I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
Ordered November 28th it is now December 17th I still have yet to receive the shirt I payed $30 for. Teespring needs to dump DHL as a carrier. My shirt shipped from Kentucky the 5th and it's still in limbo with no other tracking info since then.
Great customer service, but horrible digital printing on fabric. Digital print is too dark and very pixelated. Shirt is way too small and not as described. It was purchased for a woman, but a 10 year-old might be able to wear it. I'll donate it if I can't find someone to wear it. Never again.

There are not enough words in the English language for me to use to express my complete and utter disgust with this company. I ordered a shirt for my husband, ONE single shirt, on 12/30/22 as a late Christmas gift, with an estimated delivery date between 1/12-1/16. I have sent 3 emails now without a single response, NO updates on the tracker since 1/20; and the tracker still claims that it's "In Production" and has been since 1/1/23.
I cannot imagine how maddening this must be for the actual content creators who undoubtedly must lose money from people not wanting to purchase their items because Teespring, or Spring, or whatever the hell they call themselves, is not reliable or trustworthy. I don't think I'll ever get my t-shirt and there isn't anywhere else I can get it since the creator's shop (Carbot Animations) is set up through this trash company. And, I have no idea how to even get my money back because, again, not a soul apparently is hired to read and respond to emails.

The shirt is cute, the stitching is good, & it shipped when they said it would, BUT... the fabric is a lot thinner than I expected for the price, & the size is off. I ordered a size larger than I normally where, just in case, but it fits like a size smaller. I can't find any customer service contact info on their website to see if I can return it.
I love all the shirts from this company. The product has on key quality and is just as expected. I would like to see shipping be faster for as much as you pay and I think the shirts are kind of expensive but I love them!
Just recently I ordered an item from Teespring, the item was above my liking but however it wasn't wearable. I contacted Teespring about my issue and it seemed like in a matter of seconds customer service contacted me and brought to my attention that a replacement was on its way! My estimated delivery was originally May 14-15th (at the latest). Due to the pandemic it was changed to the 21st (at the latest). It is currently the 26 and my shirt still has not arrived. I understand the initial delay but if i had known that I wouldn't get my shirt for another month ( i ordered it the end of april) I wouldn't have bought the shirt in the first place. I tried contacting customer support but they never responded. Delays are fine but don't lie about when it's gonna get here, just tell me it won't be here until June and I could have save $30):<

At first I was extremely happy with the order, however with only 3 washes the sweatshirt I ordered is missing the logo on the front and back entirely. It was a limited edition sweatshirt by a creator I enjoy so you can imagine the heart break

It takes so long for just a simple t-shirt to get here. I've sent them 5 emails and every time they respond with the same thing, that it's still printing somehow. They told me in 5-7 days it would be printed and shipped and it's been 9 days and it's still printing. And on top of that they don't keep you updated very well. The last time I got an email from them, without having to email them first, was when I got my reciept. So delievery and contact service is absolutely terrible.
I ordered a shirt from TeeSpring and when it arrived, the sizing ran large. I emailed their customer service and requested returning the large shirt for a smaller size - I was told since each shirt is custom printed they do not have excess shirts readily available so I cannot return it, however, they offered to reprint and ship me a new size entirely FREE!
I thought this was very generous, especially becuase I was the one at fault for ordering the wrong size. Customer service responded to my email within the half hour and in the next few days my shirt was printed and shipped off to me!
I would order again - now I can use the large shirt as a sleep shirt. Very soft material and quality service. Thank you!
I ordered a shirt and a sweater for my boyfriend and it took forever to get the shirt and it's been a month and a half and I have received my 81$ sweater, only for me to not be able to get a hold of customer service. The links are broken. Such a disappointment. I need that money and Its just in limbo which is annoying

TeeSpring is an excellent service. I ordered at shirt from them and someone from the mailbox I have had it sent back. So after wondering for about a month about where my order was I decided to contact them. Gloria, the representative who handled my case, immediately went and searched for my order after I gave her my name and order number. She was able to locate my package at one of their facilities and got it resent to me and I will have my package very soon! I am very thankful for Gloria. She has been very helpful, so I will be using their service again and I recommend it to anyone else.

I recently submitted a review about Teespring in which I said their product was "crap." It was. The company apparently saw the review and offered to send me another tee shirt. I got it today and it was a bit better than the first one but more or less average. The important fact, though, is that the company did make an effort to satisfy me and that has to cound for something.

They mailed my order to an old address they have saved in their system instead of using the address I had entered. They have yet to respond to any of my emails regarding how they plan to make this right. I won't be ordering from them ever again

Stupidity abounds at Teespring... they run a campaign for Pi day... but don't ship the merchandise in time to be received for Pi Day and the shirt has 3.1416. YES 2016 on it. Really? They said I can refuse it. I work and unless the package is oversized it will be put in the mailbox Total crap. Never ordering again! BEWARE people... stupid stupid stupid people run this place.
The printing on my ordered sweatshirt had poor color and definition. The sweatshirt was unusually thin, and looked cheap.
I tried to return it to the sending address and the post office informed me it was not a valid address. This does not foster credibility. I have contracted Teespring and will see if they make good on this order.
After writing the original review, I finally made contact with Teespring. They have offered a replacement which satisfied me. To date there are three emails back and forth, and no confirmation on a replacement. Supposedly they are going to make good on this order.
After waiting for 3 weeks to receive my order I contacted the company. They said the t-shirt I ordered was no longer available, (I already paid for it) Instead of a refund they said I could gave a store credit. After I sent them exactly what I wanted, they said they needed more information, but that was all the information I could supply. Still have not heard back. TrendyTeeShop is a much better company to deal with.
Ordered 2 stickers depicting Spaniel looking out of car window. Online looked larger when on sample auto glass. Arrived with paper photo when placed on outside of window wouldn't hold up to one rain or car wash. Actual photo of dog much smaller with white margins making size, dog face thus reduced. These are made to be thrown away in garbage, not placed on window. Not even worth 1star.

My ladies t shirt took a month to get here. The large is roughly the size of a child's XL or a Ladies Small. Lesson learned. It's snug on my 13 year old daughter, who wears ladies small. Would love to see a picture of how tiny their small is.
First, item was lost and not delivered on time... seller agreed to reprint it. Then, once I received the item, it was in a horrible quality - like a very cheap Chinese good and the sizing was wrong (I order S, but in reality looks like L). Seller is not willing to provide a refund.

I can't believe how great TeeSprings customer service is. I had a small defect with a hoodie I ordered and they are fixing my issue. I honestly wish more businesses treated their customers this way and were more willing to assist us when we have issues.

This is my third time using this site and so far no problems and I love my products each time. I have received two sweaters and s t-shirt all in excellent condition and great quality from them. One swear shirt I have had for a few year and it is still in excellent condition.
I will never order another t-shirt from this company again. I paid nearly $30 for a math t-shirt and they sent me a very offensive t-shirt that I wouldn't even give to my worst enemy. When I tried to contact customer service via e-mail and by phone no one ever returned my communications. I have not received a refund nor have I received a return bag for this awful t-shirt they sent me. I'm still waiting for a real person to contact me to at least apologize and refund my money. Not a word. Only this "questionnaire" via e-mail. I hope someone in your company (a real human) gets this message. Unbelievably bad customer service.
