I ordered 10 items and one of them was worng. I shipped the item back and get money back. Tennis express tired to help me ship the correct item but there was no time

Received part of my order, a royal blue UA hoodie for my grandson. Color and size perfect. He loves it! Can't wait for the rest of my order to arrive!

I understand that one of the items in my order was back-ordered, AFTER I sent an unanswered email to customer service, THEN called the customer service number and asked why it wasn't listed on the packing slip. The fellow I talked to was very nice and acknowledged the email, but the email was not answered, so I had to do the legwork to find out why.

I love tennis express but when your order something it would be awesome if there was like something with it like a pen or a keychain and something small like that.

Thank you for the racquet I enjoyed it! The racquet had good power and spin. The only difficulty I had it was a litttle heavier and stiffer than my other racquets I have.

Very fun tennis shoes! I wear 8.5 in most of my tennis shoes with the exception of the Babolat Jet which is very narrow and requires a half-size increase. For the SoleMatch Control, I was concerned at first about the fit after reading some of the reviews. I ordered an 8.5 and the length fits fine (just a slight space in the toe box – my longest toe is the second one next to the big toe). It has a snug fit because of the rubber reinforcement on the toe box, so if you have an extra wide foot you might need to go a size up. I have a bunion on one foot that is always problematic for tennis shoes and at first, the shoe felt too tight with regular tennis socks. I used my thinnest socks on the first time out and the width worked fine after an hour on the court. Then I put a tennis ball in the toe box of each shoe during storage and it did the trick to loosen the area and now thick tennis socks work fine.

So the shoe takes a little break-in period. On the court, it provides great support, especially on pivots, quick stops/starts, and turns probably because of the rubber on the toe box. I'm partial to tennis shoes that feel close to the court, and these are good for fast or quick movers. The bottom line, is they are neat-looking shoes that perform well on the court but require some break-in. Would be nice if Addidas made the shoe in different widths.

Im glad this company is located in Texas. I love the selections and I know that I will receive my items in a timely manner. I Justwished they opened a store here in the DFW area.

I received my tennis racquet on time. But when take out the cardboard wrapup one string pop out. Bring the racquet back to Tennis Express store & had to pay for restring my racquet!

The system itself was good, but I couldn't get the racket on the first scheduled day.
I liked how the receiving and the returning procecces were really clear.

Great looking style that doesn't look big on your foot. Narrow in the toe, but comfortable. One match and shoes were broken in. I'd get these again.

Racket I wanted was $50 less than other stores/ sites. Stringing was very reasonable. Everything came within a few days with free shipping.

My shoes arrived ontime, but, when it came to returning them they charged me 6.00 even though they promised free delivery and returns.
