I placed an order for a coat at the end of December. The funds were taken right away however the shipping of the item never took place. They do not answer the phone calls or emails. After more t an 2 weeks no coat, no money and no response. Think twice before ordering from them

Won't answer the phone

They moved my shipping date to after the date of the trip on which I need the gear. I have called several times and held for over 20 minutes each time to exchange for items in stock or cancel my order, but no one ever picks up. I would steer clear of ordering from The House as they cannot deliver on time and will not even answer the phone to rectify their issues.

Since my order was >$50, delivery was free and the package was delivered very quickly. I received tons of House stickers with my order, which was very fun. Even tho the items were from last seasons, the quality was amazing - they take A very good care of their merch. Highly recommend! Where else can you find a brand new NIKITA jacket for $40?

I ordered a jacket for a Christmas present and it was ripped. I contacted customer support through email a few times and NEVER received a response! Tried calling, and always said they were closed. Tried chat option and they were rude and no help. I ended up sending jacket back and reordering (paid 20.00 more than the first time) and STILL have not received an email or my refund. On top of that, I am being charged to ship the damaged jacket back!

I bought another board a month ago and felt like it is not really a good board for a beginner. Especially due to the lack of enough selections in the shop, I picked a board which is a little bit of longer than the correct size for me, so I had a hard time on learning consecutive turning. Once standing on this new one, things become much easier! Highly recommend.

Unhappy customer
December 22, 2020

Unhappy customer ordered an item that gave me an acceptable delivery date a week after they changed the shipping date and never gave me a confirmation on when it would arrive! I didn't try to contact them via the telephone and email and have been unsuccessful through both methods multiple times.

Perfect

Shopping with the house was as about as easy as it gets. The only hard part was selecting what I actually wanted because their selection is so large! I've already made a second purchase from them and will continue to make the rest of my purchases with them in the future

I really like their winter jackets. They are super comfy and feels so warm. Material is so soft and high quality. So many different varieties and designs available at very affordable cost. Happy with the service.

Spent $200 on a cross country ski package and the boots were way too small. I called to exchange them because I ordered the size thanks to their chart and their rep's recommendation, and was told by the rude customer service rep that I should not trust those things (their chart and their reps) and do my own research. Therefore, it was my mistake and I have to pay for the $30 return myself. Wow. I need to purchase several more sports related items and will go elsewhere.

Above and beyond

I ordered shoes that were not so easy to find off the internet. This shop,"The house" had them in my size. When I got the order they sent me a really nice reversible Bennie as well as stickers. I actually use the hat more than the shoes so far. Great shopping experience. When I am in the market for a new bike I will do it through,"The house" and I live in Vegas.

I have never had a problem with The House... My only nit picky thing would be the condition that some of the items come in. That being said most of the items I purchase are from previous seasons so they come a little dusty or scratched but still functional.

Legit products at great prices. Thanks HOUSE!

Stellar customer service!

Had an issue with my order, needed it shipped to a different address than my billing. All it required was literally a 30 second phone call. No bs. No hoops to jump through. It was smooth and pleasant and the staff were super friendly. Definitely getting more gear from here.

We live in central IL so the weather has not been nice enough for him to get out & ride it much but what little he did get in hes happy! The staff at The House know their stuff. If I decide I made a purchase mistake (like when I ordered ski bindings with an 8 DIN minimum and I'm a 7), they take it back and help get the right equipment. I was confident enough to referred my friends and family and they've had no complaints. Good equipment, good service, great prices.

These tires were the right price and really open up the options for my fat bike. No I can use it like a 29er hard tail on pavement with rocket like speed compared to the fat tires. Installed them on my 2015 cooker charge maxi 2.

Was skeptical because was recently scammed by another website that had great prices and found an item I wanted on sale. Read reviews before ordering and was impressed. Item showed up a few days later exactly as ordered and what I wanted. Will order from again and highly recommended!
