Tennisexpress has been nothing but wonderful during the last 3 weeks when i purchased about 5 items from them. Given that they are headquartered in houston, i probably should change wonderful to astonishing.The people i spoke to were professional, resourceful and polite... it's now my go-to place for my tennis needs.

Playing tennis is my #1 passion! I located this web site and decided to be adventurous in viewing their selection of tennis clothes. I had lost some weight and needed to replace the present ones I have hanging in my closet. At first I just glance through their products and was pleasantly surprised by their selection A fantastic sale was available so I thought to myself buy a few articles and see how they fit and the material. I received the items in the time they indicated and clothes were made true to size. I felt so happy that I had ordered some clothes and they really fit me nicely. Have shopped with TE for many years and have always had great experiences. Terrific variety of equipment and apparel. For this last order I purchased a tennis racquet for my husband and a six racquet tennis bag. He loves both. Website is easy to navigate and TE sends great promos via email all the time. Will continue to shop with TE going forward.

Great overall experience in navigation and checkout, but zappos.com is still WAY better with photos, videos of their products. Also, baynote.com or similar to help people buy more showing "Similar products" or people that bought this racket, also bought these items...

Love the new racket but the stencil I had them put on the strings looks awful. The paint coverage was not done well, they got paint all over the racket itself, and it generally looks second class. Don't waste your money and even if it had been free, I'd still suggest going without.

The bag looks great, just as I expected. The ordering was easy and the staff is friendly. The package arrived within 3 business days; I would definitely go back to order all of my tennis items and highly recommend Tennis Express.

I ordered a babulet 26 graphite tennis racquet for my 9 year old daughter for Christmas. Service was great. The online support really aided me in making the right decision. It arrived on the time and is a super deal.

My son has bought shoes from Tennis Express for the last 3 years, since he started playing tennis regularly. He's pretty consistent about his brands, so when he orders shoes he usually doesn't have to second-guess the size and fit. Other sites have higher prices and fewer sales, so we always go back to Tennis Express for our tennis needs!

Easy shopping, quick delivery. My last purchase was Tretorn pressureless balls to use with my ball machine. It's too early to tell how I like them compared to practicing with used pressurized balls. They definitely come out of the machine with a more consistent trajectory, spin, & speed; however, they do have a heavier feel when striking with the racquet. I'll play with these 72 a couple months and then maybe buy another 72...

Ive called the Tennis Express contact number 3 times with questions I have on some recent purchases. I keep getting the message that all representatives are busy, to leave my number and they will call back. I have yet to receive a return call.

The site offers a wide array of choices for the tennis lover and the prices, while not cheap, still beat Nike and sporting good stores like $#*!'s. My order was delivered within days of placement and all items met my expecations on quality, size, color etc. I can happily recommend this site for the tennis enthusiast.

Great bag with plenty of room for all the essential gear. I have 3 racquets in one side and use the other for balls, towels, and other misc. Items. The 2 side zipper pockets are great for smaller items such as cell phones, wallet, keys, wristbands, etc. Other bags sometimes have too many pockets which you might think is great for storage but I used to have to search multiple times to find what I was looking for. This bag solves that problem but still provides ample room for everything. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the Wilson Ultra Tennis racket and very quick turn around on my order. Tennis Express had a very good selection to choose from. This racket isfairly new and some other online stores did not have it available.

A day after an online purchase I receive an email that said that some items that I bought were out of stock and no longer available through the manufacturer and this is the second time that this happens in this store. I think tennis express needs to upgrade its website to have better real time information.
In the same mail they offered a possible substitution, however, when the next morning I called customer service they abruptly said that it was not possible because they already sent the order. I am very disapointed with this "service".

First they cancelled my order and couldn't replace it. By the time I went in to do so myself, one of the items was no longer available. The second order they called just to verify. Luckily I answered and gave them my go-ahead. I guess they're more worried about protecting themselves from fraud than customer service for the real customers.

A racquet that I ordered for my grand daughter was not available. A message was left on my phone. I could not get through to anyone when calling back, ended up cancelling order through on line chat. Kinda frustrating. While I was checking out the other options which took time, I got " are you stilll there?" Had I been able to speak to a real person, I would have simply switched the racquet color, because that's what I ordered from another vendor. I was, however, happy with the rest of my order.

Great place to shop for deals. Tennis clothing can be expensive. As a high school tennis coach, I'm always on the hunt for discounted items for the kids. I've added four rackets in the past year to my personal collection for the students to borrow, all purchased from clearance.

Some items were shipped promptly, but two others had shipping dates but did not arrive when they should have. One item was discontinued by the manufacturer, but it still was listed in the website. We should have been notified earlier.

The Under Armour shirts were amazing, and I got a great deal on them. They arrived in a very short amount of time. I happen to find this website on a Google search. Absolutely satisfied. Thanks for the great service.

Order was on time and accurate. As a tennis tote, the size was a bit small for the racket head, and the quality was very good. I suppose ordering a racket back pack would have been a better choice, but I wanted a tote that didn't look too "tennis-like".

I wanted to buy a pair of New Balance tennis shoes because they're the only brand I know of that sells these in extra wide (4E). I went to a local NB store and not only didn't they have any in stock, but none of their other stores did and neither did the warehouse. I shopped online and found that Tennis Express had these shoes in stock and in my size (10 4E). I ordered them on Wednesday and received them on Friday with free 2-day UPS shipping. The shoes were brand new, in perfect shape, in the right size, and packaged well. The box even contained a return shipping label should I need to return them for any reason. (And they threw in a pad and pen!) Just simply terrific service.
