Ordered a pair of K-Swiss Hypercourt Express to replace my worn out Big Shot 2.5. Price was awesome. I received the shoes as promised. They fit and performed as expected.

Love these shoes which I use for high performance pickleball games. Great traction even on dusty indoor basketball gymnasium. Very fast delivery compared to other websites delivery timeframes

The gift card I purchased arrived by UPS right on schedule. This made a big hit with my grandson on Christmas Day, as he is an avid tennis player and a regular customer of Tenniesxpress.com.

I ordered a Babolat Pure Stoke 16x19. I had it prestrung and ordered a babolat logo for the strings. When the package arrived I was dissapointed to find that the logo which I had payed an extra 2 dollars for was not on the racket. I know it is small but I would expect more from this company. Overall I am pleased with how fast the package arrived.

The rackets were as ordered and came quickly. However, the tension that they were strung at was not labeled. I would like to order my racket with the same tension, but I don't know what it is.

We ordered tennis balls and the delivery is prompt. We have not use it yet so I cannot say anything about the product yet. Hopefully our guests will be satisfied with this product

I had placed an item in my shopping cart and did not remove it before logging out.

I was solicited by the business to buy the item on at least two later occasions.

When I acquiesced and purchased the item, I did not receive it promptl7.

Apx. A week later I was informed the item was out of stock. It was an item that was eligible for a sale price and I would not be able to get the benefit of that bargain again. I am dissappointed that the business did not fulfill its obligation and the fact that I was solicited on two occassions to return and buy the item (shoes) makes it all the more insulting. Very dissappointed.

Maybe at the beginning, don't ask me to use pay pal and just accept the international credit card that I have been using, it will be great! Tenniswarehouse always no issue for that, because for very stupid reason Nike don't allow you guys(including tenniswarehouse and your kind of firms)to sent goods to Asia, which there are lots of folks like me want to buy the goods rather than re-sell them. The market is there. Indeed. Also lots of folks really like tennis, rather than just wanna earn $. So we will use our international credit card to buy stuffs, and ask our friends and relatives who live in states to re-send yo us, as gifts. Nike don't even allow we to receive gifts? Ha, I really wanna to know why Nike ignore that much in Asia market for tennis. It's not you guys problem I know, but you do have way to contact Nike and tell me what they are thinking. That's what you can do. You know there is no one shop in China Taiwan or Korea or hongkong to buy even just one Rafa shirt as what I bought this time? You don't feel it's kind of strange?

Ordered 6 items, two were delivered a week late and 4 items never received. Tennis Express said there was not enough inventory to deliver the items even though the web site said they were in stock.

This is just what we ordered. Thank you. We tried a couple other web sites but this one had exactly what we wanted. Pretty straight forward. I would use these guys again.

I have been looking for this type of compartmentalized bag for some time. This one is perfect size and lots of compartments to store my stuff. Very happy with my purchase. Rob

Not happy with the demos. Delivery was great, but the demo strings were so dead I had trouble hitting with them and getting a good feel of the racquet. Waste of money

I'm very happy with my order. They were one of the only places that had the shoes I was looking for in my size and preferred color. I only wish they had free two day shipping like tennis warehouse.

TE is my go-to for all my tennis needs. The only thing you cant get there is a better game. But youll look good in TE apparel and equipment as you hack it around the court at your local club.

I received my demos (in Houston) the day the rain started that continued for a week and led to the catastrophic Houston flooding. Needless to say, I could not possibly actually demo the racquests in the week allotted (could not even return them on time as UPS/USPS were shut down). So I wrote customer service to request an extension, but to this day (a week later) I have not gotten a reply. I hope that they do not charge me for the extra week that I needed to keep the racquets in order to get a hit on them. I may still order a new racquet from them (one that I demo'ed), but I hope the service is better (UPS and USPS are now running, so there's no excuse there).

There was no return postage so I had to pay the return postage myself! I would hope that you will take that into consideration and give me a $10.81 credit back when the shirts arrive.
