I have bought Tenorshare 4DDiG to repair over a 100+ photos that became corrupted.
While testing their trial version is has been displayed that some of my photos would be repaired in full resolution hinting a proper fix, but all I got was a thumbnail enlarged to 640x480 down from 20MP. The problem is that even photos with just a small band of corrupted pixels would not be fixed anyhow only result was thumbnail. One is simply better off with just cropping a bad part out.

If their software can find a thumbnail for your photo = "bam recovered" if not "oh use this advanced repair button, didn't work? Oh well" which always fails anyhow, hence there is not an option for advanced repair in case your photo is mostly ok save those few bad pixels. Whole idea revolves around enlarged thumbnail but they claim XX years of experience and AI technology, Advanced algorithms buzzwords.

And if You aren't convinced yet, You take perfectly fine non corrupted photo for repair and guess what you get an enlarged thumbnail.

It was a frustrating tool. I thought, It would remove all the passcodes even the Apple ID. It was not well explained in the commercial. There is no difference with iTunes, you still need to open in Apple ID before you can use the locked password.

The frp unlocking software is amazing. Works great everytime. The after care from Tenorshare is even better! The support staff is very understanding and quick to address your concerns or issues with a resolution that is best for both parties. I highly recommend Tenorshare to anyone needing phone software. Beware, they are swindlers, their site states it supports many makes, but only support Samsung. Liers

Before I had written that Tenorshare did not live up to their 30-day refund policy, well I was wrong! They returned my money after several emails back and forth, as they realized their program could not solve my issue. So, although my issue wasn't solved, it doesn't mean their program won't solve other problems. Also, before you purchase any other their products, make sure you 100% understand their refund policy. They will also ask you to provide logs once you have completed their process on the program. This is not hard to do, but at least make sure you understand how to pull the logs, incase you need evidence to support you. My previous review was a 1 but I brought it up to a 4 because they put themselves back in integrity because they honoured their return policy.

I truly don't understand how people can say anything negative about Tenorshare, I've had nothing but success with their products! With the exception of 4uKey, but not the software itself, the attempts at repairing devices! They say that it was reloaded, but this is what I see!

I had a problem with my Iphone and the Tenorshare ReiBoot software promised to solve exactly that kind of problem called "4013".

After buying it on-line and doing exactly as needed, the software did not solve the problem and apparently I have waited a few hours from my day and also energy to do other important stuff.

I sent a request to the company to refund me for the money I paid, because the software didn`t help and I did not used it what so ever and after wasting another 2 weeks time to deal with this issue by back and forth emails with the company`s so called "service" - the response was that they won`t do it.

I didn`t understand why they want to keep my 20 something dollars after not providing value and wasting a tremendous amount of time and energy from me so I write this review for other to not fall into that trap and take care of where you put your money and trust.

Feel like I have been scammed and it does not worth the waist of your money.

* also keep in mind that the software enforce you to sign up with subscription model that they want you to forget that you did so they can charge you more money and put the blame on you by not cancelling the hidden software`s subscription that will take you a very long time to find.

I hope u read these negative reviews before purchasing. They took my money for a stupid lifetime license that does not work on my laptop. I tried to download and it didn't work out and I can assure you that they do not refund because they know their services does not work. My 124 dollars is stuck somewhere and they have vehemently refused to refund me. PLEASE STAY AWAY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I'm very pleased to say that I wasn't expecting a good outcome but the Tenorshare support team was quick and helpful to get me back on track with my phone. They saved me from having to worry and provided great support immediately. Thankyou will definitely do more business with you!

Do not trust or do business with this company. They clearly advertise a 30 money back guarantee that is complete bogus. Just try to get your money back! They bait and switch you, lie that they cannot give you the credit, and basically refuse to honor their advertisement. It's not worth your hassle. They can't be trusted!

I wanted to buy iPhone unlock software but after purchace I noticed it is Android software.(Thanks to the messy website design)

I did not download the software and imisatly created a ticket ask for refund.

I asked Tenorshare for refund or exchange with correct product.

The refused to help and said all sales are final and no refund.

Horrible customer support and shady business practices by Tenorshare.

I will open paypal claim, will write more review online until you fix this very simple issue.

There are 100s of alternative software doing excact job at a lower price.

Just search and save your time.

Stay away Tenorshare.

I had the lifetime license but that had issue. Can't even sign on. It keeps saying that it can be only used on 5 devices. But I have only installed it on 1 device and it wants me to purchase again.

Does not work as intended - I could not restore my iPhone 15 Pro via Reiboot and support does not want to return money, feels like a total scam. Do not recommend this tool
