online no message will be popping up. So withdrawn of your order will be done during the printing process after waiting 3 weeks for completion of the same. If I design my shirt in exactly the way I like to have it I'm expecting to get it and not receiving a education email that black on black can't be done cause you can't read the logo. Btw, after a couple of washing times the logo will be readable anyway. All in all a kind of a new experience...
We apologize for any frustration, there are no limitations built into our designer that prevents these types of designs, however, due to customers receiving items with artwork that they are unable to see, we do request that there is a variation used in the color so that the design is visible. I placed and order on 1 November 2017 and still have not received the order. I also emailed them on several occasions and have yet to receive any correspondence thus far. There are very limited ways to contact this company but I am sure it is because they do not want to hear all of the complaints coming in. If you do however, order from them ensure that you order 3 months ahead of the time that you want the order. Good Luck!

I ordered 2 items from teespring. One was perfect, one had an issue with the appearance of the printed image on the shirt. It did not look like the image on the website. I sent a few pics to customer service and wham bam, new shirt on it's way and I didn't even have to deal with mailing back the defective one - they recommended I donate it. Very impressed with the communication and how they handled the issue.
I have ordered several t-shirts from Teespring. Most have arrived faster than expected. All have been made with substantial fabric and had good quality print and color. I keep ordering from them because my experience is always good!
My husband is a machinist and its not easy finding shirts for him in his profession till I found teesping. I have always been satisfied with the quality of work. The printing has never faded or tore away from the shirt. I have been buying from this company for the past couple of years and will continue to do so. I always get the shirts delivered on time. Great company great products.
After ordering on Teespring there was a slight problem processing my order. I emailed Teespring and immediately received a reply by a customer rep by the name of Gloria. Not only was the problem fixed quickly, Gloria was professional and extremely personable... she is quite an asset at Teespring. It was a pleasure to do business with Teespring.
The shirt that was sent to me was of the lowest quality I have ever seen. I asked for a refund but was denied. They said they would send my another shirt but never did, Avoid this company and their products!

The shirt I received didn't look like the one featured in their add. The letters were tiny and printed just beneath the neckline - if I hook sunglasses on my shirt neck you can't see what the shirt says. I expected one thing and got another. Very Low Quality Control.

I love there tee shirts. They are well printed and very well priced. They come out right away which is great because I am usually excited to get my new cat tee shirts! These last ones are outstanding! You won't go wrong buying from these guys they are great.
I love shopping here but I placed a question with a full explanation before I ordered my last shirt and was pretty much ignored. If more care had been taken to read my question and get more information as to why it was asked then maybe a higher ranking.

I bought a band shirt and after wear, wash and dry, the designs started to fall apart. After buying another shirt, the same started to happen after just one cleaning cycle. I've had shirts that lasted for years with barely any wear. Highly unrecommended unless the shirt quality improves.

This is the first time I have ordered from them I inadvertently ordered an incorrect size. The customer service department was amazing in being sure my order was corrected. I will continue to use the company for my tee shirt orders.
I like the different designs teespring comes up with, I recently purchased one that has a rebel flag cross and two big buck heads above it. The color I chose to go with it made it look really cool. I look forward to getting more awesome t-shirts really soon.
The print is the worst I've ever seen, it`s barely legible. The stiching is really cheap just putting my hands in the pockets broke some of it. The hoodie took 2 months to get there.

I've used teespring a few times and t-shirts are always good quality and a good fit, though if you like your t-shirts loose fit as I do it's always better to order one size above the usual. The prints, are always good quality and they are comfortable to wear. Shipping can take a little while but they always email you to say when it is likely to be shipped and again when your item has been shipped. Great t-shirts!
Purchased a t-shirt and even got a DHL tracking number which shows up on the DHL tracking site as an invalid tracking number. This is a month after I received an email that the order had shipped. Have tried to contact Teespring through their website a few times and have received ZERO response. The reason that they don't take Paypal is because they are sham online retailer. New rule if the online retailer doesn't take Paypal then they don't stand by their products or their service.

I purchased 2 jackets at $55.00 each. The first one had to be delivered to the wrong place the second one was shipped but never delivered finally after 2 years I find my account which was gone found it by accident so i tried again that i never received the second jacket after about a month I finally got it the jacket is nice the painting looks like the stencil was on the dry side I'm glad I finally got the jacket in memory of my son but it is not worth $100.00 and a two year wait think twice before ordering from them

Ordered a gorgeous tee shirt in a women's large that fit more like a small. Customer service wanted me to take pic of shirt showing label, take pic of shirt showing tape measure measuring from sleeve to sleeve, find my size again on the chart, and on and on. All I wanted was a return label. Beautiful tee - terrible sizing and horrible customer service. They could not have cared less that I was unhappy. The shirt is so small I can't even stretch it out to wear it.
The product you receive looks nothing like the webpage. Although I didn't have any shipping mishaps, the shirt is poor quality, the screen print is the worst I have ever seen with all sorts of slanted lettering. It's terrible! Save your money for a better company.

Ordered the Great White Christmas Sweater-Style T-shirt and they sent me some "airline pilot" shirt instead. No packing slip, no nothing. Really sketchy. I almost feel like they sent me the wrong shirt on purpose in hopes that I wouldn't demand a refund. Eck. Never again.
I am a female Army veteran who likes dogs better than many people. Yes, Teespring has my t-shirts to cover my story. I also get them for my brothers and my husband who are veterans from the different conflicts, Cold War, branches, and we are covered with the messages from people who have designed shirts and hoodies. We all proudly wear the products. Good value.
Our logo is colored letters on a white background. We put it on a white sweatshirt. It came out with the white background a different color than the sweatshirt material. It does not look good! Why did they do this?!
