Tennis Express

I ordered a used demo racquet for purchase. It arrived with the strings having numerous and significant fraying. Some strings are more than 50% worn through. This racquet cannot be played with until the strings are replaced. I anticipated used strings with the racquet but these are intolerable. Tennis Express should have notified me of the poor condition of this demo racquet and offered to replace the strings prior to shipment. Poor customer service.

The email notice and shipping tracking system is good. Maybe needs to send email about new deal or has any coupon show out get notice. I like to make the tennis express business again in the future.

The customer service is awesome. And the site is very easy to navigate. I order a ton of things and it arrived on time even through the hurricane. Tennisexpress has a great choice of tennis shoe models from all the major brands. My size was in stock (14) which I can't find everywhere. Shipping was on time. Email alerts were sent letting me know when my shoes would arrive. I wore them right out of the box directly to the courts - no blisters, no achy feet. After calling Tennis Express on the day my order was to be delivered, they told me it hadn't been shipped because of one color I ordered wasn't available....no email, no phone call, nothing; I wonder how long I would have had to wait, to find this out, if I had not called??? Then they promised express shipping to arrive on Monday; well, it finally came, today, Tuesday, 10 days after ordering, only because I called them, otherwise, who knows how my weeks I'd be kept waiting. They should have given me some sort of refund!!!!!!!! It would cost them less to do that than to lose me as a customer.....

Fast delivery... packed safely the buble wrap is very good Idea... Would like more info on sales and if you have head band and wrist band with tennis express logo... the T shirt was too small... you can reply at *******@gmail.com if anyone actually reads this...

Tennisexpress's speedy service is just grand! I have recommended many folks to them. This order I must return due to the shoes not fitting me right, but I am exchanging them for another brand & appreciate that I can do that.

Ordered Demo racquets that I could not demo because of bad air on west coast because of fires. Tried to contact via phone and email to extend demo service with no responses so racquets were sent back. Been trying to contact someone since then with no response. Nothing except that they received the racquets I sent back.

I received my shoes 3 days after they were confirmed for delivery. UPS left them at my neighbors door, and that house is vacant. I finally received them, and 1 shoe was damaged. The insert on the left shoe is folded under by the toes. They were sent back today for an exchange.

It's the first time I place an order here and it was a very good experience. I was able to follow up and rectify the payment method without any problem. My package arrived on time and just what I ordered. I am very pleased

I ordered a racket, shoes and cans of tennis balls from tennis express, and the process was really simple. Once i placed my order, i was able to track where it was and that gave me comfort knowing my product was on the right schedule. The site said it would take 1 to 3 business days, but i got mine in a day which really impressed me. Definitly going to buy 2 more new rackets from them in the future, but more around the winter when things start to get to chilly to play outside.

My experience with tennis express was a frustrating one. I placed an order by phone but did not receive the racquet until almost a month later. They told me after a few weeks that the racquet had by mistake shipped to GA (I live in NC) but would be shipped to me in 2 days from that time - ok, mistakes are made, so I didn't make a fuss.
However, in two days, instead of receiving the racquet, I received an email stating that delivery would be in another two days... In 2 days, another notice that it would be another 2 days.
I'm very happy with the racquet but disappointed in the service and the lack of interest from the company. I don't think the people there really cared.

I love the availability and the prices that Tennis express could offer. It was also easy to navigate thoough the products. Very happy to know about what I received and will visit your online store more often.

I ordered Asics Gel Challenger 11, and they came within 4 days. There was a deal that if I payed more than $65 the shipping would be within 3 days; it came in 4. However, it came very early in the morning so it wasn't too long a wait. I love the product, and definitely would recommend both the shoe and this site for any tennis related purchase!

Ordering via paypal required 4 tries before the Tennis Express site connected. Received order on time and accurately filled. Unfortunately I'll now have to "unsubscribe" from all the unsolicited emails I always get from Tennis Express after I order (and wait 2-3 months for emails to stop)

The demo ordering was very easy. My racuqets got here quickly, and allowed me to test 3 racquets I thought I would like. Ended up that they were all too heavy for me. I wouldn't have been able to figure that out without your demo program. Thanks

UPS said they delivered it, but I didn't receive it. UPS came out and showed me a diagram of where they delivered it, and it was on the other side of the street! They tried to locate it by going to the doors and they didn't find it. Now what? UPS filed a report, but still no shoes! Hope this can get resolved soon. Warren Schuller

I evacuated my home onSep 8 and package had not been delivered before I left. Based on reported damage due to winds and flooding I doubt I will find your package when I return after the storm.
