Tennis Express

The only shoe I wear is K Swiss. I have been wearing K Swiss shoes for the past 4 years, alway a size 8. I ordered these shoes in a size 8 and could not get them on my feet because they are so small. How could K Swiss get this so wrong? The shoes are useless to me so I sent them back.

Tennis express warranty was no help after my adidas tennis shoes Canvas cracked on both shoes after playing appropriately 8 times. Tennis express warranty manger David Trummer recommend reaching out to Adidas directly.

I placed an order for some Nike items. I live in Canada, and apparently the order cannot be shipped here. But the website still let me place the order and pay for it!
I wasn't even contacted by customer service, I had to contact them myself, wondering why my order wasn't shipped. Then I had to recontact them 3 times to get the reimbursement.

Furthermore, the payments don't work with Chrome or Firefox. I had to use Edge.

On top of that their own payment service is unsecured! Use Amazon or Paypal plz.

I ordered 3 items from clearance - top, shorts, and jacket. The quality of the top and jacket were not what I expected. The top was considered outerwear but its cotton. The jacket is also very thin. I guess you get what you pay for.

Have ordered mutiple times from TennisExpress and have always been satisfied. TE is based in Houston, and Hurricaine Harvey may have caused some delays with my most recent order and perhaps also with other customers' orders. I'm sure that this is an isolated event and one for which I am more than willing to be forgiving! BTW, I also like the discounts that they send me for being a repeat customer!

The price was great but the item was too small. Went to reorder but none left. I had to order something else. They did give me the same price but I had to pay shipping to send back and shipping to get the other item. I wish they would of not charged me shipping again since I reordered. The price wasn't so good after that.

They had exactly what I needed and at great prices! I Love not having to use Amazon:) super quick shipping too. I will def be ordering again, highly recommend!

The package took longer than expected to arrive because of UPS, the products requested with the expected quality, the box that contained the items arrived half open at the bottom, it is recommended to reinforce the closures.

You regret to inform you that (TM151JG7-U17) is no longer available through the manufacturer.
You will take the item off the order and ship the order out with no further delay. However, for a possible substitution

Very good service! I am going to recommend it to all my tennis friends. I am also looking to order one of the four racquets and hope to get a discount. I paln to order two of the kind.

Order Received. Product is as advertised. Great Price. I like the extra cushioning of the gamma overgrip. It has a good tacky touch to it. I highly recommend it to a weekly tennis player. I tried tounagrip but it does not help as long as the gamma overgrip.

I was disappointed that they sent me a stainless hydro flask when I ordered a cobalt one even though the order confirmation clearly says COBALT. So I called them, they didn't pick up, I left a voicemail, they didn't get back to me and it had been days since I received the bottle. On top of that, the hydro flask was shipped in a plastic bag with no other protections around the bottle.

Lived for 18 years overseas and relied mainly on mail order for almost all purchases including shipping my rackets to the states for restringing. I have never done business with a non responsive vender like Tennis Express they were unable to supply the item I ordered trying to cancel and received to date no response by either phone or E Mail. I was able to obtain the item from a different vender and obviously wouldnot use Tennis Express again as there are simply a large nuber of competitive and responsive vender for tennis items.

I recently purchased the Wilson Pro Staff RF97 Autograph Tennis Racquet from Tennis Express and it has quickly become my favorite racquet. The racquet is incredibly well-balanced, allowing me to generate plenty of power without sacrificing control. The 97 square inch head size is perfect for my playing style, giving me the ability to hit with precision and spin. The racquet's unique design and Roger Federer's signature on the side also make it a real standout on the court.

The jacket was not an XL - the waist was so big the elastic never got near your waste and the sleeves were way too long. Have lots of Nike jackets & pullovers in XL so I know this was not an XL even though the label stated that it was. Jacket is being returned via UPS as I type

5 stars for pricing and delivery speed and minus 1 star because Jasmine never returned my call! Haven't used the racquet yet, we've had too much rain.

Tennis Express has always served me with prompt, personal service and very good prices. Once I was called on a racquet order to double check my tension request. Great service!

Everything was fine with the order but in general, no one ever answers the phone if customer service is needed. You guys really need to work on that... very frustrating.

Tennis express is a pleasure to work with. Orders are filled quickly, delivered on time and the product is as advertised.

Go with larger size than usual to make it roomy when wearing over tennis outfit.
