I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace

Worst customer service ever. As soon as I open my package I write customer service about the T-shirt I got nearly a week later still have not received a reply. The image on the front of the T-shirt was crooked and the quality was not what I expected. Nonetheless I paid nearly $30 for a T-shirt that is Supposed to be premium and received garbage.
I ordered a Tournament Hoodie for my Husband for his birthday. It's winter. The hoodies was supposed to be red on Black. It's bright, neon orange on black. Our boat is red and white. It's too thin to wear alone. Very disappointed in the quality verses cost! In the photo on the left is one of our red jackets. On the right, is the tspring "red". He will hate it. Most likely not wear it.

Ordered two items from Spring on November 16th. They provided a tracking number thru DHL distribution.
I checked the shipping status daily when suddenly, on December 12th, the tracking number was no longer seen as valid on DHLs tracking website.
I contacted DHL which said they have no record of my order.
I then contacted Spring and have yet to receive a response from their customer service.
Buyer beware.

I ordered a jumper 6 weeks ago says it was shipped 5 and a half weeks ago... I have emailed asking for a refund 2 weeks ago with Absoutley no response I'm discussed in this service and I would not recommend it to anyone. I just want my jumper or my money back!

The product was weeks late with no way to track it after it came into Canada. The quality of the print on the hoodie is so poor I couldn't tell if the print was white or grey it's such a thin layer. Very disappointed as I wanted it to be better so I could order more items in the future
I ordered this top through one of my favourite youtube channels I knew it was going to take awhile before I received my order as I'm from England. But i was informed when my order was made and then when It was on the way which is very reassuring as it takes awhile for the order to arrive with it being another country.
Shirt decal looks nothing like it is advertised! I sent them a picture of what I received and they said they would contact their quality control and send me a new one. Problem will be fixed. The new one they sent me looks exactly like the other one. Not even close to the picture as they showed on their website.
I will admit that their design, ordering, shirt and delivery was great! But, the print quality was really poor.
I recently started a brand and I was looking around for print services. I ordered sample print shirts from from a few other online print shops, to test the quality, and Teesprings print quality was the lowest. The print was very thin and faded. I was thinking it was probably just a bad print sample at random but looking at some other comments, I guess its a regular issue. I hope they can fix whatever is going on at their print stations cause I do like their platform.

I liked the coffee mug but it came with a note in it that said " UR GAY " I have contacted Mark Dice to let him know. If this is your bushiness standard I am not impressed.
Stop selling the mugs if you don't like the message.

This review is targeted only on quality of the print. I used there tools to create a very simple 5x5in. Logo on a t shirt. It came to me very pixelated and not very professional i will no longer be looking into making designs on this website.

I ordered a t-shirt that caught my eye on Instagram (Phife Dawg r. I. p) after tracking my package online, I realized that it was about a week past the time I was expecting to have my order, being this was the first time I have ordered from Teespring, I was concerned that I might not get it without going through some hoops with customs and/or the delivery company that was in charge of handling it. I contacted their customer service via email and in less then one day later, Robert from Teespring customer service had emailed me twice! First to confirm that the order had been ship to the destination and second to let me know how to go about getting my order, three days later my order arrived and I am more then satisfied with the t-shirt but more so with the customer service! I recommend ordering from this site as they care about the customer experience and I will be a faithful customer to Teespring as I have such trust in them from my experience. Great show Teespring!
I ordered two articles of clothing from this website. The print and overall quality of the long sleeve shirt I bought was fine (though a bit larger than expected after using their sizing questionnaire) but the hoodie with the SAME print design was horrible. Not only was the print much smaller when compared to the shirt but the quality of the print was terrible. Very blurry and looked overall incomplete as if it was running out of ink and stretched what it had left. Very disappointed.

A limited edition plushie I ordered came with a defective voice box. Upon notifying Teespring, their customer service team SPRUNG into action and promptly pre-ordered an unreleased plushie, AND informed me I could keep the original.
Fantastic servicewill tell everyone my experience and will be back for sure.

I ordered a shirt on 12/15/16 and received a message saying that the shirt would be delivered between 12/30/16 and 01/04/17. On 01/03/17, I contacted the company to get a realistic delivery date, and told them that I would just cancel the order if they could not do that. Amazingly, the t-shirt shipped the very next day on 01/04/17 from KY. I live in MD, which is about 550 miles from KY, and it then took 6 days to arrive. It sat at a DHL distribution center 35 miles from me for 2 days before it was passed off to the USPS for the actual delivery.
Like title says, Great quality and top notch service! To people complaining that tees are very thin and bad quality. Did you wear it? Did you wash it? IT IS TOP QUALITY and it's not 1980 that you get thick thirts that feel like sand paper. Teespring tees are soft and it's a pleasure to wear it! Rant over!

I ordered a shirt from teespring that I really, really wanted. Received the item and I could immediately tell something just wasn't quite right. I contacted customer service and Gloria provided excellent customer service. She did everything she could to correct the order, but in the end, they sent me a shirt that was not correct -- and received a refund because they were unable to provide me with the right shirt.
I can only give them 2 stars because they swapped the shirt I ordered for another because they were out of the original one. I would have preferred they contact me first before doing that, instead of sending me a shirt and hoping that i didn't notice.

I bought a tee shirt and had a good experience. T-shirt itself was good quality, printing good too. When you order it tells you how long the offer is good for and how long you'll have to wait until the sale is over and the printing of the t-shirt will begin. For me, the sale lasted another 10 days when I put the order in, so I knew it wasn't going to ship for a while. The company kept me informed at each step of the process. I got an email when the sale was over and the printing began. Got an email when they mailed the t-shirt with a tracking number. If you need the t-shirt in a couple of days... this is probably not the venue for you. But if you can wait a couple of weeks it's just fine. Just pay attention to what it says when you're ordering as to how long the sale will continue, because printing and shipping won't happen until after that.
I ordered a long sleeve(EL) and Teespring said I would probably fit a 2XL better. I didn't tell them my body frame or the length of my arms so I took their suggestion and it fit my body better than I expected. I am happy with the fit very much. I will by more from that company.
The item was fab my daughter was so pleased with it but I had to pick it up at the post office sorting office as there was a £10.00 handling fee to pay on the the item on top of all the postage packaging and handling fee already paid it worked out to be one expensive plushie

On 26th June 2020, I ordered Two Small Classic Pullover Hoodie.
With delivery date expected 7 July. I waited and waited but never received.
July, Aug, Sep, Oct no feedback from them...
16 Nov. 2020, I received response and they said sorry we will place new order and you shall receive them in less than 3 weeks.
Today, 21 Dec 2020... I am still not receiving them. I think they are scammers.

I have needed to reach out to the Tee Spring Customer Service team a couple of different times for various reasons. BEST customer service I have dealt with in several years. Professional, friendly, easy to work with and helpful!
I ordered a shirt from them last week. It kicked back saying my card was Declined and to reenter it, which should have been a red flag! But I tried again. To have my card decline... again...
So several hours later, THREE purchases of the same shirt were processed at $32 a pop. I emailed them to get a reply saying "you have to wait to get the shirts to send them back and get a refund."
I was furious and sent them another email saying if I didn't get my money back I was contacting the attorney general. Still no response or refund...
Got my shirt a day early with free shipping; the print is fantastic and high quality. I got the Bella slouchy teen in a medium which is great except for the neckline; I'll probably have to sew it myself. However, the rest of the shirt is fantastic quality. Excited to wear it!
I ordered a t-shirt, and a mug with the same graphics. A color on the graphic is supposed to be purple, but it came to me on both, pink instead. The add for the iteams showed the correct color, and they both looked good. Even my 3 year old daughter knows it is pink, and told me so. For the price of a $25 t-shirt, and a $15 mug. You would think you would get what was advertised/what you paid for. Not happy with the final products.
