I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
I ordered a t-shirt for my fiancees birthday two months ago and still did not receive it. Sent alot of emails with standard replies stating to check post office. Post office searched and they never received it. Now I was totally ripped off. Never Ever buy or deal with this company. No real customer support. No phone numbers. Just Bull$#*!. Do not buy anything.
The small color dots in the ads are not adequate to describe the shirts. Especially not when using a mobile phone. I have been disappointed with some colors and have just not ordered some shirts because of this issue!

I wish there was an option for 0 for service. It's horrendous. Ordered my items at the beginning of November and I STILL haven't received them, even though they were due for delivery between 21st & 23rd December. It's disgusting that it's still not here and has honestly ruined Christmas due to it being a personal Christmas present. I'm extremely unhappy and pissed off. I will NEVER be using them again. £85 for some $#*! service. Couldn't be more unhappy.
Shipping was terrible! I had 2 items, after they were picked up by DHL they sat there for a week before they went out for delivery... My order was for my sons birthday and were ordered in plenty of time, but because they sat at DHL they arrived days After his birthday... wont order again!

I bought a shirt over a year ago, it was very nice, good quality, very soft comfortable t-shirt. 5 stars.
So I bought another shirt a month ago and somehow I got a Small when I ordered a Large, it looks like all their shirts default to small and you have to change it (I thought I did this but I maybe my screen refreshed). This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen, I order a LOT of t-shirts and I have never seen this. Every online store that I order from always forces you to choose a size with the words; "Choose a size" in the box. Why in the world would you have this default to the most unpopular shirt size in the world is another stupidity! I mean every time I see a cool shirt, or hoodie, or jersey on sale online it's because they only have it in "Small" or sometimes XXXLarge because nobody wants that size dude it don't fit. And at "check out" and even on the order receipt it just has an "S", totally not going to catch that right, why not write out the word LARGE so people can catch it? Anyway, I emailed them three times to which they completely ignored. So good product, bad order process, horrible customer service or should I say; THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a shirt on 4/19/15 and as of 6/5/15, no shirt. Teespring doesn't even respond to my requests for information. I guess I just got a $25 shopping lesson instead of a shirt.
The shirt finally arrived 3 months after it was ordered.
I ordered a shirt by clicking though what I wanted and didn't realize the design I ended up with was a knock-off of the design I actually wanted. There are numerous designs that are stolen almost directly from other sites, and I'm certain that they weren't used with permission. I realized my mistake minutes after ordering and emailed the company and they told me that it was already printed and I can just exchange it after it arrived. Would not suggest this company to anyone, ever.

My first teespring order was fine. My second has been a nightmare. Customer service told me it was actually from teespringvip.com, so they couldn't help me? The vip people refused to ship, refused to refund, ignored the paypal claim, and now their site won't paint due to "failure to comply with terms and conditions". Stay far away, no matter how cute the slogans!

Dont buy anything from there. They printed shirts poorly and it came in different brands and they admitted it was their fault then changed their mind and said their production team said otherwise. I sent the shirts back and still haven't received a refund.

Placed order within minutes the back sent a fraud alert because the company had charged my credit card 6 times. (once for each shirt) so looked at my bank and sure enough my card had been charged. So i looked back at my order and noticed that each item has an additional $ 4.99 shipping charge. I rad the site it said 2.00$ per shirt for shipping. It felt shady to me at this point. I canceled all the orders as none are more than 20 minutes past the time i ordered them. I emailed them and have not been refunded and now i have to go down to the bank to unlock the fraud alert on my credit card. Waiting for refund it took all of 2 minutes to charge me why cant i get a refund as fast? Waste of time now i have to bank and stand around there too! Dont use this company waste of time and money!

I ordered a long sleeve t-shirt for a Christmas present for my husband. It arrived in time, no issues. I paid $29.99 for the shirt and $8.99 for shipping. The quality of the shirt is low. All cotton and thin. I ordered a size L it runs small so an XL is needed. I've contacted them numerous times to return the item. All I've gotten is one computer automated response with a case #. I continue to contact them and no response. Very frustrating. $38.00 for a poor quality shirt is not a pleasing gift to give.

A special order product I received was not working properly so I started a claim - the item was supposed to have been replaced after another run was produced - unfortunately, the replacement never came, and by the time I remembered I was supposed to get a replacement I emailed again, and got no response... I stared a second claim and Ruel took great care of me... sadly, the item I wanted was out of production! I was able to order anything else off the site at the same price, but I was disappointed my first claim fell thru the cracks.
First my order did not show up. I contacted teespring and they acted like it must have gone to the wrong address.
So then they acted like they are doing me a favor and said I guess we will print you another one at NO CHARGe and we send it to you... I'm like I know you will because those things are expensive anyway and it wasn't my fault.
So several weeks later it finally shows up.
I watched it yesterday and most of the black lettering has faded away in one wash. I am so disappointed. I bought this shirt because it says happiness is being a Grammy and was looking forward to wearing it a lot

They promised that my order was shipped with a trackable number but it was not trackable. My order was lost and it takes the support a long time to answer my emails. They dont answer my questions but make up excuses. My order has been lost and they have my money and they haven't done anything about a refund. They seem to be ignoring me completely. I have ordered many shirts from Tee Spring for myself and family. The shirt itself is great quality, but for the price you pay for the shirt and shipping, you would think that they would add a little something on the front of the tee. Almost all my tees from Tee Spring have nothing on the front. Looks like a plain tee shirt with not message. Their shirts have so much to say on the back. I think something simple on the front left breast wood be perfect.

The T-shirt quality is medium, you can buy the same quality with 5-10$ at Ebay or Aliexpress. Ok I understand that we are paying here for design this is acceptable. I think that postage cost for EU ( no registred packet) for every separate T-shirt is too hight - 11,49 euros. My T-shirt had not any plastic packaging, it was just put into DHL postage bag. So having such low quality postage service and not having an option to pay one postage for 2 T-shirts, my shopping experience at teespring.com was not so good.

I ordered my tee because I love the logo. I am size 16/18. I'm 5'3", 175 lbs. I ordered a 2X as I don't like my tees too tight. This 2X was way too big. The sleeves came down past my elbows. It was so long that it came to my knees. I sent a message to TeeSpring who responded that same day. Customer Service informed me that they would send out another in a smaller size (I ended up with size L-slightly snug-lol) That's not the ONLY thing! I don't need to return the 2X. To me, that's great customer service. As far as the shirt, it isn't the best quality. The material is on the thin side. For $30, I'd expect something better. I ordered two items but never received them. I wanted a reimbursement. Then they asked if I wanted the items and my correct address, which they already had. No, I had asked for reimbursement and again gave my address. Then they asked again my correct address. I repeated that I wanted my money back. Then nothing. No answer to emails, just nothing. So this "company" is a fraud. Do not trust them, they are after your money and you'll never receive anything.
Update: after many weeks of silence I received an email that my money would be reimbursed. And yes, on 6 August my money was there! So I withdraw my opinion that they are a fraud. They are just highly inefficient. Considering that I ordered on 6 April with a delivery date of 4-10 May, got info of alleged shipping on 21 April, then emails telling me to wait until 24 June, then no answers at all anymore, this came as a surprise to me. The reason for the delay: they were so busy. Yeah, I can imagine...
