Wonderful! You can recommend Tennis Express! I ordered sometime in December thinking it might be too late but I got my order earlier and on time for Christmas! Thank you!

Ordered and received in 2 days, probably because we live in south Texas but still, very pleased! The selection here is by far the best out there for tennis gear.

Ordering was a little confusing at first. Wish the had a section of recommended racquets based on skill set and needs. Otherwise fast and accurate. I will use them again!

My purchase was easy and they were one of the few with ample stock on hand for the Nike Vapor Fly Knit. I cancelled a back order that I had with another online shopping vendor. Thanks!

Enrique Herrera contacted me, apologized, and corrected the problem. That's the type of response that deserves recognition, and for that I'm giving Tennis Express a 5-Star review! Thanks for the follow-up, Enrique.

Website offers a wide variety of merch. Prices very reasonable and shipping is super fast. I was looking for wrist bands and was amazed at the large selection.

Still waiting for your feedback after returning one of the pairs of tennis shoes I bought from you.
I do not see great willingness on your side when it comes to dealing with returns.

Everything as expected. Maybe in apparel I would suggest more images of women wearing the clothes so we can have a more accurate info of what we are buying and how it fits

There is a lot to choose from in here - various equipment from different brands and even special editions from athletes. Prices seem steep, but the quality seemed good after a couple of tries.

The site had exactly what I wanted, in the right colors and sizes. That was not the case when looking into a purchase from another provider. Great experience, and happy with my purchases.

I ordered for a Wilson Tennis racquet Bag Item and mistakenly selected Black color, within a minute I realized and reached Customer support to correct my Order. They mentioned they have corrected my Order and changed my Order to a Red Wilson Tennis Bag. I just received my item/shipment from Tennis Express around 1hr back as I am writing this complaint. When I opened my package, I was really disappointed with Tennis Express. They have sent the Black Tennis Bag and it has so many marks and scars/dust like it was a used bag. I know how this bag should be shipped as this is a premium bag, but his bag came with no proper wrapping or plastic wrapping. I called my friends who had already got this bag and they confirmed it should have arrived in proper wrapping. I never expected from Tennis Express and I should warn all my Tennis friends to be careful with Tennis Express or to avoid them.

Just what I wanted at a great price and speedy shipping. Very happy customer. I pretty much made my point, but apparently a lot more text is required. Hope this is enough!

Only complaint is that when viewing many products the Customer Reviews posted are actually pulled from these generic company reviews which isn't the least bit helpful.

Had high hopes after my first order. Second time around I paid extra for 2-day shipping. They charged my card then sat on my order for a week. No communication. Not cool.

As promised the purchase was delivered on time. Only exception was that this time it was signature required and if there is nobody to sign then your package will be delayed

I bought Rafael Nadal French Open racquet for my father as his birthday giftthe racket did not hit anything but inside the racket frame had crack, he thought was just paint crack in the beginning so we did not say anything to Tennisexpress until the the racquet about the crack. What contact the company it was just a month past the warranty...

Please stay away from tennis express. They are kind of cheaters. Low business ethics. They charge 9.95 dollars fir every item in the order by shipping them separately. Low business ethics.

Ive bought a few times from tennis express. The second time I didnt care for the skirt so I returned it. When my credit card was credited I noticed something off- it was a few dollars less than the purchase. When I called I was told that the tax was adjusted wrong- californias Tax is 9% and I was credited 3%. Somehow that happened in Tennis Express favor. They adjusted it.
The second time I ordered one of the products I received was wrong. I wrote that on the exchange form. They sent me the right one but charged shipping on my debit card that they had in their system. They claim free shipping and free returns. They fixed it right away when I called but I shouldnt have had to call.
I think tennis express squeezes every penny they can and when they get caught they fix it. Not reputable. Better off just dealing with tennis warehouse or Midwest sports or holabird.

They really care about customer service! They shipped my order same day and I received it on time. Great selection of all tennis products. I will order from them again!

Great products, easy to order and really quick delivery. Not much more to say! I needed the sneakers before my Saturday match and they came Thursday - allowed me to practice in the new shoes!
