I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
Ruel provided me with quick, effective and reliable customer service. I emailed in my concern when I received a shirt I ordered that had a smeared print. Ruel reached out to me and had me send in another picture but not without apologizing for the inconvenience the situation caused me. I ordered the suicide prevention shirt with my boyfriends name on it who I had lost to suicide. So I was pretty emotional when the shirt came and it was defective. Ruel was quick to resolve the issue for me and offer to send me a replacement. I am so grateful I will have a new shirt on the way and Ruel was so incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. I've ordered several shirts from Tspring.com. Each had my own unique message. The product delivered was as I would expect it to be. Soon, I'm going to submit a design to be printed and I believe it will be of the same quality as all the others. Thanx!
Have to say that I've never had a worse experience than I had with TeeSpring this week. They cancelled my order and forgot to notify me, and I was therefore unable to get the product I had wanted, as the campaign had finished. They could provide me with no reasonable explanation as to why I had not been notified, and refused to reprocess it.
I have bought two t-shirts from TeeSpring, one a year ago and another recently. Both are good quality, fit well and wash well. Delivery was within a week. The one I bought a year ago is still in good shape after many washings.
I received a shirt with a misprint "United stated" vs it should have been "United states" and I can't receive an email back nor find a way to reach them. States you have 30 days to return and I can't get a response!
Had a store for my cardiac drawings and evert went fine. Opened a new store for the MT JeepHers and all the sudden my account was closed with no reason why. Emailed them moorland times in the matter and no response. So the money we raised for the group and the purifies I had from my very own dawning GONE! I will never do business with them again. All phone numbers listed for them are fake. And the last order I made took almost 3 months to get to me. SO NOT HAPPY!

Full color photo and text on the back turned out great. FRONT however... Let's just say the logo was uploaded solid green. And when I got it, Solid Yellow! 100% inaccurate... WTF?
Don't do it, you'll be terribly disappointed...
UPDATE: I received a NEW shirt (a whole month later) and now with DIFFERENT problems! Purple text on back turn out unreadable blurry pink, and solid green logo on front turned out 2 different colors. How does that even happen? Terrible company, terrible support, period. Avoid at all costs.

While it might not be a scam this website is bull$#*!. I order t-shirt almost two months ago and it was supposed to be a birthday gift, now it is too late.
First I inquired what is happening with my order and got an answer that I never finished my order. That was strange, I got an email that I made order and I got PayPal log that I paid for that order. After I provided information to them, they refunded me next day without giving any reason or explanation.
I have my money back but no birthday gift...

Ordered a dark blue hoodie via a podcast merch shop. Turns out their merch supplier is this teespring company. $77 for a basic hoodie. They lost my first order in the mail. Podcast creator contracted them and they sent another one. Arrived to find the decal was invisible to the eye. Dark hoodie and the decal they chose was also dark. Just looks like a blank blue hoodie. Podcast folks chased them to correct it and send me a free second one where the decal is visible. They sent me an identical match to the first one. Now they're not responding to the podcast people. Whoever is printing these items cares nothing about the final results, there's no quality control at all. Now I have two very overpriced blank blue hoodies without the logo which was the whole point of my purchase.

Christmas sweatshirt they said would arrive 6th to 13th of December. Still not arrived on 18th, so even if it does arrive not much time to enjoy it. Was expensive sweatshirt as well.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. You cannot contact anyone if there is a problem - you call the phone # and get a recording asking you to email. You email and get a response that someone will get back to you in 24 hours. After 24 hours they email back saying everything is fine with your order... blah blah bull crap. BUYER BEWARE - not a reputable company. Save your money!
By mistake, we were shipped a blank t-shirt. After much confusion about the order number (on my part) Tee Dpring got the order number and is shipping us the shirt we ordered at no extra charge. We are a lifetime customer. Thank you Tee Spring.
Bought a tee for my sister's birthday. Ordered a 3X - when I opened it to wrap it, it was marked a 3X but the actual size was more like an adult small! No way will she be able to wear it. It was special because she is a ghost hunter and the shirt read: "Never mess with a ghost hunter. We know places where no one will look for you." Made in Honduras, the label reads: Very Important Tee and then DISTRICT, Print was great, color was great, the shirt was just completely wrong sized. Especially not happy because it was a gift.

The tee shirts themselves are good & the expressions are quite cleaver. But it's always a surprise when one I ordered actually arrives. I see an email when it ships, but neither a tracking number nor expected delivery date. So when it actually arrives, it has been so long since I ordered it I am surprised. I often think it just has gotten lost in the mail. But often it does arrive.
Very pleased with the product. It was exactly what I had hoped for, and it was exactly what was advertised. When my shirt didn't come in the time I expected, I sent an e-mail and got immediate response and my shirt came soon thereafter. Very pleased with product and service.
I just placed my third order with Teespring yesterday, obviously I liked what I got and had to come back for more! I love the creations I can find while browsing, that I didnt even know I wanted! I just found the perfect tee for my brother for his birthday, Im very excited to give it to him and looking forward to my second tee as well. We ordered a red hoodie with an image on the back. There was a spot missing on the image in the back and a hole in one of the pockets. I immediately emailed a complaint with pictures of the damage. I received an email a week later asking for more pictures. I sent them the same day of the email. I received no response. I emailed them 2 more times and made another compliant but havent received a response. It has now been a month since we first made a compliant. $57.00 for a hoodie made from cheap material and a hole in the pocket. Horrible customer service and crappy products. Save your money and time.

I complained about size and lack of color contrast. After many emails back and forth, they finally agreed to send a replacement, but sent to wrong address, so had to resend. Seems like they mean well, but don't listen well. Shouldn't be this difficult.
I order a hoodie for my son on April 22,2020. I send them two messages asking where is my order. They don't answer me it should arrived may 14,2020. These is the worst place to order things I will never order again.
