Tennis Express

Ordering was not as easy as I would have thought. And I had to go through the ordering process three times before the items were in the cart correctly. And The items were shipped to me instead of the birthday recipient.

Ordered a new racquet and a bag. The racquet was in stock and shipped right away. The bag was out of stock and discontinued. I was contacted right away and given the choice to select a different bag or cancel it. I cancelled it and received a refund the next day. A quick and easy shopping experience. Will definitely be shopping here again for my tennis needs.

The tennis top I received not only had a red ink mark on the back which I returned but the item pictured on the website was the same style but not the same pattern! Otherwise, the other items were good.

Tennis express was great, quick, reasonable price, good products. The tennis shorts are very good, but the pockets are not made for tennis balls. The openings to the pockets are too small making it difficult to quickly put a ball in or take a ball out.

I got a really good deal with clay court tennis shoes for my son, and I was very excited. I had never had a problem with Tennisexpress before, but I've got an email a couple of days later saying the items were out of stock. I was very disappointed, then ordered different clay court shoes, which I didn't have any problem.

The tennis sneakers that I ordered were my size 10 but when I tried them on they were tight and very narrow. I did keep Air ZM ULT Tennis shoe in violet which fit and love. I was lucky because they were on sale so that made my day. I can't wait to wear them. I will keep looking on Tennis Express to buy others because the selection is great.

Ordered shoes on Tennis Express Website. Item was said to be out for delivery, then ended up in Hawaii... Not Florida. Called and the last didn't even care. Let's hope I get my money back. I'm passed. Never ordering again from them.

These Asics tennis shoes were comfortable right out of the box. They are true to size and lightweight. Because of the price I wasn't expecting to get as nice a shoe as I did. I wear them all the time and I am thinking of getting another pair. Other ladies have said they like the appearance of the shoes as I do.

The jacket is great, but for some reason I was sent size 6 shoes when I thought I ordered size 12. The jacket is XL, so it seems a bit anomalous that the shoes would be size 6. They are currently on the way back as a return. Hopefully Tennis Express will sent me some 12s.

I ordered a pair of Yonex Tennis Shoes on May 19,2021. I was informed that they were on back order, and it would take approximately 3 weeks to get my shoes. Three weeks came and went. Tennis Express did not notify me, so I started contacting them. I was told things were running late "universally" and I would have my shoes mid-June. Mid-June came and went. Now it is July 13. I called Tennis Express again, and again was told it was "not their fault" and my Yonex shoes were still on back order. I asked the customer service operator if money was charged to my card on May 19, and he assured me it was. I suggested two things: 1) that my account shouldn't be charged until they send my shoes, and 2) that they change the name of the company from "Tennis Express" to anything else.

I'm a 4.5+ player and hit long and fast off both sides with a one-handed backhand. I bought a couple of these due to the specs as a great base for customization. After applying an entire role of Tourna lead tape under the grip, bringing the static weight up to 11.4 ounces, and balance to 10 pts HL, I was very surprised by the plow through. The specs indicate swingweight 294, but after customization under the grip only (not to the head), the swingweight felt much closer to 320 to me. I've tried it out a couple of times, hitting hard groundies with other former college players like me, and found it to be surprisingly solid, stable, yet soft and flexible, exactly what I was hoping for. Strung with Tourna Big Hitter Silver 16 at 61/58 lbs. Thanks Wilson!

Home page said free shipping and returns orders over $25... turns out they did not mean free returns also. Had to return $59+ shoes that didnt fit right (too narrow) and was told that the small print indicated free returns on orders over $69+. Disappointed. I returned the shoes anyway, they didnt fit right.

Had to reorder my granddaughter's racket due to order being canceled due to a credit card dispute about the delivery address. Called and reordered but order never went thru! Called again and finally reordered and rep was great and gave me 2 day air delivery!

My granddaughter loves the racket! We would order again, less the drama!

I liked the variety of items to choose from on the website, as well as the prices. I liked the prompt shipment of my order. I didn't guess right on the sizes, as so many companies size differently, so 2 out of 3 shirts had to be returned. I wish I hadn't had to pay $7.50 for return shipping. I won't buy again unless there is a free shipping option.

I'd like to thank TennisExpress for another great shopping experience. Not only did I find some 'No Show Compression Socks' but I got a great price. Shipping was a little delayed but due to the weather situation I understand. Not a deal breaker!

Brett was patient and gave me great service for my return. It was at the Tennis Express on Westheimer (Houston). Did a GREAT job in helping me. He helped me with my exchange! Brett greeted me at the Cashier's desk and asked how he could help.

He helped me in the shoe section to select a new pair and explained that I would get a partial credit for the others, to be applied toward the new ones. I was VERY happy and satisfied!

He was patient and made me feel like a valued customer. I look forward to shopping Tennis Express forever. Thanx again Brett!

I wasn't looking to purchase anything until I went to the Tennis Express website. I found some great deals with excellent prices, so I indulged. I'll be sure to return to the site when I'm looking for something new.

Overall good first experience with TennisExpress site. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at a good price and received my order in just a few days (even though package was shipping from Huston, TX which just experienced Hurricane Harvey)! I will be looking to purchase again from their site.

TE's website says "Order today, ships today." Not true! I ordered October 3rd, but my order was not shipped until October 5th. Also, TE's confirmation e-mail of my order with the UPS tracking number was sent two days after I ordered the items. This is not good as I want to track UPS' progress of the delivery. Nevertheless, my order was correctly filled.

I am a long time Black 7 user and the Barb Wire grips and spins the ball just as good if not slightly better. My singles opponent noticed it on the first ball. I used the barb wire as the main and Luxilon Big Banger as the cross. The Barb Wire has a dramatic twist and razor sharp edges - it grips and rips! It settles in and softens a bit quicker than Black 7 - but the end result is greater dwell or pocketing of the feel of the ball on the strings. If you are a spin player - this is a GREAT spin string!

I was not exppecting that the adidas adizero defiant bounce i purchased was superb.it is light and good for my feet. I felt fast running after the ball while playing tennis.
Nice shoes too on and off the court.

I got a great racquet at a great price. It was easy to order on the web site, the product shipped and arrived on time and in good condition. The only issue I found was the mislabeling of the string type and gauge on the sticker affixed to the racquet. The type and gauge installed were correct but the label was wrong. This created confusion and caused extra effort to make sure that I got what I ordered.

Their customer service is very quick in responding compared to Tennis Warehouse. Make less mistake than TW but it's a bummer they don't match competitor's price. The strings that I use is a lot cheaper at TW and since they don't match it, I have to always go back to TW
