I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
Horrible, horrible company. Just search on Google and watch the hundreds of YouTube videos from creators who've been screwed over by these scammers—I'm one of them. I'm honestly shocked YouTube is still letting these con artists offer services. It's a disgrace
We tried to support this lame company and they claimed they shipped three weeks ago for one item the other hasn't even been campaigned whatever that means. I ordered it for my kid who love the item and has been on quarantine the emailed I have gotten are like ohhh it's late due to Cleo a and it's late for this and that. And then the second item isn't even included in that this is crap. And the dinasour to be ordered hahah I bet people don't get that for a year. If your going to make product make it don't be a waste of people's time and energy And unless my kids liked it honestly your $#*! isn't cute
I purchased a T shirt from this company on January 6th 2023 and I still haven't received my package yet and here it is February 23rd 2023. I emailed them several times and nothing back. This company is a fraud. Do not purchase anything from them.

I placed an order, and after the delivery date had passed, I contacted customer service, and found out that the order had been lost in processing. They required that I provide a screen shot of the original order before they could process a replacement order. My email request to Teespring Customer Support was returned two weeks after it was sent. The email requested cancellation of an order. Teespring refused. The t-shirt was received and the logo was off-center. The shirt is unwearable. Bad customer service and a bad product. Shop elsewhere.

The shirt I received was NOT what I ordered, and I am very unsatisfied. The shirt smelled of chemicals, and looked like it was spray painted. Overall, it looked like a scam and did not reflect the real campaign shirt that was promised. Additionally, I have contacted the customer service and they rerouted me to a "new" site and it was the same site I originally sent in an email. As a result, I just keep getting sent around in circles with NO answer about a refund. Furthermore, the online chat support system does not exist like they say it does.

I was sent the wrong order size with my order, I have sent 2 emails with no response, I can't use the chat option because it goes away before I can click on it, I tried to fill out the ask a question option and it does not submit the question, seems like they do not want you to get ahold of them? This company has great customer service. I recieved something that didnt fit, they immediatly sent me a different size, no questions asked. No hassle. I love my sweatshirts, i have several. I get lots of comments when i wear them. :)
I've made several purchases. Hoodies and T-shirts both. The tops I wear the most are my Teespring shirts and hoodies. They fit great, very comfortable, and I get a lot of attention from the unique sayings! I love teespring!

I ordered 1 shirt item was shipped money was taken from my account I never received my item the shipping status never changed on the tracking I emailed and got a response that it was probably lost to wait a few more days so I waited 4 more days still nothing so I emailed again didn't even get a response this time! Horrible customer service on this one I've never wrote a bad review in my life but I'm highly upset this was suppose to be a gift for my daughter!
The shirt I ordered was a custom shirt offered by TeeSpring, not an item that I designed. The graphics used for the print must have been poor or copied because the actual shirt had pixelation throughout the design - rendering it almost unwearable. I will wear this only as a pajama or exercise shirt due to the poor quality.
I ordered a shirt at the start of October. I gave it about a week after it was supposed to arrive, before submitting a ticket. I mean things happen that they cant control, I get that. When I got a response, it was brought to my attention that my shipping address was undeliverable. It was being shipped to my work, which is on a main highway. So I asked them to ship it to my home, because the shirt was being returned to their office. I still havent gotten it and its been a month now.

I ordered shirts and sweatshirts for myself using my own logos and when I received them the print colors were different on each one of them. THEN after the first wash, the prints started to crack and fall off... When I reached out and complained they made it right by resending all of the items I ordered FOR FREE! But then after the first wash the print again immediately fell apart and starting peeling off. Now after only a few months, the print has almost completely come off on all 6 of my shirts/hoodies despite only washing them a handful of times.

8 business days in transit and still waiting on my order. For the premium price I paid for the shirts, I expected a much quicker delivery, and regret not purchasing items from a local store, which I could have been enjoying two weeks ago. My two items made it to print then were shipped on May 9th. It took 8 business days for them to travel 311 miles from Kentucky to Illinois compliments of the USPS using rail, and they are due by tomorrow May 19th, but will have to travel another 446 miles to get here from Chicago where they are currently sitting.

After buying some t-shirts as the seller heavily advertised that the profits would go to charity, found it might be a scam.
Contacted Teespring to tell them and they confirmed none of the money went to charity, but they wouldn't be doing anything about it and the scammer is still at it.
Bad enough it happens to me, but to know this and still let it carry on makes them just as guilty as the people scamming.
They sent me an e-mail advertising a tee shirt that was for Christmas, so I ordered it for one of my Grandsons, sent them an E-mail asking where the tee shirt was. There answer was they advertise a shirt, take orders for a period of time, then print the shirts, it is now December 24,2015 and still no tee shirt. How stupid to advertise a Christmas Tee Shirt, knowing that it won't arrive so it can be worn before Christmas!
I love all my tee spring shirts only thing i suggest is please add just a little design on the front. Like the medical symbol in upper corner of the medical shirts maybe. The front being totally plain is the only thing i dont like. Other than that keep up the awesomeness

I love the t shirts they come in all the sizes I need and love the colors and that they are printed on the back, I can get them at reasonable prices and they have great sayings. I've gotten all my shirts from this site thank you I'm 100% happy, I get great service when need the help tnx gloria

Wow do I wish I had seen this site before I ordered my hoodie for the Women's March January 21. I ordered my hoodie on January 15 because they promised it would arrive before January 20. I later learned they didn't even begin to print the sweatshirt until January 17. It finally was on my doorstep when I came home from the March. Why on earth use DHL when you're sending from Kentucky to Virginia, or did they send it from China?
When I asked for a refund and said I was going to send it back they said they will happily give me a store credit. I do not want to buy anything from them ever again. What a rip off.
For the high price paid for a "flowy tank", I was disappointed by the thinness of the fabric and the quality of stitching. While it was soft and fit as expected, there were already loose threads around the neck stitching when I received it from the mail.

When I bought the hoodie it was supposed to come in late January early February but it can Im late December. Very nice hoodie, a little bigger then I thought it would be but it was just like the picture and it is amazing! I love it!
I bought a 2x T-shirt & a 2x Long Sleeve shirt, they both arrived earlier than I expected, both shirts are a nice, soft, cotton quality, the print on both shirts were totally fine. Happy with my purchase & will buy again from Teespring for the holidays.
Teespring is a group of scammers, I purchased a domain at 11th January 2023, today is 19th January, the domain is still not working. I've sent too many emails to the support team but they are not replying to me. I've installed emails tracker extension, so I know which of my emails are open. They open my each and every email but after reading, they don't reply. Worst ever company, worst ever support, keep away from Teespring or Spri.ng. They are completely frauds.
