Purchased two items on this site. Was not a 100% satisfied with either, (nothing actually wrong with the clothes just was not flattering on myself) so I proceeded to return them. The representative(s) who helped me out were extremely communicative and really put that effort to come up with a solution that resolved the issue. Truly appreciate that level of customer service. The clothes I had bought may not have worked for me that time but I will still consider buying from this site again because of the pleasant experience I had.
I have used this company once before. It seemed ok. They avoid returns and provide credits back so you can shop again. I had an old credit and thought I would use it. I had 2 separate orders so I could use my credit. I contacted them immediately, and tried to cancel one of the orders. I was told I couldn't and to not to accept it and return. One order came with 7 days, the next order took over 15 days. Doesn't make sense, but it did. Unfortunately, I had return the items as the sizes were way off. You have 7 days to retun the order. By the time they even replied, it was 7 days. The entire process was a nightmare. You would a receive a response from different people and each saying something different. Also, the return fee is $20. Which is extremely high. As of today, 7/30/24, this has been going on since June 14. I still do not have my refund. I have contacted my credit card too
Great Experience with Customer Service and also nice quality clothes! One of the dresses was a bit large on me, I usually am a Medium but I am going to buy smalls from Commense now.

This brand is amazing. The quality of the items is so high! Among my products, what I liked the most was the super comfortable but above all warm jacket, to be worn even on the snow! I love Commense
I am very pleased with my order. The customer service is great too. I had to return something that wasn't my size and they were quick and really great about it.
Over a month and still did'nt get my order. I ask for a refund but no answer! My first order and it will be the last one!
They are responsive with their email they helped me out with my returns on a item tht didnt fit me well. The quality of fabric for pants was really great sad it didnt fit me but gonna redorder again
