I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
Logo of fly fishing fly printed backwards, this tells me that more care should be taken before final printing is done and maybe a recheck is done before shipping. The amount paid is a little expensive and then to get a misprinted shirt on top of that is not good either!
I have ordered several times and they never disappoint! Great product and great service! My husband and daughter love the shirts and sweatshirts we ordered graphics were wonderful and the sizes we perfect!
Poor fit
Took weeks to arrive. By the time the tee had arrived I had forgotten I had ordered it. The fit is terrible. I ordered a XS it fits like a small on the top an a medium thru the middle then gets larger they the waist. The print is also off center.

Do not seal in teespring don't waste time in teespring Would not recommend took n Attleboro 8 week to deliver with a reprint in the middle followed by an additional customs charge of £11.52 - which teespring were not helpful or concerned about - would not recommend using teespring to my worst emery

I ordered 4 shirts and paid $128, washed one before I wore it and the graphics cracked and it looks like an old shirt. I sent an Email about it and asked for a refund and no ones contacted me. Washed the other 3 and they did the same thing. I've sent 3 emails and then recieved a email from them saying my order has been cancelled? I already recieved them so how did I cancel it? I will definitly be spreading the word not to use this company.

My order never arrived! When I contacted teespring they told me to contact DHL and I did! And they sent me back to Teespring! Back and fourth! Never received my package or refund. Terrible experience! Stay away!

I ordered a 4XL "Retired Dispatcher" shirt to make sure that I had enough room but it looks and fits someone that's a medium and the quality is poor. The only positive is the printing. This is my first and last time ordering from this company.
Shippingdont pay for super rush shipping it's a lie, also if you choose more than one they don't bundle the package they charge you for each one to be shipped then it takes 5+++ days to get to you. Shipping alone was 7.99 not worth it.
I ordered two custom t-shirts as a gift for my Dad. One was delivered on time. They failed to send the second t-shirt. Kept telling me it had been shipped. Yet the delivery date was changed 3 times. Dec 5th. Then the 18th. Then the 21st. I asked for the shirt before Dec. 18th. They refunded my money and lied and said I received it in my mailbox. If I received it then the tracking number for it wouldn't have changed 3 times. These people are liars and wouldn't deliver even when the purchase was indeed made in good time for receiving on time. The other shirt i received Dec. 5th. I will not use this company for relying on the shirts on time or at all! I give them zero stars. Customer service insults their customers and tries to make them feel at fault when they are in the wrong!

Although the print looked perfect in the order, when it arrived it was quite blurry. I was not "warned" that the photo quality was poor, and the original was quite clear. I am glad that only ordered one as a Sample. I was going to order quite a few more.

The hoodies I ordered are going to be perfect for the half marathon my running partner and I have coming up! They arrived in good time considering they came half way around the world! And you are kept informed the whole way through the process from ordering to printing to been sent out.
I loved my product. I ordered 2 more tee's for my grandchildren! I was happy with what I ordered. I thought the quality was good. It fit well. The print was perfect. It came faster than expected. And the price was right. Thank you!
I love TeeSpring! The bass player tee shirts are great. The tee shirts are delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing is I wish that TeeSpring had shirts that featured different ethnic groups.
I ordered so many I forgot by the time they came what it was I ordered. Most the time it takes 3 weeks from the time I order. Love the product, one sweatshirt has little fur balls on it for $50.00 I think that is not cool. I love the saying for the most part. I delivery sucks though, and that is the only reason for the 3 stars.
Poor quality, wasn't made aware of extra custom costs, poor printing, took forever to come and when it did it was thrown in a plastic bag with know protection and stank of glue. The quality is so poor that I'm unable to give the hoodie as a gift in which it was brought for. Can not believe the bad bad quality of these products. Not happy and will be taking my complaint further

I love the printing it was great! Tee on the other hand was not so much. This is the problem with ordering online. Every manufacturer is different a small is a large a large is a small depends on the manufacturer.

These people had an advertisement saying if you order today which was 2/5/19 you will have order by Valentine's Day. I placed the order and it was stuck on printing for so long. I contacted their customer service via email and they told me once it is sent to printing it can not be cancelled. So I asked had it been printing for over a week cause that's where it stood. I figured they were drawing on it by hand. They advised me that I would have it no later than the 21st of February. I have checked the finally updated tracking and it shows I will have it by the 23rd. So a $50 sweater takes 18 days to receive? Ridiculous and this company is very unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered my awesome designed hoodie early (for a birthday gift), because around christmas time, they were kinda slow with the printing and shipping. But this was printed early, and shipped very quickly. I can't wait to give this gift! I looks awesome, and the hoodies are fantastic quality! I Love TeeSpring, and tell everyone about it.

*Update - In reply to Teespring's reply, My product was NOT delayed in transit. Last night I was told by Teespring, "there was a production delay from the campaign you ordered from". This news comes 10 days AFTER I was to have received my product. Poor form, Teespring. (16 Sep 12:43The campaign has ended and your order is now being printed!)

I ordered a sweatshirt from them (size medium) and it was too small. I emailed them right away and they got back to be telling me they'll be sending me the new size I need and that I wouldn't have to send back the other one.

My only 'complaint' is that they can't deliver it on the same day that I order.
I paid over $100 for a rush delivery on mugs and t-shirts I ordered on 2/17. The mugs shipped on 2/20 and I received them on 2/21. I received an email saying my T-shirts shipped on 2/21 and I could expect to receive them by 2/23. Today is 3/2 and I still havent received them!

I brought 3 hoodies and paid £7.99 each for delivery to the UK. I couldn't consolidate into 1 delivery and then when finally got to me I Then had to pay another £11.86 each for customs. Appreciate customs needs to be paid but make it easier to buy more than one item with just 1 delivery charge and include money to cover customs. 3 tops that cost about £83.00 ended up costing not far off £150. Otherwise excellent quality.
I ordered my tee in late September. The first shirts shipped out early October, but never received it. I contacted them and they said there was an issue with the delivery and I can ether have my money back and buy something else for the next reprint of the shirt. I opted to go with the reprint. The shirt was shipped again late October and was supposed to be delivered NOV. 3rd. Guess what?!?!?! Still no shirt! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.
I had placed and order a few weeks ago and I was very disappointed in the quality and fit of the shirt. I emailed Teespring with my complaint and they quickly responded and were very willing to replace it with a new style, same print free of charge. It was delivered today and I love it! It fits great and the print is amazing. I will definaly be placing another order in the near future! Thanks a bunch for having such great customer service!
