I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
Ordered a sweater clicked the wrong one both sweaters were on at the same time called the very next day there was no way they could switch bc of the campaign but both were running still didn't make sense not to have that option just to CHNAGE size and colour. ALSO the lettering on back and front looks nothing like the photo it's like it wasn't dry and some of it got stuck on something. The quality is not worth the price! Lesson learned.
I had two shirts delivered wrong try to talk to somebody you can talk to anybody to the 800 number if they have no customer service you have to email once you email takes a couple days for them to get back and then you email back then your email goes to the bottom of the list and you had to wait for him to get back to you I paid 399 for each shirt to be shipped and they advertise that you get a discount if you order more than one shirt didn't get the discount now I'm paying $8.65 to send these two shirts back and hopefully I will get the correct ones not a happy experience
I ordered a tee shirt and sticker from teespring and received the items in a timely matter. The tee shirt was to small and their customer service was really helpful in resolving this issue. They reprinted another shirt in the right size and I received it just as fast as the first one. Thank you teespring!
Spent 90$ on a tee and a sweatshirt. Got the sweatshirt of decent quality after over 3 weeks and never received my tee. 90$ for a sweatshirt of OK quality? No thanks. Never again. If 0 stars was an option then i'd give -1
I was so excited to receive the shirt from these guys. The company seems like they do all the right things for all the right reasons. I was so disappointed. It felt like I was wearing it backwards. The cut felt horrible. The shirt was not soft and felt super cheap. I wanted to complain but didn't get around to it. I will never wear this shirt. It's a shame. Cool idea for a company.

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter for Christmas. A week later I noticed in my email that it said it was ordered again. I did receive both orders but asked them how they fraudulently ordered from my credit card AGAIN. All I would get back via email was to ship one of the shirts back to them paid out of my pocket mind you before they would credit me back. I found it over and over and stated I should not have to pay for something they some how ordered under my credit card. They just said sorry that I would have to ship it back to them for me to get reimbursed. Terrible customer service and no I did not ship the shirt back since I know they probably would never credit me back and I would be out the money for the shirt plus the shipping of it back. Terrible company and I will never buy from them again.
I contacted Teesspring via chat after they missed their stated delivery window on my order and their rep promised me that it would be delivered by the end of the day. It wasn't so I contacted them again and asked them why the USPS site showed that they had not received the package from Teespring yet. They blamed it on the USPS site not being updated and again assured it would be delivered the following day. No surprise it was not. I have subsequently contacted Teespring an additional two times via their web form and they have not bothered to reply even though their site guarantees a 24-hour response. It appears they are either completely incompetent or just plain lying to their customers. Horrible customer service!

Ordered a hoodie for my son. He likes the product but too small. My first email requesting exchange had a prompt reply but basically saying could not exchange as custom made and requesting me to measure and send photo.
I replied a week ago saying I have the right to exchange as it is not custom made but made to order and they were still advertising them for sale that day so presumable could print another.
Have heard nothing and it feels as though they are putting up the shutters and ignoring. Wishing I had done a review search beforehand.

They Print to order so please, please make sure you're ordering exactly what you want. They didn't have to print me a whole new shirt, but they did and Im SO thankful!
It was supposed to be here 4. 04. 18 but i still hav not got it yet. It was supposed to be a suprise for my girlfriend because she love these spider videos and think they are really cute. The fact that i never even got it was very disepointing

When I requested to return a shirt because I chose the wrong size, hey were accommodating and did not charge for the replacement - I donated the shirt I couldn't use and received my new shirt. I sent an email asking about their sizes for the simple history hoodies that my 10 year old son wants. The sizes seem really small but I still have not received a response. I was going to buy 3 hoodies for my son but apparently they don't want my business.

I got a huge kick out of the sizing chart and that tee spring was 68% confident that I would be happy with a medium. The hoodie fits great, (100% satisfied) but the experience of navigating this website it a big part of what I talk about when I recommend ordering from tee spring.The quality of the product matched their description of it. I was completely satisfied!
When I received my tee shirt, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of good quality. It is, by far, the worst tee shirt I have ever ordered. I normally take a LARGE, because I do not like
Tight tees. In this case, I ordered a 2X to have it big, in case I wanted to wear a sleeveless top under it. It would fit a size M very tightly, but that's it! Never again will I buy from TEESPRING! I gave them another chance to get it right, and the shirt was only slightly bigger!
Maybe they design shirts for skinny professional models! All this cost me was $30!

the joke of a company TEESPRING, to call or write to the Attorney General's office in your state. That office deals with these types of complaints. You can find the telephone number by Googling it.
I ordered a custom sweater for my boyfriend but I ordered a size too big. I emailed customer support and Reul took care of getting the right size for me. Their response timing was within a few hours. I didn't expect this because I emailed after usual business hours. I highly recommend ordering their clothing and they provide outstanding customer service
Like the designs, which is why I was willing to pay more $$$. I bought 2 t-shirts and 1 hoodie. Their prices are high and I was expecting high quality.
I am very disappointed in the poor quality of the print, the color is way off from what you can see on website, and the paint made part of the fabric very stiff.
What a horrible experience. I won't waste my time or money on this site again. It took a month to get the tshirt that I ordered. When I attempted to call their customer service I was sent to their website to either email or live chat with someone. No option to actually speak with someone. Their live chat didn't work and it took days before I received a response by email. The response was general and very unhelpful. So frustrating. Well I got the tshirt... finally. It's thin and not the best quality. Disappointed!
The shirts were better quality than I expected and arrived sooner than I expected. Price was excellent -- much lower than other sites I have shopped. And, I loved the variety of shirts that they offer! (btw -- they have more than just shirts.) In other words, I enjoyed a Perfect Shopping Experience!
Back in September I ordered hoodie from them for $55, maybe more, and they didnt even send it in the right color. They sent me a gray and white one instead of a black and white one. I didnt pay that much money to get the wrong product. Also, their business is trash now anyway since they are now selling shirts that promote rape.

I made a mistake on my original order and even though it was my fault, the amazing customer service of this company fixed the issue and provided me with a product I was happy with. They responded quickly and fixed the issue immediately!
Scam artists. Double charge you, and while you are trying to resolve the double charge they process your order twice and ship it out and then tell you that you are SOL. Customer service sucks and was impossible to reach. Avoid.

I ordered a shirt for my son for $26. They charged me $97. They never sent me a response or confirmation on the order. They just took my money and left. I can't even get a contact number or response for this company for what they did.

Ordered a hoodie on 3/21 as an Easter gift. Estimated to arrive between 4/3 and 4/7. I kept checking on the status and it hadn't even gone to print. I used the online chat and they told me a new estimated delivery date of 4/15. After Easter, but with the pandemic, I'm an understanding person, so whatever. It's now 4/27 and I still don't have it. It supposedly shipped and arrived in the US six days ago. I used the online chat but they won't / can't tell me anything about where the item is or when it will be delivered. I haven't yet started the process of a refund from my credit card, but I'm about a week away from that. I understand the extenuating circumstances we're all living in, but I'm tired of lies upon lies.

I ordered a Christmas jumper in Mid November which gave plenty of time for printing and delivery. When I chased up the delivery date, I got a quick response to say it would be dispatched and delivered to myself in the UK on the 15th December. This did not happen. The jumper finally arrived on December 30th. After all of the Christmas festivities and with now no use for it. The quality of the print is also not that great and for the price, I could have gotten it done somewhere a lot cheaper.
