I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I ordered a sweatshirt and what came looks nothing like what they advertise. It came faded, too low on the shirt with a mark across it. I requested a refund, sent them a photo of the shirt and all I get is a reply saying be patient we are reprocessing. I don't want the product! Awful experience
Do not order from this company. You will not receive your item. It's a big scam. I paid with paypal so I was able make a dispute with them. So what they do is send you a package which ends dispute with paypal. But guess what when you open package it's not what you ordered.
If you try and contact them direct, which I did over a dozen times, you will get no reply.

So expensive for a T. Very nice quality, but f@#&! My wallet hurts and extra shipping. The last time I paid that was at a rock concert. Well, I didn't, cuz it was too much and my friend gifted it to me.
I got charged for the shirt and never received an email. When I look up my email in order look up it finds nothing. I've seen 5 emails- got one response saying they would search by my address. And then no response again!
We have ordered several shirts from your company and have been please with every single one we received. The designs are clever, it is a quality product, it fits well, and the price is right! We will be ordering again in the future!

For the same price, it's better than great. The delivery was smooth and fast. The ordering process is straightforward and the offering is plentiful. I designed my own and the product has exceeded my expectation. I'd highly recommend you to check it out!
I'm extremely happy with the designs of the shirts I ordered. What I'm not thrilled with is the fact I got charged shipping for 5 shirts that were all ordered together and cane from the same exact location. Usually I pay shipping once for an order and not multiple times. The answer from customer service was less than desirable with this issue.
Payouts are taking extremely long to get. They used to get you your payouts on time! Now they keep delaying and giving excuses.
They are paid right away when a customer buys our designs they should not hold our profit for a week or two just because! They need to speed up their payout times or we will be switching to Sunfrog to sell!

I ordered an eclipse shirt & boy what a shocking let down as a first time purchaser! The quality of the screen print is blurry & definitely one of " mass production ". The appearance is one of the " 3 for $9.99" you see at touristy places.

They charged me $500 for one t-shirt and 1 hoodie, which, judging by how they are marked on the site, should have been around $70. The phone number leads to an automated message that tells you to email them and hangs up. I emailed them, automated message telling me it will be at least 2 business days before I get a response. Even their twitter is negligent. They are useless thieves, and judging by the other reviews, I'd you do get their products, they suck anyway. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PRINTS - do not waste your time here. I ordered around 6 items (a mix of sweatshirts, guy t-shirts, and women tees). The quality of print is disappointing, and the shirt fabric feels cheap. They should not even have the Gildan as an option on their website, better stay with premium tees when you order. The printing ink was missing in several places in the actual shirts that I received. Also, I emailed the customer support about my concerns several days ago but did not receive any further response nor a resolution. On the other hand, sites like Printful and Teepublic will help you to resolve any issue quickly. Some would even go as far as to send you a high-quality replacement if the print quality looks bad. Teespring is a waste of valuable time in my opinion. My advice is to stay away and pay a little more for quality shirts from other online vendors. You will get a better service and long lasting print elsewhere with the added peace of mind.

They sent me a men's XL as a substitution for a women's XL and thought that would be just fine. They were shocked I was upset and wanted the shirt I ordered. I will never purchase from this company again
Checkout was easy. Communication was great - let me know when the shirts were printing and when shipped. Quality is great. Delivery time was within expectations, especially considering the shirts needed to be printed. All-around extremely satisfying experience.
Did you know that you're allowed a maximum of 150 designs and unless you sell a minimum of ten tshirts, you're not allowed to offer any more new designs? This sucks! Guys really need to improve the quality of their products, my shirt came almost yellow instead of white, the quality of the material is very poor, I expected something better at least as seen in the photos.

I ordered a t-shirt and a sweatshirt both with the same design. Delivery was much slower than promised and I was charged two separate delivery charges even though combined shipping is offered. Printing on the sweatshirt not very good either.:-/

I am very upset with this company. I ordered a T-shirt over a month ago and it's not here yet. The delivery has come and gone and still nothing. The tracking number either broke or they stopped using it. It's only a t shirt. I get we are in the Covid-19 times but still. I just want my shirt.

I have purchased two long sleeve tee-shirts, two short sleeved tee-shirts, a tank top, and a hooded sweatshirt. They have all been prompt in arriving after the closing date on the design. The short sleeve tee-shirts run a little small and the long sleeve tee-shirts are nice and loose. I am very satisfied with my purchases and will order again I'm sure. I've never heard of this site. Randomly my card was charged 132 dollars. I disputed the claim with the bank and two days after the dispute I got a tshirt In the mail but sent to my uncles address! How is that possible? And no one tshirt is worth 132 bucks?!

I think i spent three times the time it took to order, tracking down my missing item. I was amazed by the amount of excuses and run around through a variety of carriers and their sub carriers and their sub carriers that do not interchange tracking numbers. Thanks, for nothing.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for her b-day and I know I ordered it late but it was supposed to show up only a week late. It has been another week past that and have not seen anything. The tracking shows it is sitting in a "sorting center" somewhere but it appears there is no way to move this along. I cannot find a phone # to call and I emailed a request for help to teespring but no response. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, I would have known not to order from them. I really wonder if I will ever get the product I ordered?

The color selection and style option for bigger sizes isn't good at all. They have only regular style shirts in black, white and navy for sizes over 2x. Please make most options available in bigger sizes. The lettering is also already starting to fade after a few washings.

My campaign ended on the 16th of July. I requested a payout on the 17th of July and I still don't have it in my PayPal account - 10 days later. Also, I placed an order from my own campaign and per Teespring's site and DHL, it says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it. I've sent emails, so let's see what happens because when you call Teespring, nobody answers the phone. And the Chat function on the site isn't working either. Also, I called DHL and they told me that there was some other company called "Far eye" or something like that, that was supposed to deliver my shirt. Really disappointed at this point. I hope that Teespring can get it straight so I can run more campaigns in the future.
