I now have 20 postcards I'll never use and no stickers. Some of these are hard to follow and not all have letters. I've gotten bored with them. I don't think they are worth the money. This was a birthday present from my daughter. I've told her to cancel and save her money.
I enjoyed a lot this suscription. The flower letters is a story sent to you by mail twice a month, the Audrey Rose collection tells the love story of a couple during the war.
They send you this lovely envelopes with a finely printed letter and an extra, which could be a postcard, a bookmark or any other surprise.
I like the idea of the letters but honestly, my experience with customer service has been terrible. There is no number to call, no address listed and the only way to contact them is email...they don't answer email in a timely manner. It has been 10 days and no reply. When you email the second time, They send an automated response saying don't email a second time but give them a chance to reply. 10 days is long enough to wait! They missed sending the letter the first 2 mailing dates, then said they would send 2 letters together but that was 2 weeks ago and nothing. Very frustrating. Nice concept but I have one very disappointed granddaughter as her cousin is getting her letters but other is not. Its not worth the stress!
Hi Ta H.-This is Angela Ahn, Customer Service Manager at The Flower Letters. We are truly sorry to hear that your granddaughter has been experiencing difficulties receiving her letters. Please know that our goal is to support our customers in every way possible.
It appears that while the tin was successfully delivered, the letters have not arrived. If that’s the case, we can easily resolve this by sending the letters in a package rather than through regular mail. Please reach out to support@theflowerletters.com and request that your email be forwarded to the manager, so we can assist you promptly.
Regarding the wait time, we sincerely apologize. Our typical response time is 1-3 days, but if multiple emails are sent from the same address, it’s possible the messages are pushed to the back of the queue. We are very sorry if this happened in your case. Thank you for your understanding, and we are committed to resolving this for you.
I ordered from this company in November as of now in January I have yet to receive my order. I am furious! I have reached out to customer service multiple times and I most of the time no one responds. Twice I have got a response and they said they would resend the letter but I have still not received it and yet they are still charging my card every month for a product I have never even received. Terrible company!
Hi Kristin S.,
This is Angela Ahn, Customer Service Manager at The Flower Letters. I’m truly sorry to hear about the challenges you've experienced! Please know that it is our mission to assist our customers in every way possible, whether that’s investigating delays in receiving letters, exploring alternative delivery options, or finding any other solutions to help resolve the issue.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-3 days. However, when multiple messages are sent, it’s possible that your inquiry could have been pushed back in the queue. If that happened in your case, I sincerely apologize. To ensure your message is addressed promptly, please email support@theflowerletters.com and ask for your email to be forwarded to the manager.
Lastly, please check your junk or spam folder, as sometimes our emails may land there by mistake.
Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to resolving this for you.
The letters I chose started out great but now I am having a hard time understanding who is even writing the letters. Very confusing, hard to read and not interesting after about the 15th letter or so. I got totally lost and confused. I chose the Nora Aven story. If you want the first ones that I got, I will mail them to you - you can pay the shipping. Judy
Hi Judy S.-Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We're truly sorry to hear that the letters have become a bit confusing! To help regain the flow of the story, we suggest going back and re-reading the letters from the beginning. This can help restore continuity and give you a better sense of the storyline’s progression.
We encourage you to stick with it—every story has its ups and downs, but each part is important to the bigger picture. We really value your feedback and will be sure to pass it along to our writer.
In the meantime, feel free to check out our review page to see what other readers are saying about the Norah Aven series. https://theflowerletters.com/pages/customer-stories
What a gimmick! I was given this for my 70th birthday and was so excited.
Received the 1st and 3rd letter and no more. The person who gave it to me has emailed them several times...but still no letters. BE WARNED...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They have a beautiful marketing program to lure you in but they REFUSE to send the letters.
These people are SCAMMERS CHEATERS AND LIARS!
PLEASE— Do NOT waste your money.
You will be deeply disappointed by the Customer Service.
I'm contacting my credit card company.
This is absolute FRAUD.
WOW!

Please know it our policy to help our customers as best as possible, whether that is ensuring they receive their letters or receive a refund.
You may have reached us during the busy aftermath of the holiday season when our response time is slower, or your ticket may have been pushed back as our system moves tickets from the same email to the back of the line if there are multiple outreaches. If this happened to you, we are so sorry.
We send out thousands of letters each month with success, but occasionally we have a few letters that may not reach their destination due to a multitude of reasons. If this happens, we try everything in our power to work with our customers to find a solution. If your situation has not already been resolved, please reach out to me at support@theflowerletters.com and direct the email to my attention. We will do everything we can to assist.
The whole concept is lovely but I kept getting cut letters and didn't receive much help from customer service. They also delete my comments from their Instagram.
Hi Reena H.,-This is Angela Ahn, Customer Service Manager at The Flower Letters. We are so sorry to hear that your letters have been arriving in damaged condition. Please rest assured, we’re here to help you find a solution.
While our letters leave the warehouse in pristine condition, it seems that during transit—passing through various machines and mail systems—they may be getting damaged. We deeply regret that this has affected your experience.
Please email us at support@theflowerletters.com and request that your message be forwarded to the manager, so we can address this issue for you as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your understanding, and we look forward to assisting you.
I have been enjoying the letters between Audrey & Charlie takes place WW11, being a daughter of of WW2 father I have really enjoyed this I just have to say the excitement in waiting for the next letter is hard cause you can't wait to see what's going to happen and I feel more part of the story this way then a book it's wonderful a way of telling a story! I love the Flower letters tin that I store my letters in and the extras that come in some of the letters recipe card today can't wait to make Audrey's Coconut Pecan tarts I may even dress in a vintage dress and apron when making them what fun!

I bought this as a gift for my daughter over 3 weeks ago and started sending emails inquiring status after 2 weeks. Over 3 weeks later and still no delivery or update. There's no number to call and I finally got a response via email saying it could take up to 2 weeks to deliver. I guess they didn't bother looking at my screenshots showing 2 weeks had already passed. My email also stated this as well. My daughter was really looking forward to it and it's unfortunate we can't seem to get help. Now the struggle to get support for cancellation and refund begins.
