I was scammed by a company called The Flex Living. I rented a house for 1 month through bookingcom and it was marketed to me as an allergy free room. However, on the first day, I experienced life-threatening problems due to cleaning problems at home and had to leave the house on the first day. Even though I shared all the documents and pictures with bookingcom, they left me alone and asked me to resolve my problem with the company. However, I was deceived by the company and they confiscated all my money. They charged 27 days fee for a house where I stayed only 1 day. All documents are available on bookingcom. Best regards.
