They make it their mission to make themselves as inaccessible as they positively can. All customer service is outsourced and one rep doesn't know what the other one said. So you need to explain your errand again and again. They take it upon themselves to change your order and subscription as they see fit and without any further notice. What costs 100 one month could easily be 150 the next. All their prices are for reference only
