I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
The printing was fine, however the TSHIRTS themselves are absolutely horrible see through. I bought 3 long sleeve tshirts. New the sleeves were 6inches short and I have short arms. The body to arm was so disproportionate that I thought it was a joke at first. Absolutely awful!
I tried to reach out to customer service multiple times to never get any responses. I had three stores open, one for myself, and the other two for my brothers. Myself and one of my brothers do live video game streaming and my other brother does music. All the graphics I personally made and uploaded myself. My account was banned for what the email said going against community standards to which I read everything, over and over and have no clue what I went against. As I said I tried reaching out to them multiple times with no response. Terrible customer service.
The shirt produced by teespring was magnificent. The paw-in-hand image was heartwarming the message was equally so and the shirt itself is good quality. I highly recommend teespring to any who are looking for the right saying for the right cause.
I had not used there service before, and I was curious. So, I put a shirt together as a test - so I was a little anxious to see what I was going to get (Was this going to be a waste of money?). It arrived, and I was very pleased.
The price is reasonable, the shipping was down right cheap. And the shirt was everything I was hoping for.

I have ordered several shirts in the past. They are of great quality and comfortable to wear. The last one I ordered I received a different shirt in my order. Within a couple days and a few emails my problem was solved and the shirt I ordered was being reshipped free of charge without hesitation. I've ordered several things from the site and while $60 for a hoodie is okay I can't rationalize paying $40 for a tank top. I was also gifted a tshirt and i probably have to get it tailored as I would never wear the style as-is which is even more expensive.

I placed an order on Nov 7th, and I never received the product. Plus, they charged my credit card for the full amount! When I contacted the customer service department, I was told my order never went through. I have documentation it did. I will NEVER use this company again!

I was so impressed with the way she immediately handle my problem and sent me a email back that showed she took care of it! T-shirt color was nothing like the photo. It smelled and the label that was in the picture showed a National Parks logo. Turned out to be a regular Hanes t-shirt. The color and appearance wasn't even close to what was advertised.
Absolutely NO HELP from their customer service department, just missed deadlines and broken promises.

The sizing for womans shirts is WAY off. 2x 18/20 was like a size medium. My 4yr old wears it as nightgown for a 28 dollar shirt Is ridiculous. Could not get email to go thru or phone number... very dissatisfied!

Placed an order for my 15 year old daughter. It was suppose to be here by Christmas. Contacted by email on the 21st, heard nothing till the 23rd. CS stated it would be here, if not contact them again. Emailed Christmas night, haven't heard anything. The mail company DHL that they use were on strike. It's now the 27th of December, checked tracking and it still hasn't updated since the 16th. Tried to call and their experiencing a high call volume. Hmmm wonder WHY! Maybe they have totally SCREWED UP.
As other reviewers have noted, their quality control is quite atrocious. If they mess up a project, they won't send out replacements until each person contacts them directly but you don't know who ordered so it's a mess and people just end up with poorly printed shirts. On top of that, when the people did reach out for replacements, they received the same incorrectly reprinted shirts and had to do it all over again. I spent a lot of time trying to make sure they wouldn't mess up the 2nd campaign. They got the borders right but printed everything crooked and to far to one side. I would not recommend using this company. Spend a bit more and go with someone like Apliiq.com. They actually take time to make sure things are done right.
I never ordered from this site but somehow, I got an email that my order is ready to be shipped to my mailing address. I ignored the email thinking that it's just a spam. But after I few days, I checked my credit card and I was charged twice in two different dates! I called my credit card company and disputed these charges, they ended up deactivating my credit card due to fraud. I saw another reviewer experienced the same thing I did. For one tshirt that I didn't order, the total charges was $80! What a Modus Operandi!

The mugs were packaged extremely well and they were better than I expected! The color was bright and matched the advert - that doesn't always happen! Print was way 2 small on both Shirts
I paid 4 2 Hanes Tees. I didn't get prefect print that i wanted. I would be happy if they were reprinted bigger. Or i would refunded or given 50% off or future credit. It was a aweful experience.

Ordered an xlarge T-shirt size and it fits like a medium size t-shirt. Very disappointed because it specifically states the shirt can shrink when washed. My roommate washed it not realizing I wanted to send back and it got a little smaller.

Placed my order... form said free shipping. It wasn't... they charged me anyway. I tried to cancel within minutes of placing the order but they said it was too late as it was already sent to the printer (this is like 10 pm on a Saturday... literally 90 seconds after I placed the order it was sent to the printer?!?). They ignored my request to cancel and shipped me a piece of crap shirt that I tossed in the trash... $40 gone. The material was thin and cheap. The cut of the shirt felt like you had it on backwards either way it was on. Horrible, horrible company.

This is a wonderful company to buy t-shirts from, they have almost any one you would want for yourself or for a gift. The product is good material and if anything is wrong they fix it. Would definatley buy from them again.
I really like to support a company that helps animals that are abused. Dogs are at the top of my list. I had to put my beloved Greyhound to sleep on Nov. 18th 2016 at 5:00pm. She was a racer down south and like most they ran the hell out of her. She adopted me and we had 8 good years together. Your tee shirt says it all. "Speak for those who have no voice" Lil Olive. I ordered a relaxed fit women's shirt. It shows on the website as having a curve to it to fit a woman's body. The shirt I received when laid flat is clearly a unisex... it is straight as a board amd looks nothing like the cut of the one they show on their site. They tried to make it right amd sent me another, but clearly they think this boxy shirt is a relaxed fit because they sent me the same shirt. I won't bother ordering from again unless they manage to get a relaxed fit tee that actually looks like the example they show online. I am very disappointed, but I will stick to Teeturtle, which has great relaxed fit women's shirts... that aren't a unisex in disguise!

Ordered a T-shirt and hoodie from the US. T-shirt arrived no problem, the hoodie didn't. Contacted TeeSpring who were very helpful, and sent another one after investigating what happened with no issues at all, and very quickly. 2nd attempt arrived no issues. This is really the most important aspect. Good service is easy when it goes right, but what happens when it goes wrong? Well done TeeSpring, sterling job!

I have bought many tees from Tee Spring and love them all because they are very well made and their messages are truly awesome! My 'Knitty Cat' Resistance knitting group all love my tees and can't wait to see what message will be on my newest tee every week that I walk up to my group knitt-in! Keep on producing great tees to fund wonderful work everywhere.
In my case this was a private person scamming. It has been a week and she said it will take 3 weeks more before they even print my shirt. I asked her what her charity was or what her fundraiser was for and she said t was just her personal campaign... no fundraiser or charity. This was not cheap and a month is ridiculous. This seems to me to be a plain old scam. What a pity. Hopefully I will get the refund she promised.
