While I did not have a problem with the actual website, the service of the trucking company they used was the WORST I have EVER experienced! Our bookcase came Southeastern (which was very professional and helpful). However, for our desk, the man was not only rude but told me that if I wanted him to move the desk (which instead of putting on our walkway, dropped into the dirt since he refused to put the 300# box on our porch) I needed to pay him $100... imagine a 7.5 month pregnant woman having to tell a jerk of a truck driver to please not place my $1400 in our dirt! I then proceeded to tell him that I hope what he has done happens to his family and he said "F@&^ U B#T$#"... I understand there is a free shipping service but that is definitely NO way to treat ANYONE!
